Mayda and Manny are fantastic and did such a great job helping me switch from Sprint to T-Mobile and keep my same phone number! Their customer service was perfect!!

Maya helped us out on getting a new line connected. She very was very helpful.

Stopped at this store because 1st store didnt actually have stock of the phone I wanted after T-Mobile online said they did. Girl helping me was helpful until the sale was finished. She charged me $30 for sim card &activation but did nothing more than insert my sim card. She told me once I set up my new phone it would work and my old one wouldnt. Told me I had to call myself to get a T-Mobile sim card to work on my account which I would then throw out the Sprint sim card I just paid for. Walked out of the store and neither phone would make a phone call. Took 2 hours to get a new phone purchased (paid in full).

This was My 3rd try this morning. Our First stop was closed due health stuff. The next was open but 4 people waiting and one person wworking. This stop was listed on Google as opening at 10 am. It was 10:45. 2 staff members inside looked at me through the closed doors but didnt move. Apparently they dont open till 11. According to the door sign. Somethings needs updated.

Never again !!! this store has awful service, from not setting a phone with a actual number, being told a number could be ported but then could not. Employee stating at least you got a free phone, Not the case when paying over $100 for a promotion that was not valid. stuck with a unwanted phone. then to be told write your social down ill handle it. (NOT) then we will fix it you will see the months credited. promised a call to confirm. never received that call. I was asked to leave my receipt.. Not sure how many unprofessional acts the representative did, but there were many. Very unprofessional and totally Unhappy with business there. Especially when each person blames another co-worker.

The staff here is always friendly and welcoming! They know their stuff, they always find solutions, and they have always gone the extra mile to help. I refuse to go to any other location because the service here is so great.

Superb customer service. Team employees went up and be on what was necessary to implement my business. Vivid Illusions give T-Mobile an Applause. I look forward to the upgraded technology that T-Moble will innovate with Vivid Illusions when it comes to Simulator games and arcades for children.

They were great when selling the note 7 - not helpful in directing what to do for exchange. Store seems to get busy easily. I believe they re good employees but the management of the store should step up the service, make it more customer-friendly and a good experience.Conclusion: disorganized

I might be biassed because I used to work there, but the culture of the store is great and the whole team is willing to go above and beyond to help everyone out! They truly do live up to their ethics and puts customer needs to best of their abilities!

I went in to the store at Valley West Mall with 1 or 2 issues with my new Samsung J3. Alex and Gage were working and really were a great help; got both things fixed in less than 5 minutes. Unfornuntatey for them, they werent very busy, probably due to Younkers closing, but it worked great for me...FAST service, easy close parking, etc.EXCELLENT SERVICE!THANKS!

I swear some phone companies are a joke. #tmobile for example. I went in back in August trying to pay off my bill so I could close the account that i had and move my active account for my nephew to his own but the employee messed things up and moved the active account before taking the payment even though I advised him not to but he did now #tmobile send me to collections for a bill of 1769.00. I never once got a bill from them after that even though the guy told me I would. Dont go to tmobile worst service and as you can see their employees dont even know what they are doing.

Employees are very unprofessional and not knowledgeable. The two employees spent most of the time they were assisting me joking around and harassing each other instead of focusing on completing my transaction. One of them admitted that she didnt really know how to do what I needed help with and had to wait for help. The other was rolling around on his hoverboard with his pants hanging down and making personal calls while helping me. The wait time was extremely long due to high customer volume and lack of any ability or caring on the part of the employees. Worst part is I ended up returning my phones and cancelling my plan (employees werent able to complete this simple task and had to have a supervisor help) and then a month later I receive a bill for the phones that I returned and the store had no record of me returning them. Had to initiate a week long investigation from corporate to get my charges reversed. Horrible experience, would not go to this store.
