Honest and reliable!!! I wouldnt go anywhere else anymore. They are so honest years ago I brought my car in because it was over heating. Well my fan some how was disconnected, they connected it in a minute at no charge. Other garages may not have cought that and just started replacing parts and charged me for stuff that didnt need to be replaced.

Had a oil change, tire rotation and intermittent problems with the A/C. The oil change and tire rotation went great. The A/C was a concern because the problems werent constant so I knew it would be a problem to troubleshoot . Well, I luck out! It was screwing up when I drove up to the shop. Cassels we quickly diagnosed the problem (motor), replaced that and have been cold in my car since and all at a very reasonable cost. My new garage for car repairs!

They were quick and honest in their work. Reasonable pricing too. I had to get the washer pump replaced and the oil changed. They were very friendly and the waiting area was the cleanest I have ever seen at a garage.

Went to Meineke first for my A/C said there was a blockage in my vents that couldnt be removed, they tried to get me to purchase a whole new A/C for $1800. 😳 Went to Cassels they fixed it, needed a little freon & a new cooling fan. $450. So thank you for your honesty & not taking advantage just cause I am a woman.

Great service at a reasonable price! While traveling from Florida to Pennsylvania, we lost a wheel bearing and damaged the front axle. Cassels had us back on the road in 4 hours! This visit was just some scheduled maintenance, however, they are my mechanic of choice as I have used them for several years now for a variety of services. Very professional, quick with getting back with the issue and expected cost. Timely and have never had a bad experience to date. I tell all who are having issues with a vehicle to go to Cassels!!!

Once again and as always, the guys at Cassel’s had my car up on the lift in about 3 minutes after I arrived, did the oil change, performed the scheduled maintenance as I requested and had me back on the road in about 45 minutes. Everything was done right and at a reasonable price. They are not the cheapest repair shop in Melbourne but they are certainly not the most expensive either. They do what they say they’ll do and always have me out the door in short order and that means a lot to me. I don’t take my Genesis anywhere else. Thanks, guys!

My first experience with Cassels Garage was excellent! I used other mechanics before for my Audi and I always had to wait at least one week until I got my car back. At Cassels the had to replace my brake pads and rotors in the front. It took a couple hours and I was able to pick up my baby. Thank you guys so much!

I had a wonderful experience with Cassels. They replaced my front left wheel bearing on my Cadillac which triggered ABS/Stabilitrak light. I dropped the vehicle off at 8:00am and received a call back with quote/repair in twenty minutes and was back on the road in a few hours. The price of labor and cost of parts/shop supplies were fair and in-line with my expectations. I will absolutely return in the future for both my car and my wifes car. An experience like mine is the reason they have so many five star reviews on Google.

I have brought my Jeep to Cassels twice within the last year and they were fantastic both times. They are fast and professional with fair prices. They listened to me about the problems I was having with my car and were not rude or dismissive in any way (I have had this problem with other mechanics before, and it was very nice to not deal with it here). I have also started bringing my car here for oil changes as they are faster and less expensive than the dealership. Absolutely no complaints.

Dont know how to troubleshoot and just throw parts at your car. Came in with an idle problem and they just threw parts at it. The parts replaced didnt fix the problem and every time I came back they would just recharge the AC which would make the problem only go away for a couple weeks. Came back 3 different times and all they would do is keep recharging my AC and saying its free of charge like they were doing me a favor. As time went on I noticed my hood rattled. I come to find out there was a bolt missing from one of the supports and a hole cut in the splash guard to access the area. Just lazy work. I finally gave up and wrote off the significant amount of money I spent there as a learning experience. I went back to my hometown and took it to my mechanic that I usually go to. They fixed it no problem. I really wish I didnt waste my money going to Cassells garage.

Parents have used cassels for 25 years, Ive used everyone in town before finally listening to my parents and giving them a try ... Guess what sometimes your parents are right 😉 . That was 5 years ago and I wouldnt take any of my vehicles anywhere else . They have always been amazing to deal with friendly, fast and honest, by that I mean Ive gone in thinking I was going to have to spend a thousand on some repairs and they diagnosed the problems as much less severe than I thought, told me what the issue was and fixed it for half what i was ready to pay .The most important part of this review is the fact that I actually trust these guys to not rip me off and that means a lot .

Prompt service was received even though I brought my car in for same day emergency diagnostic--turns out Alternator had to be replaced. The two representatives were very courteous and knowledgeable of how to interpret what I was saying. It is obvious most who bring in a car for emergency service may not have a clue as to the cause of their automobiles problem. So 5-stars for their automobile knowledge.

