Do yourself a favor and just purchase from a Verizon corporate store. The authorized retailer did not do my trade in correctly. I was supposed to be credited $800 for my Note 9, I got $95 bill credit, had to spend hours on the phone with Verizon to straighten it out, then somehow had to pay back the $95 I was credited in a bill 2 months later. The surprise $150 bill was great, atop of that they signed me up for an insurance plan that I told them I didnt want, required me going through Verizon to cancel a plan I never wanted among other hassles after placing my order. My experience here was not positive.

Working with Ray at the store was the fastest and best experience I’ve had all day! Before calling into this store, I’d spent almost two hours working with three different customer care reps through digital chat or on the phone. None were able to help me and kept giving me the runaround. That customer service experience was so bad that I almost left Verizon for another phone carrier. When I called into this location, I quickly explained to Ray what I needed help with, and in two minutes he resolved the problem that three other people through general customer care couldn’t resolve in two hours. He was so polite and helpful that I will be staying with Verizon. 10/10 recommend working with him for anything!

They signed me up then told me my phone wasnt compatible...so I have a payment to make and no phone... consumer cellular...did the same thing...now I got to buy a phone...bright side ..I got to keep my phone#...
Nice people but don’t bother buying your screen protector here. They don’t replace or do warranty in store. Im used to being able to just get my screen replaced directly in-store at the Jordan Creek location, so was very very very disappointed to have driven out of my way to be turned away. They are doing a nice job of wearing masks during Covid.Go to Jordan creek or somewhere that won’t make you jump through hoops. I feel like we wasted money and am really disappointed we drove all the way out there to be told to go online (if we registered it online). The manager Koby sold me a new IPad, I asked him twice if it was the latest version. He assured me both times that it was. Get home and checked the model number, sure enough its Gen 3 not the Gen 4 that has been out since last year. Took it back in, he informed me that he would charge me a $75 restocking fee to switch it out even though he lied about what he sold me.Spreading the word, beware the bait and switch.
Had my iPhone 12 pro max set up here, Nathan helped me, was able to bring in my Mac and transfer everything and get the Phone working, great customer service, will definitely go back, great people there .
Stopped into the WDM Verizon store a couple of weeks ago to have them help get my wifes new phone set-up. Jay went above and beyond considering we didnt even buy the phone from his store. He was very knowledgeable and made sure we had all of our questions answered. Will definitely look Jay up the next time Im in the market for Verizon products. Thank you!
Extremely poor customer care. Walked in as a potential candidate for service. Representative was inattentive and completely disinterested in assisting me.
Two guys, both patient and polite. Helped me solve most of my issue, the other part of it they didnt think they could help with and gave me the number for tech support for my phone to help me fix what they couldnt. Helpful guys, Ill probably go back next time I need assistance in the future.

Jay went above and beyond to help me over the past couple days. The service this location provides is amazing. Im so grateful and will recommend them to everyone I know. I had over 19,000 pictures/ 600 videos and a phone filled with important documentation that needed transferred to another phone - amongst other tasks. He handled my service with care. Thank you!

Lucas is the best! He helped my fiancé and I switch to Verizon from other carriers. He spent the time up front asking questions about our needs, helped us choose the best plan, provided us with the best promotion available at the time, and did not rush us through the process. It took a couple hours because of setting up new phones, the store even closed before we were done, but he stayed there with us and made sure all the data got switched to the new phones. If it wasn’t for Lucas, we would not have switched. We tried the Verizon in the Jordan Creek mall and left after a few minutes due to bad service. Thank you, Lucas!

This location has always been good to us, but last night my expectations were blown away. We were there to get 2 new phones. 1 for my daughter (for her 13th bday) and 1 for myself. Lucas helped us and he was seriously AMAZING! He was knowledgeable, friendly, fast, and went above and beyond for us in regards to customer service. He made the entire experience SO easy. If you need a Verizon store and live on the West side... this is the one to go to. No crowds or long lines like you find at the mall locations.. just one on one personalized service in a relaxed atmosphere.
I love coming here I never really have to wait in line and I really appreciate Troy staying past closing time to work with me last night. Definitely recommend coming here!!!
Today I accidentally erased important text messages and I was just sick about it. I called and spoke with Troi Maupins and he told me he could help me. I asked if he would mind if I came in and he told me sure, come on in. When I got there and told him who I was and what exactly I needed he was extremely helpful in getting my text messages back for me. He was friendly, courteous and very kind as I was very anxious thinking I’d lost them for good. I can’t thank Troi enough for all his help. You have a wonderful employee in this young man and I will definitely be using this location for all my cell phone needs!!!
