Efficient used car dealer. Many High End BMWs and Audis on lot.
Used car dealership. Enough said. Cant complain because it is a used car dealership. You must do your research and understand what you want. I was shopping for an Audi. Found a beautiful one on their lot however when I test drove the car the engine light came on. I was able to negotiate the price to bring down the cost BUT I still would have had to pay for half of the repair cost. Hummm.. Thats just not how I wanted to do business. I prefer to buy a used car that doesnt need immediate repairs before I even buy the car. No complaints about the customer service but Coast to Coast wasnt the place for me. I needed a car that I could drive immediately without issues and with a warranty. Its risky buying a used car from small dealership however do your research 1st.
Per THEIR website Competitive pricing, knowledgeable staff, and superior customer service. Our experience here would suggest that the knowledgeable staff and superior customer service portion are silent for the most part.My s/o and I called to make an appointment to see one of the cars in stock. When we arrived, the “gentleman” who “serviced” us spoke in a VERY rude, condescending manner and did not even greet us nonetheless. Basically, he didn’t make an attempt to be professional during this whole encounter and always had a snarky comment. Bad day? Or was it something else out of our control? Anyways, he seemed bothered & gave the immediate impression that he wanted us off the lot for whatever reason (mind you, we were only < 5 mins in the lot). After we both test rode the car, it was time to negotiate pricing, as I imagine most auto shops would participate in, but of course he rudely walked away with no attempt of wanting to talk things out or to meet anywhere in the middle, you know, as one of the duties of a car DEALER. My s/o throws out a number for the car based on its price point listing online to start off then the man abruptly snatches his business card away from my s/o and says “have a nice day” and to not waste his time. ZERO negotiation from his part. There was no hostility or disrespect coming from my s/o the entire time to prompt such unprofessional gestures. Also had a friend on Facetime during this whole ordeal and heard everything. Theyve also agreed that this man was extremely rude. Several red flags the moment we stepped foot on the lot. Fantastic car, but horrid experience. Would not put any money forward to support such an establishment. Well stick to actual dealerships where well feel welcomed, thanks.*UPDATE: fiction ? The disrespect from you was heard from three separate people- very unlikely that it was fiction. My s/o gave out that first offer because that number was based off of a price range from the websites Car Guru and True Car under YOUR listing as a reference point. Don’t take out your pissy attitude on us - take it out on those websites who determined the price range value of your car. And btw, we found a much better dealer and even closed a deal with them- no unwarranted hostility or hassle. Glad we didn’t settle. Have a nice one. *
At the end of May, my son purchased a 2007 Volvo S40. We suggested he get it checked out, but at 21 he was in a hurry for a new car. Within 2 days of the transaction the car dashboard was displaying transmission error codes. I contacted the owner of Coast to Coast and he was baffled because they actually drove this car around for a while and had no problems. However, he told me to take it to his repair shop, DARE Automotive in West Chester. The car spent over a week there while they worked on it and then my son got the car back. Coast to Coast covered this charge. Unfortunately, within 36 hours different transmission codes were coming up. My son took the car back to the same shop where it remained for 3 weeks. The conclusion was that the repair they did initially did not take and a new transmission was needed. They ordered a low mileage transmission and swapped out modules etc. Coast to Coast covered this entire repair. My son got his car back a few days ago and hopefully there are no more problems. I find it odd that an 80K Volvo had such a problem to be honest. But it is what it is. Looking over past reviews this company seems to get either really good or really bad reviews. A common thread seems to be problems with the vehicles. Our experience is that when a vehicle has a problem soon after purchase, the company will work with you to get it straightened out. If you dont give them a chance, then dont write a poor review. It has been a long process, but hopefully there are no more problems. Thank you Coast to Coast for working with us towards this solution.
Family-owned, and definitely not your usual used-car salesmen. Real people who were super accommodating, patient, and no pressure to buy. I researched the car first on Cargurus, and found it to be exactly as represented when I got there. Drove my new car home that day, love it, and would recommend Coast-to-Coast to anyone.