I just recently had my Toyota 4Runner 2003 239K miles serviced at this Auto Center. First of all I want to say you will be impressed by all aspects of this experience. Upon entering the reception area you are greeted by Howard the owner and his yorkie perched up on the counter. Then Howard will listen intently as to your issues and concerns. He will then ask how soon you need your vehicle. In my case I needed it to commute to Orlando. Howard made an appointment the next morning and was complete with repairs by end of the day. Just picked up my vehicle at 8am this morning and it is driving perfectly now. The diagnosis was perfect and so was the repair. After having Cassels Garage replace our fuel pump, we left Florida and drove up to the Maritimes, ferried to Newfoundland, toured Newfoundland, drove back to New York through Labrador and Quebec after several months. Cassels Garage is the only place that I will take my vehicle to have it worked on because I trust that they arent going to tell me that I need things done that dont really need to be done. Also, because I drive from my wheel chair, my van doesnt have a drivers seat, and I know that Cassels knows how to handle that issue. I have no problem recommending them to my friends.

Cassels has been taking care of my wifes 22 year-old van for the past several years. Theyve never let us down, and never overcharged us. And theyve done everything from motor replacement to simple brake jobs. Were very happy with everything they have done (and theyre friendly folks, too!)

I came in for an oil change and to get a flat tire fixed. The staff checked the car over and quickly recommended two new tires as the front tires were going bad. Took my work truck to Cassels for a second opinion after the dealership told me I needed a new rear differential ($3000). They took it for a test drive and determined that it wasnt the rear differential but actually a front wheel bearing that was the issue. They got it fixed quick and for a fraction of the cost. I will be recommending everyone to Cassels now.

Ive had work done by Cassels several times. Most recently my A/C compressor quit on my 2004 Hyundai. Ihad estimates from several other repair shops as well as the dealership. Not only was Cassels $150 lower than the other estimates but were able to get it in and done in a few hours. Its always anxiety provoking to have to bring your car for repair. Id been to several shops that treat you as if theyre doing you a favor and seem a bit untrustworthy.This will not be your experience at Cassels. Your appointment time is respected, waiting time minimal. If repairs are lengthy, you will be driven home and driven back upon completion. Cassels: a 1960s auto shop experience offers one of the most competitive labor rates in the county (80/90 per hour vs. Toyotas 110). I learned from a friend and also verified that they pay their boys a competitive labor percentage as well (twice that of other shops). I can only assume that was why everyone was so dang happy.Even though some bad apples in the shop left their team short-staffed, they still worked me into the shops schedule for the week. I was the only new customer who walked through the door during the 2 hrs that my car was in the shop. Everyone else had been goin to Cassels for years and treated Howard at the front desk like a longtime friend. Customers who had to get to work at 8AM were quickly shuttled to their place of employment (I think the lady made like 8 trips to Harris).The mechanic Aaron test drove my car down to the bowling alley n back not once but twice to make sure its previous stalling issue wasnt going to leave me stranded on 192 (again). Drives mighty smooth now.The shop dog was out of the office for the day. I suspect that would have taken the experience to the next level. Ill be back -- hopefully not for a while -- but Ill be back.

My van has no drivers seat because I drive from my wheel chair, and due to this special situation I wouldnt even consider taking my van anywhere other than to Cassels. They know how to drive it and I feel confident that they will do a good job with it. Also, they never try to sell me parts that I dont need, which is a common practice of some of these drive through places. I need ample room to exit my van and Cassels is a real garage with friendly courteous staff, large clean space, and conveniently located right off of 192.

My wife’s Ford Edge was experiencing brake issues where the brake pedal would occasionally go all the way to the floor before braking. It was completely unpredictable when this would occur and a real safety issue. After repeated attempts to the Ford dealer in Vero Beach the problem persisted. I suggested my wife take the car to Cassels Garage and have Howard take a look. He listened to our concerns and after a little research found that there was actually a recall on one of the braking sensors. It’s been over 6 months and the brakes are working perfectly. Cassels Garage now performs all of the service on my mother-in-law’s as well as my father’s car. They truly care, and the level of quality and value is second to none.

When you wake up in the morning, you never know what the day will bring. An unexpected call from Howard changed a lot of things that day. He had a 2005 Dodge Grand Caravan, with only 14,000 miles, single owner and it was equipped with an electric wheelchair ramp and lowered floors. Considering we had a 2000 full size Chevy van, extended roof, 98,000 miles and a hydraulic lift, we were thrilled. Upon further investigation, the van was being sold by a son whose father had recently passed away. That son had been the youth counselor to my disabled daughter as she was growing up, so the idea that she could get and make good use of his father’s van made the sale more tolerable in his sadness. The deal was made and after new tires, a major detailing and paint job, my daughter’s new vehicle was road worthy and ready for her as “that’s how she rolls!” Howard has serviced both families’ cars for many years and his insight and advise on this sale/purchase was invaluable.

We used Cassels all the time. They are honest. I asked them to do something and they basically told me my car did not need it. Instead they tightened a few bolts at no charge and send me on my way. Problem has not returned. They are our Go-To garage now for all auto related issues.
