Great cars.nice sales people not bad at all.the 4 stars is for how Shady they act sometimes. Ive been here couple times and I dont like the fact that they make me feel uncomfortable and that I cannot leave the place without buying a car.also last time I came to look at a car they told me the price was 7000 more than what it is listed online.due to the pandemic lol.i work in industry and I know things got expensive but dont. Charge me 30%more.i wish they change this attitude and stop standing in the corner by the wonders desk scanning every single person and make you feel uncomfortable.but hey.like I said before.great cars .definitely worth a visit

This place rocks! I showed up for my appointment on time and sat with a salesperson who had the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS EVER! Kyle had a great personality and was very respectful to my situation. He was helpful, knowledgeable and kept me informed every step of the way during the buying process of my brand new vehicle. He vowed to help me in every way he could (I am a person with less than great credit). In fact, he helped with getting me out of my old car, getting into a new car, financing it and getting new insurance at a cheaper rate! EVERY, STEP..OF..THE..WAY.. he walked me through. With his assistance, this process was less painful than expected! Lastly, let me mention the awesome teamwork that these guys performed at this location was awesome! I would recommend this location 10xs over. They are the best!

Worst experience buying a car, ever. We went there to buy and told it was waiting for us. Got there and ready to sign papers and they say it was sold. Had issues with car when got it home. They track all phone calls, emails, and try to do most communication through text. Hung up on again and again while on hold. Wish I never bought here. Once car purchased and there were issues-No one would call me back. Not a manager, not salesman, no one.This is not a trustworthy dealer. This place is dishonest and full of scam artists. Lied to my face on price-they are now marking all cars up 5k. Make sure you check all the charges on paperwork in back office. Caught multiple charges they were not entitled to -hidden fees they tried to get. Do your research on what they can charge and check ALL charges!! No customer service once purchase is done. Beware. Read all the reviews before going here. If I can save one person the headaches of dealing with this place its worth it. Love the Kia product but this dealership is the worst. Go to Conshohocken or Wilmington.
I wish I would have made Kia of West Chester my first stop while shopping for a new vehicle. My experience was quick and flawless. My salesman Greg was a breathe of fresh air when it comes to car salesman. I was clear about what I wanted and what I had to spend and he made it happen. We were on a two month driving vacation a thousand miles from home (Nebraska) when our Telluride reached it’s need for the 15000 oil change and checkup. Other places we checked wanted 3-4 weeks advanced notice but KIA of West Chester was able to accommodate us almost immediately. Great service, professional and friendly. And they didn’t try to sell us anything we didn’t need!
I was recently in the market for a new vehicle due to my current lease ending soon. I contacted Kia sales online and they called me right away and got me in within the hour. They said I needed to get in because it was the last day of October Deals. I test drove a car, sat down, and they wanted $5k over MSRP, which is ridiculous, then gave me a quote of $4k down and $470/month for a KIA SUV. for a lease..my credit score is over 800. It was so ridiculous that I just left. Those are prices for Audis. They said it was because of the chip shortage, but every other dealership Ive visited was near normal, or just over regular prices. Piazza Hyundai ended up giving me a very good deal. I will absolutely never go back to Kia West Chester. It was so shady. By the way, there was no mention of those October Deals once I stepped foot in there. I messaged JT, the saled manager that originally got me in there and asked him what the deal was with those outrageous prices, and he stopped answering my messages after that. Completely ghosted me.

Five star service as always! Had an appointment for 1:00 PM. The car was in by 1:05 and returned to me by 2:00. Chris did phenomenal work as normal. Best service Ive had an any car dealer. Thats coming from a guy whos 57 years old! I loved all of my Kias. This, my third one, has 86,000 miles and runs like new. In large part, I believe, because its never been serviced anywhere else. When its time for a new car Ill be there getting my fourth.