Very nice car and was in good condition we were told impeccable condition. Car low battery light came on on my way home from buying it, but the owner paid for 1/2 of the battery when I told him after having it only for a week that that was kindof ridiculous. Then, found rain coming in from my windshield (must have not been put on right). Then found out bad alternator. We had to get that done. Now, recently had an oil change and oil light came on red to change. I was told there was no oil at all. We have no idea, but it is just one issue after the other non stop. Tried to call him to tell about the information and the conversation didn’t go well. I would recommend going somewhere where people know more about their cars condition. I have never had this many problems with a car before. The only positives were in the beginning he was nice and was willing to pay for half of the battery.
Just bought a Mini Cooper for my 17 year old daughter. The car was perfect. Very clean on the outside and great condition inside. The owner let my daughter and I take it for a test drive without anyone with us which allowed us to review the car with no pressure. I asked to have it inspected by an independent service center and the owner dropped the car off for me. The car got a clean bill of health but upon the second drive, noticed it was mis-firing. The owner immediately had it rectified and also put new wipers on the car. A great experience, I highly recommend Coast to Coast!
Never buy a car from here. I got completely ripped off. The car didn’t last 1 year.
Great car buying experience. Friendly staff. Car was very well detailed at pickup. Very happy with purchase. Great prices.
They have a great staff, negotiate, and took good care of me
Had a great experience buying from them. The staff is knowledgeable and very nice. The car looked identical to the pictures and I’ve had no issues since the purchase of my car.
The owner is the nicest man I have ever met he is an incredibly respectful man who actually cares about his customers compared to most car sales man who dont car about anything except making money. He has never sold me a bad car and always makes sure the car is up to good standards my family continually goes back there to get all of our cars.
Drove over a hour to check out a Mini Cooper. Great car. Bumper cracked. Grill broke. Hatch would not lock shut. And being sold as is, Did not even bother to go in office. I thought this was a dealer, not a junk yard
Very Reliable Cars at a very fair price.I had spent weeks looking for a specific car to tow kayaks and boat. Upon entering the lot, Russel greeted us with nothing but positive energy. I explained my situation and price point; Russell showed me a number of different options. I had been to other lots and the cars were junk (bad transmission, rust, bad Carfax report). I took Russels car to my mechanic of choice and to my surprise my mechanic said it’s one of the best cars he’s seen. The whole buying experience was positive and I give the lot an A+.Disclaimer: please note most of the negative reviews on this lot were people who did not even purchase a car. Strongly recommend if you have the cash ready! Thanks Russell and Crew!
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! I LOST $5,000 ON THEIR LIES.I spoke to them over the phone and was assured that the car was in great working condition and the same about the engine. Based off this (I know, my fault for trusting a used car dealership, but I just thought that some of them would have some humane decency), I purchased the vehicle from out of state to be sent somewhere. When it arrived from the tow truck, upon the FIRST test drive, five minutes into it, the ENTIRE ENGINE BROKE DOWN. I took it to a number of mechanics and all of them agreed that this was clearly an issue from before and the dealership lied to you. They all said it was impossible for such a problem to arise out of nowhere in the first couple of minutes. To make a long story short, different methods were attempted to fix the problem, but at the end of the day, THE ENTIRE ENGINE had to be replaced. I bought the car for $8,500 and had to spend about $5,000 in purchasing another used engine and replacing it.I called the dealership and they were completely dismissive and absolutely uncooperative.PLEASE DO NOT SUPPORT SUCH LIARS. YOU WILL PROBABLY REGRET IT.
The miles on the car and the fair price of the car is what got me interested in driving 30+ miles to check the car out. When I got there, the car was full of dings, dents and deep scratches. The car looked like it was in an accident, but Carfax was clean. The fender and door rubbed, there was rust. So I offered much less. They said No. I asked what their counter offer was and they said No. Literally. So obviously not willing to negotiate. **Obviously the owner is not happy with my review LOL For the record, Im not a liar**
I have done business with Coast to Coast several times. They are fair and decent to do business with,
A great selection of vehicles that are very reasonably priced
Dont buy from this place!!! Got a car that needed a new transmission since the time I purchased the vehicle.. This guy is a scammer and told me there was nothing wrong with the car and it just had a state inspection.. I would like to know what place other then a lick and stick joint would pass this car with the amount of problems this thing came with..
Pushy
Great deals
