Absolute life savers. We were en-route from South Florida up to New England when the transmission oil temp warning came up on the car. We arrived at the service center right when they opened, hoping they could help us out and they not only agreed to squeeze us in, but our dog was able to play in their small dog park outside, they kept us up to date with what was going on and we were on the road within a couple hours. The peace of mind, fast service in an unexpected situation and professionalism they displayed makes me wish they were my local dealer. Highly recommend!

He and other sales personnel did not push or try to force my decision, but supported me with information and observations of what was especially valuable in the models I was considering. I was notified by Calvin when it arrived and was given an estimate as to when Volvo could analyze the car. He immediately ID the problem and why it occurred and recommended a course of action and took time to review what future up coming service is recommended. $900+ dollar document fee added on top of the advertised price for certified pre-owned vehicles just as we were getting ready to sign sales paperwork.Dealership let us walk over $900 in document fees.We were told the document fees couldnt be removed or lowered. We asked for $1000 off the price of the car the salesperson straight up said no and the sales manager said nothing we can do regarding price on the vehicle or document fees. A $30,000 CPO vehicle with ZERO negotiations on price? Do you really expect anyone to believe that?Salesperson really made me laugh with a response he made.No way we can lower the document fee or the price of the vehicle. We the buyers could write to the CEO of the company and theres no way the price could be negotiated on a cpo vehicle or the document fee be waived or lowered.(Its company policy) - Doesnt mean its a good policy.Independently owned and operated dealership blames dealership document fees on company CEO.What a comical statement.Added a photo of the new vehicle.

Could not have asked for a better experience when searching for and then purchasing my new vehicle. The test drive really gave me a feel for what the 2021 Ascent would do on the highway (my main terrain) instead of just around the city block and back again. The sales team was great and filled in for each other when someone was not on the floor. All of the features were explained in detail during the test drive and again at purchase but I was still welcomed to stop back anytime I had a question. Definitely a great experience that made the purchase a pleasure.

Earlier this week I bought a Subaru Crosstrek Sport, after considering many different cars and dealerships. Iβve never owned a Subaru before (I tend to stick with Hondaβs), but Steven at Subaru sold me on trying something different simply by making the car buying process easy and enjoyable. Receptionist was really friendly and helpful but they donβt have any Subaru Acents in Melbourne ? Can they get one for a test drive ? Well they went above and beyond, they drove the Subaru I wanted to see all the way from Daytona to Melbourne for my wife to test drive. The sales staff was super polite and made her feel very comfortable.
I just had my 12,000 mile service---got there early, got right in, my advisor scheduled me for a recall issue for the following week. everyone was so friendly and efficient! So different from service in South Fl. I am actually looking forward to going back next week, instead of dreading it.

Horrible. I will never use them again. Loaner car had expired plates from 2020 and I was pulled over. They told me dont know what happened, all of our cars have current registrations. Sticker must have come off. if they run the plate it will be good. They did and it wasnt.

I arrived on or about my scheduled appointment. the maintenance coordinator got me checked in and showed me the waiting area and all of the available refreshments and facilities. He provided me updates on the progress and answered a question that I had that was separate from this scheduled service.the service was completed quickly and professionally. the car was received back freshly washed and with all alerts and warnings cleared.The facilities are top notch and the customer service excellent.

Oil change and motor hesitation evaluation. Went as expected. Only and last Ascent I will buy. Love all the features a Subaru comes with. But the four cylinder turbo is just too little for the Ascent. It will never move out of 7th place in the third seat SUV category. Other wise the service at Subaru Melbourne is efficient, clean and courteous.
Got four tires ordered through Kyle in parts and only took 1-2 days to get them in, (special order) and had them installed the day they came in. Whole process was quick and easy. Love my 2008 Legacy and love the service here! Even if my car is old, they still treat it like new! No complaints here. Thanks again for the painless service!P.S. Not important, but one of the writers is from England, very friendly and love his accent! (Even if its faded a little).

I made the mistake of trying to change the oil on my daughters Forester and drained the transmission fluid by mistake. These kind and responsive professionals found a same-day window of opportunity to fix the problem to my complete relief and satisfaction. Their waiting area was clean, their communication with me flawless, and repairs were reasonably priced. You get a feeling about people and businesses when you bring a challenge to them...Subaru of Melbourne did not...and WILL NOT...disappoint you.
We purchased our 2019 Subaru Crosstrek here in September of 2018. We were very impressed with the dealership. It is absolutely the best service department I have ever experienced in my 67 years. They are kind, considerate, professional and offer great service. I will take my vehicle there for all servicing and tires for the life of the vehicle.