My experience here was definitely different from the first time I bought a car. Katie Brown worked with me for 3 days. When I decided I was going to give up until I worked on building my credit more, she told me to hold on. Katie had a manager named Mitch that would make the impossible possible and he did Mitch pulled magic out of a hat for me. I got approved!!!! On my way to the dealership I got a message saying someone bought the car I was interested in. I was bummed because I had my heart set on that specific car however Katie explained that they were going to make up for the mistake. I was still bummed however Mitch walked over and said “look around and pick whatever you want and we’ll make it work” I ended up getting a better car than I actually wanted and my kids love it! I brought in my car for trade in with the expectations to have to pay more because I was still financing my junk car but Mitch paid my car off. I now have a reliable car to transport my kids for the up coming school year! Last but not least definitely can’t forget Mike in finance, he is quick, funny and gets the job done. My overall experience was just amazing I felt comfortable and very important even though I didn’t have the best credit score. I bought my first electric car. My sales person, Katie Brown, was very helpful and you could see the smile behind her mask. She made me feel very comfortable and no pressure at all. Manager Mitch was also a great person to work with. My wife and I were shopping and visited the dealership 6 times and were able to make our decision. However, the car was not in their inventory but they were able to locate the vehicle for us. Katie was great with communicating when the vehicle would be ready for us to pick up. When I pulled in she was sitting there with a Wawa coffee even knew how I liked it. She was very knowledgeable about such a new product. She answered my questions. She made it fun to discover the differences between the gasoline powered car and an electric car. Highly recommend.

My visit started off with some frustrations as I had been talking to a person with the Coatesville location about a specific car. I completed the app online, and was told the car I was looking at at the West Chester location. I made an appointment and was given a person to ask for. Upon arriving, I was introduced to someone else and told the car I was looking at was sold. I arrived within an hour of scheduling the appointment. I live 45 minutes away and made that clear. I was very frustrated. There was another option on the lot that had been traded in, so not brand new like the one I was scheduled to see. After the test drive, I decided to move forward even though this one was missing some of the features I was looking for. My sales person, Katie was nice, understanding and great to work with, but I don’t feel That my concerns and frustrations were addressed by management. The remainder of the process went well and I left with my new vehicle. I received a call the next day that I needed to return the cargo cover that came with my vehicle because it was actually the previous owners and she left it in the vehicle. I understand this happens, but I believe that should have been removed and resolved before selling the car. I now have to make another trip to the dealership to return it. I have requested a replacement one for me, so we will see if that happens.

I told him I was just looking, but he stayed with me and found out what I liked, introduced me to the best sales lady this side of the Mason-Dixon, Katie Brown, we laughed, joked and made me feel right at home, 2 hours later I drove off the lot with a 2021 K5 GT line. Called to test drive a vehicle at Kia of West Chester, set up a scheduled appointment, drove from over an hour away only to find out the vehicle had sold that morning without a courtesy call to not make the trip, which they were aware of was far away. Would not recommend this dealership to anyone as it’s obvious they have no courtesy or care of the customer.

I just left the store and was underserved! the person responsible for services informed last week (20th) that I could go to the store any day this week and did not need to schedule the service!! but we came back today and he informed me that he couldnt look at anything and that I would have to call ahead to schedule! and the woman at the cashier didnt even hear what I was telling her, she left the cashier and left me talking to myself!
I live about an hour away and came for my first oil change. Initially I was told I had to drop the car off and couldn’t wait. When I called back someone was very nice and accommodated me by moving my appointment time so I could wait. This location was very informative and very thorough with my car. I barely had a wait time. I highly recommend this location for all of your needs .

I bought a brand new $48,000 car, and less than 24 hours later I had second thoughts and asked what their policy was like for returning something that quickly, fully understanding and willing to pay a reasonable fee. I ended up speaking with Tom Burrows, sales manager, who informed me the car would technically have to be resold as used since I did in fact own it for 12 hours and put 20 miles on it. I was still attempting to find out how much I could pay to compensate the dealer for that and Tom Burrows basically just hemmed and hawed and gave me one textbook salesman BS line after another rather than simply telling me they werent interested in working with me which was obvious. Finally I just put him on the spot and asked him what he would honestly say they would have discount that car to sell it as USED with 42 miles on the odometer and he said they would have to discount the car $12,000-$15,000.That is not a typo, I even asked him to repeat that because I genuinely thought I mis-heard him, and he doubled down that in order to sell a 2022 model car with 42 miles on it in late 2021 he would have to discount it $12,000 to $15,000!!!!!!!He should have just said, we got your money so go F yourselfI just want to give a shout out to Tom Burrows for officially giving me the biggest sleezebag salesman lie I have ever heard in my 25 years of buying and owning cars.In my opinion Tom Burrows is the physical embodiment of the stereotypical sleezebag salesman who will make up any lie whatsoever for another dollar.In the end, I did end up liking the car and would not have returned it anyway, so now any future business and 100% of the maintenance and repair work for that vehicle will NOT be going to any Jim Sipala locations.
They have provided me with the best service since I bought my vehicle. Very thorough and when they ask a time that I would like to have my car back its always at that time. I also like the fact that if you need a ride to your place of employment they will take care of that for you too. So very pleased.
Called to inquire about a car at 2pm and set up an appointment to see it at 4:15 pm. I was told to speak to the sales manager. When I arrived at the location I asked to speak to the sales manager, but was told he doesnt deal with these sorts of things and someone else would take care of me. The sales person I spoke with had sold the car the car at 11 am that morning. Then the said I had a car that would fit what I was looking for. The car was not CPO and was about 30% more expensive than the car I had originally inquired about.These people have literally no clue whats going on in the building and wasted 6 hours of my time.
Amazing customer service. I had such a bad experience with the Kia in Springfield, so I had to come to this one and thank goodness I did! Much better customer service, fast and thorough!!
I met with Mike in Finance and signed paperwork on July 20th to cancel my extended warranty. He told me it would take 6-8 weeks before a refund would be sent to me. While following up with him on September 2nd he explained a monthly report is generated and VIN #s have to be matched up before funds are released. He should receive Septembers report between the 15th and 18th and if Im not on it he will have to wait for Octobers report. What ever happened to Augusts report? Sending out a refund should have taken about 3 days, but at Kia of West Chester were looking at 3 months. REALLY MIKE???? Totally unacceptable.
I was willing to put a deposit down on a vehicle that costs $40k. Set everything up and then an hour later they called and told me there was a surprise additional 6k charge. Six thousand dollars is not a small amount of money. They tried to spring it on my at the very last second before running the deposit. I spoke to a manager about the situation and he promised to work out a deal for me and he would call and text me back immediately. Three days later, no calls no texts. Dont buy a car from this dealership. You never know what surprise fees might be waiting for you.

