Brought in an old PS3 controller for some solder work (reattaching rumble motors that had fallen out of the controller). They agreed to do it even though it wasnt a phone.The guy who worked on it said it only took him 5 minutes to do and he actually told me not to worry about the bill. Super honest place, blown away by the generosity!They did a great job soldering the wires back in place and the controller is working like new! Cant recommend this place enough!

My experience with CPR was wonderful. I dropped my phone on the street during a Homecoming parade. Tomas was the technician and explained in detail what he would be fixing, the cost and the warranty after the fix. He even let me watch and ask questions. He made sure my motherboard was not destroyed from my phone dropping. Excellent, fast and courteous are only a few words to describe my experience. I recommend you use CPRs services.

I had a broken screen and CPR repaired it in a little over an hour. The price was very reasonable. My phone isnt a popular model and I had struck out at the first two shops I visited but CPR had the screen in stock and turned it around very fast. The next time I need a phone repaired, Im heading to CPR first.

My old Galaxy S7 died on me so I looked up cell phone repair in my area and CPR had the highest rating so I gave them a call. My plane was leaving the next morning so I asked how quick they can diagnose and possibly fix it. The gentleman on the phone told me with confidence that they will diagnose my phone under an hour and fix it. I was impressed with the confidence. Dropped off phone that afternoon and next morning picked it up. They couldnt figure out the issue but didnt charge me anything. Either way it was positive experience and I would do business with them.

I had an iPod touch with a bulging battery and they got the battery switched out with no issue and pretty reasonably priced. Both if the gentlemen that I dealt with were professional and courteous.

I am happy my screen on my phone was fixed within an hour. Only downside is my screen is now extremely hypersensitive and does not register things when I click.

The cell phone got wet on a Friday night. Not only was CPR open on Sunday, they were able to repair it in less than an hour and a half. When we realized all the contacts, pictures and other important areas in the phone might not be able to be retrieved, we felt very disheartened. But CPR came to the rescue. They are professional and the cost was very reasonable compared to the price of a new phone. In fact, they even told us if they werent able to repair it there would be no charge! Very happy with their service!!!

This was a pleasant surprise. I had, what I thought, was a bad charge port on my phone. Turns out it was just dirty. They cleaned it out for free. While I was there a man came in with a cracked screen and needed a new battery. The technician said it would take about an hour, SAME DAY SERVICE, I could not believe it. I didnt stick around to see how it came out, but I was impressed. Oh, did I mention this was all on a sunday. So if you are like me and would rather fix things instead of buy new all the time, give these people a try.

Fix my note 8 2 times, once I dropped it from my truck need new screen than the 2nd time my doughter broke it front and back so they fixed it again, now my note 10+ is going in for a back glass repair and new screen protector.

I have used these guys multiple times over the past few years and I always have good experiences with them. They shoot straight, work quickly and are always at the ready to assist in your decisions regarding a phone purchase or accessories. This is the only place I will shop for phone related items at.

Ive taken my phone here for 3 years. Theyve replaced the screen three times, the back glass twice, the battery, and the battery charging port. Theyre brand of things used to fix something (ie battery) have lifetime guarantees which is great. Always quick and thorough. Never had any issues with the repairs that have been done, and theyve saved me $1200 by repairing my phone vs me having to purchase a new one.

Excellent service. I dropped my phone and cracked the screen badly enough that it was no longer working right. They replaced the phones casing in an hour. Its not cheap ($250, since I also had them put a screen protector on) but its CONSIDERABLY cheaper than replacing the whole phone. They were professional and helpful and non-judgemental about my klutziness. Would ABSOLUTELY go to them again!

IPhone 5C: Went to an Apple Store and another phone repair shop. Both said that the battery needs replacing (the screen was popping out of the back cover). Came into CPR thinking I needed a battery replacement and the guy behind the counter said that it was probably just dropped and the screen came loose. Fixed it in 3 minutes by simply unscrewing some bolts and realigning the phone. It’s practically good as new. Didn’t even charge me! I appreciate their honesty! Will definitely consider coming back if I need any other repairs.

I accidentally got my phone wet from falling into water, and not only had screen coloration problems from the moisture, but my home button on my iPhone no longer responded. When I brought my phone in, not only was my cost for repair was cheap, but Tomas had my phone fixed in less then 15 minutes! Have bad no problems with my phone since, very professional service!! Would highly recommend!

Don’t let the high rating fool you. I would not recommend you repair an apple screen with these folks. They use a low quality replacement screen that wasn’t able to survive the first drop with a case. I know have what look to be burnt pixels and a line through the middle of my screen. It happened a week after I had them replace the broken cracked iPhone screen that survived tons of drops throughout the years. I called and they said they use a “soft” LED screen and that their warranty doesn’t cover drops. Spend the extra hundred bucks and get the screen replaced with oem parts and an apple store.

We called and let them know we were coming and it was very straight forward. They offered to put a screen protector on the phone after they fixed the screen and we took it for $15 on my 6s plus. They were very helpful and it was an extremely easy process. The screen protectors were priced very well and the cases were priced fairly. Screen looks great and it looks like it has never broke! I would recommend this place to anyone and I thought the prices were very good compared to doing it yourself or going elsewhere.

I am thankful to CPR for helping me save on a used MacBook Air, which was the exact same version as my old laptop! They were even able to move my hard drive from my broken laptop and insert it into the new one for free! I have an iPhone and the screen was totally cracked in all directions, due to a couple of falls. Cell Phone Repair took care of it in only a couple of hours and its as good as new. These guys really know their stuff and they are friendly and efficient. My husband had the same thing with his Samsung Galaxy and had the same awesome experience.