Volvo XC90 brought in for Start/Stop message. Inspections found that additional service required to replace a motor mount and rebuild A/C compressor which would take 4 days. They did provide a loaner of Subaru Ascent which was an equivalent car. Pick up of car required about 40 minutes which I though was much took long. Took several minutes to find my paperwork. Overall the service was fine, however the XC90 is only 4 years old with 65000 miles. The fact that a motor mount needed replacement and the A/C needed to be rebuilt is appalling. This is the kind of reliability that cars had in the 1960s. Volvo should be ashamed of their reliability.
This place is rough, there is 2 employees however that are beyond amazing( Shannon and Dominic), however aside that... I took my car up for an oil change and for some reason they had my rear wheels off.. thus leading to a deep scratch on my brand new rims. Granted they said they would take care of it and cover the cost to repair, however the shop they work with is only open during the times I work... therefore I would have to take time off for a 100-300$ scratch when I make the same amount on a daily.. so regardless because of someones error I have to suffer and pay a price for this. Even tho they are paying for my repair, im still missing out on my own wages. Not to mention the shop they work with is over 30 mins away from me and I have to do all the work.... does this sound reasonable to anyone??I did however buy my car from them and it was a good deal I received, however none the less I feel they could greatly improve on the way they execute their problems and customer relations. Just as many companies, this place is more about profit and revenue as opposed to service.
It took 2 hours for an oil change. Probably will consider other places next time. Service staff were friendly and working their tails off. Not sure where the disconnect was between them and the person doing the work.
Great experience overall. Had some issues with the bank and some paperwork, but the sales team and Finance Departments stayed with it and was able to get things wrapped up in the end. Salesman Andy, was very courteous and helpful throughout the process. Love the Crosstrek and glad I came there. Very clean and very knowledgeable staff. I recently purchased an Outback from them. Basically, I consider them to be just average. They operate from the same old tired dealer playbook car salesmen have used for the last 50 years. Their internet sales presence is weak compared to other central Florida Subaru dealerships. If you want a Subaru, and live in Brevard County, they are really the only game in town. If you are willing to to take a long drive, you can most likely do better. Otherwise be prepared to haggle!

So, my initial experience here was pretty terrible. I was unabashedly mocked for wanting to take my time in what I see to be a big purchase, a new vehicle, by one of the sales persons after I told him the first visit I made was for test driving only. Luckily it appears to have been an anomaly as both Mark, the floor manager, and Jeff helped me out graciously and treated me with much more respect. I had not planned on purchasing a brand new vehicle but I ended deciding on purchasing a 2021 Impreza. I couldnt be any happier with my experience after the switch in sales persons. My initial experience is the only reason I am not giving this place 5 out of 5 stars.
I would rather buy a Yugo than go back to this dealership. Misquoted prices from services dept. Purchased a used car from them 6 weeks ago and still have not received the paperwork to register the car. Repeatedly lied to about it is in mail. People not returning phone calls. Worst experience dealing with customer service ever.

We took our car into Subaru of Melbourne for an inspection. They went over every part of the vehicle to make sure that there were no issues with the car. We were very appreciative of the help that the technician, Chris Burke, and the service advisor, Laura, gave us. The dealership was clean and the appointment took no time at all. We will bring our cars back for future services.
I Love my car I purchased from them. A bit deceptive on the pricing and warranties. Last time I went in for regular maintenance, they were great! There was a girl, I had never seen there before and she was absolutely wonderful. Now on almost all other occasions things usually arent do nice. I ALWAYS get told that I do not have the warranty I purchased because they dont offer that on my vehicle, so I have to dig out the paperwork. Then my car had upgrades from the factory which fall under a recall notice and that still has not been resolved because they tell me again my car does not fall under that recall. Which, of course, I always forget to bring the several letters that I have received from cooperate with my cars vin # on it, that it is on the recall list. So I just have to improvise on some thing that they are supposed to fix. Only once over the phone they agreed that my vehicle was part oh the recall due to upgraded equipment from the factory. Once I could get over there I was told no again. Thats the only issues I really have with them is the recall notice and the deception on the warranties. If that could all be mitigated Id say they were great, but it has been 2 1/2 years now since I purchased my car from them and still same answers every time.
LOVE THE SERVICE HERE! The English Chap in Express, (Dominic I think his name is), took care of me and my 2018 Outback. First service was a breeze, and even educated me on my future services when asked about them. He even told me about the plans they offer for express services. Will definitely be looking into one of those when my current plan expires! Ask for the English chap when you go in for Express! (Hes the only brit there he jokes about, so its hard to confuse him with anyone else) ha ha!

