They were very efficient, went above and beyond what I paid for. Made sure everything was inspected. Nothing overlooked!! In a reasonable amount of time!

I took my car in to get the tire pressure sensor replaced that Jiffy lube broke. Walmart auto center did a great job replacing it at a reasonable price.

If you go at the right time then they have u covered. I waited less than 45 minutes for an oil change. In addition every member of the staff is more than happy to accommodate any questions or concerns.

Had my car done within the time promised, did a great job de-glazing my headlights, at a great price!

I went for an oil change and I asked for the Mobile1. Without asking me they used the PENN SYN oil and as I was paying they said, oh its just the same. It wont hurt your car. I shouldnt have paid!!! And these two employees are the blonde older woman and a tall guy with a mustache. They seem to always be there. Shame on them for not caring about their customer!

Went to get oil change after one hour I check to see if my car was ready I was told no to my surprise it had been done and they put my keys under the counter and when I ask why wasnt I called just about everyone got high rate. YOU WOULD THINK IT WOULD BE THE OTHER WAY AROUND!

Sometimes they can be bit stuffy about checking in, but they know how to get the job done, do it right quickly, and get the data on progress of the work effectively.

Nobody around to assist you. Employees walking by you and not asking if you need help. I was looking for a spray. So when I did get close to an employee they would just disappear. I want their job...

One of the best experiences I have had at a Walmart Auto Center. Deanne was a huge help with correcting wrong car information and just an excellent knowledgeable employee in general. Not a long wait time and the service was fast and efficient.

Great prices, horrible service! My car calls for 5w30 oil however per my receipt they placed 5w20. When asked about it was told that it must have just been a typo. The paperwork also states that a vacuum was completed (which is inclusive of the services I requested)however no vacuum touched even a piece of my car. Although prices are great, service is bad, they are full of excuses and they can’t seem to be trusted.

Just went to Walmart Tire & Lube to do a simple tire patch repair on my rear left tire ... 2nd time doing this in about 3 years. First time was pleasant but this time was the complete opposite. They brought in the car. Quick and actually put air in tires and topped off fluids for my full synthetic oil change unlike other Walmarts Ive been to. Way better than the Winston Salem Hanes Mill Rd one or the other Walmart that Ive had horrible experiences at

Absolutley worst Walmart auto center I have ever been too. I will not spend a dollar at this Walmart. The employees have no sign telling you to go Insde to get in line for your oil, then once inside no body to service you and all employees moving at a snail pace. They do have painted arrows that lead to sectioned off lane with a line at the end. As all other walmarts I have been to they come out to you,not here they pointed to wait there and then never came out. I sat 30 minutes nothing. Then inside even worse. Would give zero if I could.

Found - first a really clean mens room! and 2nd a surprise car FM & AM radio receiver with no cd but has connectivity to our phones personal music for under $25 to replace our old RV radio/CD unit that died on our last trip. whopppie!

Walmart in cocoa has major issues lately with staffing. Every single part of there store has customers waiting for 45 to 2 hrs to check out and all their managers say is we are working on it yet all they are doing is standing around talking. Im so disappointed in the cocoa walmart

Went in for a oil change on a saturday noon and i was told there is a 2 hours wait time. Asked if they take appointments and the answer was no. So came back early in the morning sunday to get the oil change done. 32 person already were on line for the door to open. The door opened and there was only one rep in duty and it took more than 30 minutes just to take my car in for the service . I was told they do only fully synthetic for Honda accord 2011 and charged me 50 dollars for the standard oil change that is supposed to come with interior vacuum. Work was completed in 45 minutes. they have done vacuum only for the front seats. They washed only the windshield like we normally do in any gas stations, checked the air pressure. A very disappointing experience from Walmart. Pls avoid at any cost

If you go enough, they learn who you are and make you feel welcome and valued. Theyre always cheaper than the dealership and most of the big tire places, with work of the same caliber.

Personel (Larry) was corteuos and they did their job very quick.

I paid for an oil change and a full service and they were supposedly going to check/fill my fluids and wash my windshield, vacuum the front end floors, etc. Well, after I left rushing to work because they didnt call me on the intercom like they said they would, I noticed there were still bug guys on the windshield. The floor was not vacuumed and on the paper they said they refilled the wiper fluid but low and behold when I went to use it there was NOTHING in it! Very disappointed with their service and will never go again.

Poor performance, the employees arent schooled in the maintenance of automobiles and the last time I had an oil change I had to take my automobile to a mechanic and discover that I had been charged for an oil change that they didnt do. FRAUD I WILL NEVER USE WALMART FOR MY CAR AGAIN . They didnt know how to change the in cabin air filters that they sell.

A synthetic oil change for $39+tax. Do the math, almost $6/quart x 5 =$30 + filter and they do it. Oh yeah, the old oil, sure uou can take it to them, do you want to do that? No brainer!

Bought 4 tires online, delivered to the store and had them mounted. Also got an oil change. No appointment needed. Took about 3 hours total at the store. The tires showed up two days earlier than the estimate.

Half the staff did not show up and the management just kept walking around doing nothing
