He was absolutely wonderful. Even tho they were very busy he spent the time I needed. He respectfully asked if I would mind if he helped another customer while we were waiting for my new phone to load all the transfers from my old phone. I do mot very often take the time to do these surgery’s but was hoping I would get one so he would get the review he deserved.
I have been with US CELLULAR since 1993. I have NEVER been with another carrier. What I dont understand is why they will make all kinds of offers to attract new customers, but do NOTHING to show appreciation to long-term, loyal customers !!! Seems like a VERY POOR business practice to me !!!!!
Brian went above and beyond to help me out especially when I came into the store with a bit of an attitude because of the long way I had at the Apple store but he swallowed his tongue and he was very polite to me which in return changed my attitude as well I appreciate his service and for putting up with me Brian deserves a pat on the back and a raise in my opinion
Grant was super helpful! My phone completely quit working:could no longer get it to charge. So I did have to hurry to get there before they closed (they close at 6 on Sunday’s) I made it around 5:40 but prior to my arrival I called and Grant was able to get everything out and ready for my new phone so basically everything was ready by the time I got into the store. Thank you Grant and thank you for your patience with me even after hours!
Us.cellular is not a trustworthy phone company. Steve (manager at Jordan creek and 42nd) lies about promotions and deals to his customer so he can get commission. Also they stereotype people even if you get approved without a down payments and have good credit they teach their employees to lie and still say you have to put a down payment so that in case it’s fraud later they won’t get charged back. And still get their bonus. Corporate really needs to investigate Steve at those locations. He manages both. Also your bill is never the same I never pay the same amount like they promised. They always have some type of charge or something that you have to waste hours of the phone with customer service. Just stay away if you don’t like being lied to by a professional.

I don’t recommend this location. I went in on Monday to see what they could do about my phone breaking. They gave me a link to file a claim on my own. I got things worked out to get a replacement phone sent to me and send my old phone back. After getting my new phone in the mail I called this location (since it’s where I went about the problem initially) to see what I had to do about getting it activated and clearing off my old phone. The person I was talking to had no idea what I was talking about so they tried asking someone that had been there longer, when I tried to explain the whole situation they still weren’t understanding me and kept asking me questions about me being concerned with my billing, which wasn’t even the issue to begin with. I’m pretty sure they ended up hanging up on me after explaining the whole situation a second time. I tried to call back twice after and was sent straight to voicemail both times. I still haven’t received a call back to have them help me with everything. I ended up calling the Wakuee location and they were very apologetic and helped me get everything sorted out.

Steve was incredibly professional, patient and kind with me. He definitely went above and beyond any other employee I’ve worked with at US Cellular in 20+ years.Trading in a phone is usually a long and tedious process which I always dread. We had to do most of my business talking over the phone and via text for a variety of reasons. which I truly appreciated. As a result, the process this time was, to my surprise and delight, quick and easy.Steve made himself available to me outside his regular working hours to address an issue that occurred with one of the other service reps. He followed up with me afterward to be sure everything was as it should be and made himself available for any other questions that may arise.Steve is a very courteous and friendly manager who deserves all my words of praise and more. Ask for Grant Mead when you go to this store! If he isn’t working get his # he is the best rep ever!!Grant needs to train the other reps & share his knowledge!! I have NEVER been to a store were a rep greeted me like I was worth their time. Grant took a lot of time to explain all the options. We had some concerns of getting new devices & getting our data transfer. Grant did his best to walk not only my mom and kids but all of us threw the process of resetting a lot of accounts to get all of our data back on our phones. Grant even gave us a option of a business in town to get data off a non working phone. Those people were mobile spot and were super helpful. You guys have a great employee with your company I hope he gets promoted up as all of your staff need to do what this guys does. Thank You Grant for all you did for our family! We were going cancel U.S Cellular but with Grant over the top customer service we stayed. We even witness him deal with some frustration customers that his employees were trying to help. He was great at helping them answers questions and get situations fixed. When we left we thought he was the manager but my mother said he was just a rep . I called about my preordered iPhone and not only was I put aside while Brian helped his 10 clients in front of me B he set me to the side and finally I was helped after he had coworkers open to help me, This was very inefficient and inappropriate. Turns out they didn’t preorder the phone I requested
I would just like to thank Steve for going above and beyond for me. I had called to see if their store had a certain phone I was looking for and he advised that they didn’t have it in his store but they had it at another location. He went as far as taking time out to go pick it up at that location and bringing it back to his, as his store is the closest to me. My experience was over all smooth, quick and the best customer service I have ever had. Thank you Steve! I really appreciate it!
Brian was very helpful when helping me setup and look for a new phone. He was very knowledgeable about the phone I wanted. He also helped look into any cost savings that I would have. He helped me look into multiple benefits that US Cellular had to off with my plan. Overall it was a very good visit and I would recommend this store to anybody!

About a year or so ago I was strolling through Jordan Creek mall & had a few questions about my plan & thats when I met Justin Pickett.....the BEST salesman Ive ever had! Not only is he very knowledgeable, but a good hearted man! I will never step foot into any other place then where he is at because he is just that AWESOME! We called our local U.S. Cellular store to discuss updating our Iphones. Spoke to Dylan and we had already made up on the phones we wanted. By the time we arrived at the store he had already started the process. Took minimal time to complete the process. My wife and I were both impressed with Dylan. We remain satisfied U S Cellular customers.
My wife and I went into the Jordan Creek U.S. Cellular and had hands down the best experience that weve EVER had with any cell phone provider and their staff. Grant Meads was so patient with all the question we had and answered them without hesitation. I have suggested to family and friends if they ever need help with anything from having questions or needing help to switch from one provider to U.S. Cellular to ask for Grant because he is the best at what he does. Grant has an amazing personality when it comes to working with the general public!

US Cellular used to have amazing phone support, warranty replacement, and loaner phones to make sure you didnt go without a phone for very long. Not the case anymore. If you have an issue youre given a pamphlet and told to call another company. Nah, Ill just go with a new provider.

Justin Pickett was extremely helpful in exchanging a case that I wanted to trade in. When I got home, I realized that I didnt have a receipt from my Liquid Glass Screen Protector, which is needed to activate the warranty. I called him, and he offered to take a picture and text it to me. Problem solved, he saved me a trip which was especially important during my childs naptime! So far the three gentlemen that I have worked with are phenomenal! Thank you for outstanding Customer Service, in a world that is seriously lacking in acceptable Customer Service!!!
Was with Verizon for 12 years went in to cellular advantage and met with Justin Pickett, vary knowledgeable about us cellular products, vary respectful and polite. Have been back multiple times for new products. Would definitely recommend Justin Pickett for all your cellphone needs. His customer service is second to none.

Absolutely no help except to sale something. Called to check if my phone came in twice and was told no my phone was not there. Both people spoken to said my phone wasnt there. After leaving a message for the person we dealt with all of a sudden my phone showed up. They are about commission and not the customer. Got my new phone and didnt even offer to assist me with getting it set up and walking me through it. Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with us cellular. Which is actually cellular advantage at Jordan creek. You will not know that until they give you print out paper work. They do not tell you they are not actual uscellular corporate.