Very happy overall. Ian was a great salesman and knowledgeable. When my 1st choice Subaru was sold before I could get there, he found me another one to fit my request that was even better! He and Rene managed to get me a loan despite less than excellent credit. Even though I will have to drive almost an hour to get to this dealership, I chose to get their Service contract because of the quality I saw there.
Service person was great. Maintenance cost was excessive. I would either buy a different make of car or get service done at a non dealer shop.

Always a good experience with the customer service and service of my Subaru. Only negative issue is the fact that they tried to charge me almost $100.00 to check for an air leak on the window I told them the leak was at. Really? It doesnt take a trained technician to do this and is ridiculous to charge that much. I understand the service Department is where they make the money but that was terrible. Other than that they have a good service department. As far as Sales, No experience..

Service at 4000 miles. Normal except reprogramming console (factory notice). The young man who did the work did everything very well even to inflating tires according to spec. Lori, service rep, is well and favorably known. Good experience

Everything is a waiting game with consistent checking in (from me) and well get back to you days/weeks later nothing... communicate and communicate often is the only advice i can give you guys! It takes less than 30 seconds to let a customer know that theres a delay. If its an email thats needed to be sent weekly, let it be! Customer centric

Do not waste your time with this worthless dealership! These people had us drive 1 1/2 hours to a car we negotiated only to call us when we were almost there that they just sold it. Oops they said. They have multi layers of protection so they can say βoh it was a mistakeβ donβt be shammed by this dealership!
My son bought a 2019 Subaru Crosstrek for his first car last weekend and the experience couldnt have been better! He had saved his money since he started working for his down payment and had done a boat load of research and he was down to a Rav 4 and the Crosstrek. We went to two different Toyota dealerships who did not honor their internet pricing or they would tell you one thing but somehow the price in the end is what they started with. We felt like we were getting taken advantage of and the pressure left my son left feeling very confused.Then we went to Subaru of Melbourne and you would not believe the difference! They not only honored the internet price, they gave us a great interest rate and absolutely no pressure. Toyota said they couldnt give you a good deal without the high interest rate. We have perfect credit so that didnt make sense to me. Their solution was for me to just refinance the car in 6 months. Who wants to do that, and why would I?Anyway, the total experience at Subaru was great. They bent over backwards to make it that way and they have a customer for life now. My son is so happy with his purchase and feels really good about it, which is good because it is his car (we only cosigned).We have experience with Kelly Ford, Gary Yeomans Ford, Toyota of Melbourne and Mike Erdmans Toyota. They should really take a lesson from Subaru of Melbourne on the right way to sell cars. Being deceitful doesnt work and when people dont feel good about their purchase they wont come back.Thank you Subaru of Melbourne for making this memorable moment the best it could have been for my son.
Brought my car in for an air bag recall. Easy to schedule the appointment without hassle and the staff were professional. The trim piece on my dashboard had broke while they were fixing it, they offered to replace it free of charge and did. Irritated that the paperwork stated it was broken to begin with when it wasnt. I get the car home and notice my rims are messed up, it looks like acid was poured on them and faded the paint on various parts. They had provided a car wash. Staff looked at it and evaluated it, they repainted the rims. The day of rim repainting, as Im awaiting the call to pick my car up (afternoon), Im told that my wheel studs were corroded and some had broke as they removed the tires (why not call in the morning then?). I do my own service to my car and the tires are frequently rotated for best wear, Ive personally never seen a corroded stud on my car nor had issue with it myself. Am informed that the dealership needs two days to get replacement parts - why wouldnt a dealership have studs there? Also informed at some point (different day) that the hub bearings are messed up on my car as well and have to be replaced (extending the time longer). They did give me a rental car to use during the time. It was a relief when I could take my car home without anything else being broken. Overall, I didnt have the best experience as I just went to get my recall done and then all these other issues came up one after the other. The facility is beautiful, the staff were nice and professional, but I am hesitant to bring my car back in the future. I do appreciate them resolving the problems but aggravated they happened in the first place.
