Worst service I have ever experienced. Brought over our business account from Sprint - was told by Joslyn (the manager) we would get access to HBO Max plus $150 per line over. Its over a year and weve got none it. She wont even respond to my calls or emails.

I walked into this store Tuesday and was greeted admittedly by the manager (jocelyn) she was so gracious and understood that I am high risk!! she wiped and made sure the area was clean for me also other man wore mask too and helped me out with my billing questions that customer care couldn’t help with she truly understands and takes precautions for this pandemic... will return !

Amazing service by Zayne (spelling forgive me). We had three phones that need to be upgraded. He went above and beyond. THEN I changed my mind and wanted a phone with more storage after we left. We went back and he was so nice about doing the exchange. He made sure we got our new phones going, put on the screen protectors for us. The three other people working were also very kind and helpful. Thank you so much!

One of the worst experiences I’ve had with customer service. My wife and I came in and got AT&T TV and we’re told for signing up that we would get a rewards card; that was back in September, still waiting for the card. Called the store spoke with the manager and she seemed to be helpful at first, willing to solve the problem; but the service has gone down hill from there. I have not been able to get ahold of her, she does not answer her “personal phone” and each time I call the store I get the same response “I’ll forward it onto my manager “. I just want a response of yes or no, will we be getting a rewards card like we were told or no and why we aren’t getting it. I feel like AT&T needs to educate their employees on what offers they’re allowed to give and what ones they aren’t. After our contract is up we will go elsewhere for our tv services. Oh and also the employees need to make sure to tell customers that they’ll be charged for the first bill like the day after they sign up. On top of activation fees.Edit: still trying to get the rebate we thought we’d get for signing up. Now stuck in a contract and have issues with our service at times. Regret trying a new service.

I came in to upgrade my and my daughters phone the entire store was very welcoming. I worked with Zayn, I could tell he was newer but was very impressed by how knowledgeable he was about everything, and made it a quick and easy process. The manager there I don’t remember his name was also very funny and helpful. I highly recommend this store!!

We came in to ask about a military discount and walked out with a Bundle pkg and two new phones. Extra shout out to Danny for being so patient with us. He took his time to explain the different pricing options and gave us the best package available. We also worked with Dray the manager at this location and he was very friendly and very easy to talk to. These two individuals made our visit very pleasant and productive. We also talked to Jake who set up an appointment time for us. The only thing we didn’t get during our couple hours we were there was food and beverages. LOL

It’s so fun to order an Apple TV online. Get order confirmation for in store pick up. Drive over and get it and they’re sold out and won’t honor the price.Go to Verizon. US Cell. Anywhere else.

We drive over an hour from our rural home to get a phone advertised online for $20/ month. The rep who met us at the door (glasses, beard, wish I remembered his name) told us that was only online and that we would have to pay 25/month. We left to order it online and pick up in store. AT&T ended up sending our order to the Merle Hay store (thank goodness, they are so nice and helpful!) where we learned the phone IS $20 in store, that the first guy was including an extra service onto the price of the phone WITHOUT TELLING US THAT. Its criminal as far as Im concerned and turned our 20min errand into a 5hr ordeal. Dont go here, theyve got a crook working there, and we heard he and others do this all the time. Just know that online prices are the same in store.........

When I came in to pick up my IPad and Apple Watch a team member Trae was willing to help Paul who like I said is a great guy and very knowledgeable, Trae was so helpful speeding up the process and informing me on special offers! HUGE shoutout to Chelsea D. at this store! She spent 2 hours in the middle of the day helping me resolve a very difficult account issue that another AT&T store turned me away for (after 1.5 hours). She was incredibly helpful and upbeat the entire time, but most importantly figured out how to solve my problem. Thanks so much to her!

If you want an awesome customer experience, look elsewhere. Their customer service here is comprised of shrugging shoulders and looking at their phone instead of looking you in the eyes, all the while patronizingly rattling off all the reasons theres -nothing- they can do for you. The only thing thats great about this place is that just one visit here will teach you to save your time and money instead of squandering it at a store like this one.

Worst customer service ever. I walk in simply to buy a phone cord and ask a few questions and the guy standing behind the counter tells me I have to wait. Fine So I ask if I can use the bathroom since it looks like a long wait He tells me they dont have a bathroom (which is a lie, Ive taken my son in back to it before) and Id have to go down to Jasons deli (Uhhh where Im not a customer ). No thanks guy... So I just wait ... Im not sure what this guy was doing behind the counter because it had nothing to do with helping customers which should have been priority #1 when you have a several people waiting. Waited around 10 minutes and left. Sorry had to pee, you wont even let me use the bathroom and youre clearly too busy to ring me up for a smoke charger so Ill take my business elsewhere. This location is the worst .

Dont buy anything from ALEC, he told me I could come back the next day and finish transferring my phone and when I went there he said he already deleted my phone and there was nothing they could do about it, worst part is he couldnt even come out of the back and tell me himself because he knew he lied. He got lazy because it was little bit past closing and he didnt want to stay behind and finish because he already closed the deal and got his money. Again I suggest everyone to avoid Alec.

Stopped in here looking for a new phone case. I’m a Verizon customer, with no intention to switch carriers. We were greeted upon arrival, and that’s where things started to get weird. I told them I was only there to look at cases. He showed me one, and then asked if I had Directv. I asked what my TV had to do with a phone case, and he launched into his sales pitch. I reminded him - again - that I was ONLY there looking at cases. My husband then reminded him - now a third time - that we only wanted to look at cases; but he continued. We were seriously starting to look around for a camera as it was so over the top that we figured we HAD to be the victims of a prank/reality show. As we walked out, he was STILL going on about it. My only regret is that I don’t remember his name. I’d say he has a future in car sales, but he’s too over the top even for that. This experience is why people are leaning more toward online purchases.

I ended up at this location due to a belligerent employee (Jared) at the merle hay location (see review for details). What a blessing in disguise it turned out to be! I was fortunate enough to meet Jos at this location. He was attentive, friendly, and above all respectful and personable! He took care of my needs in less than 5 minutes! Btw I hope ur not counting the convenience fee as the tip Im fairly sure a driver doesnt get anything unless u add tip/gratuity so basically Stop being so cheap and give them atleast 5 to 10 dollars preferably 10 its 2019 3 dollars is what people got in the 80s probably its like giving a nickel to somebody ..either give then 10 or do carryout baller.

Need more cell towers! Switched from Verizon after 15 years to save money. Now cant make or receive calls from inside my office. No previous problems in my office with Verizon!@ATT OMG! WORST SERVICE EVER!Currently spend almost $600 Month with 5 Celluar Lines & DirecTV!3 1/2 Hours on the phone-still have issues. Went to our local AT&T Store-ZERO HELP!NOT TECHNICAL ISSUES, Account Issues, tons of problems adding a new Apple Watch with a 6th celluar line to our Account. BAD! #Verizon #ATT #NoMoreGreatCustomerService

Have had problems with AT&T since switching service. Was promised that when we switched that our agreement with are other provider would be paid for and are new phones would be paid on, that was clear back in June it is now September and all have been getting is the run around.