I practically left with no questions because every concern was answered. The management in the dealership was great as well. From the GM to the finance manager all came and introduced themselves minutes after walking in through the door. I never felt pressured and I definitely will be buying from Kia of West Chester again and recommending to friends and family

Jim Sipala Kia is the definition of a scummy car dealership. They add on useless Dealer Add Ons and upcharge $5,000 on every vehicle on their lot. This isnt listed on their website. The price they list is significantly lower than the price on the sticker when you get to the lot. This is a scam.
Katie Brown was absolutely phenomenal!!! Best sales women in my opinion.. she did not pressure me into anything I did not want or like, or even more importantly couldn’t afford. She found exactly what I asked for and I can’t thank her enough!!! She’s very respectful and polite. And does not make things awkward in the entire sales process. I came in for a oil change and we just ended up having small talk by her desk next thing you know I’m out test driving a brand new 2022 with her just thinking we’re killing time. Next thing you know I’m out of my lease and I’m in my new car 🚗 Go see Katie when you’re in the market!

I went in to check out a car Ive only seen online. I was greeted by the friendliest guy, Jay Farrell. Even under his mask I could tell he had such a warm and welcoming smile. The dealership was very busy, it was during black Friday. Jay offered me refreshments and found me a table to sit at while I waited for him. He was helping another couple at the same time, but never made me feel rushed, ignored or like a bother.I wasnt expecting to drive home that day in my new car, Jay made it not only happen but made it painless. I was a female, alone, in a car dealership, expecting to have to fight for respect, but there was never a moment with Jay that I had to put my guard up. I called Kia of West Chester and the energy of the sales rep was greater than what I’d received at previous places! My sales rep was Chris B and he took care of me and got the job done! Guess I should have checked the reviews on yelp before I went to hours to look at a 2022 to Telluride and they have obviously listed incorrect price of just over $3000. I inquired the actual price and their sister dealer Coatesville contacted me and said it was actually $36,600. I get there and that price was way off! so instead of l me be on my marry way “let’s wait for internet guy to show” “we have a triad in coming” I waited almost an hour then left. To accidentally list I understand but to falsely give a price to have someone drive 2 hour?! smh

Went here on 08/20/21. They added $5,000 to the sticker price as a market adjustment. Bought elsewhere where they offered the normal price and didnt try to take advantage of us.

I bought a Kia SUV from this dealership. When I started my search their salesperson, Jay Farrell, got on the phone, listened to what I wanted and worked with me in identifying the car that’d be right for me, worked on a fair value for my trade in, and came up with a price that was acceptable to both of us. The visit went smoothly and in the space of a couple of hours I was out with a new car. Their finance manager, Florence wants to optimize the buying process even more so that the customer visit is short and pleasant! That’s what I call great service!!

Used the service center and had a great experience. Justin was professional and courteous, providing top notch customer service. I liked the feature that you could text for help throughout the waiting period. The charges and service were explained thoroughly. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and I plan to go again should I require service on my Kia vehicle. I gave 4 stars because I believe theres always room for improvement!
