My grandparents have an account with this badcock on cherry road. I’ve always been accepted for credit even with a poor credit score. They are great people with good customer service. I worked with Rosa and she is very sweet and willing to work with you regarding expanding credit limit if possible and down payments. They have very low monthly payments and good quality furniture as well. I also have my furniture through them as well as electronics.

I would have given the store five stars but when we walked in the gentleman who first made contact with us completely ignored us when he noticed that there was a young lady standing by herself and rather than continue to help us he then moved away and proceeded to help her rather than finish what he started with us I understand that you know she might have been attractive young woman in your eyes but you are in a professional environment to help people not to try to pick up girls...However the next gentleman (Jim Conrad) who saw us and decided to help us was very pleasant took great care of us walked with us around the store to find our dining set, the perfect one for us and did everything he could in his power to ensure that we were happy customers when we left....Thank you Jim for your service to our country and for you kind service to my wife and I.

Absolutely awful experience with Maria Rivera, lied about pricing and discounted merchandise without authorization, only to call me an hour after my purchase and demanded me pay the difference. (And then throw a fit when I said no). Completely childish behavior that I would not expect from a sales professional, which apparently she is not.I would absolutely recommend Alanzo the manager there, who called me the next day to work it out. We came to a solution that was more beneficial for both the company (which I had no problem paying) and myself for the inconvenience of having to deal with Maria. If you need to purchase furniture From this place stay away from Maria. She is a liar and will treat you very poorly.Mind you I work in sales and would never tolerate her behavior if she worked for me. She would no longer be employed.

I needed to visit the store to change my merchandise because they have changed the date of delivery again and again. I bought four chairs at the end of April and the last update on my delivery was for July. I could have bought another set if I had known that the delivery was three months later.

I purchased the grey Mackey futon. Although I waited several weeks for this item to be restocked and made available, everything after that worked like clockwork from purchase to delivery. Everything was efficient from sales rep to delivery guys and set up. Im very pleased with the futon;very comfortable, quick and easy to gi from sofa to futon and vice-versa.

The workers are polite. And they have nice furniture that is very reasonable. I just wish they had more options to choose from.

I have been a customer of Badcock Furniture since 2003. I usually patronize the Lake Park location, but I saw some pieces in this store and gave this location a try. I was not disappointed. The furniture selection is amazing. My delivery was punctual and the setup was flawless. Brandon and the other young man treated our furniture as if it were going in their homes. It was very impressive. Months after delivery, I ran into health issues due to a botched surgery; and this led to subsequent surgeries and treatments which effected my income.I cannot emphasize enough the way the employees worked with me when I had missed payments. As you can imagine, I was embarrassed because I was falling behind. Everyone was kind and treated me with respect through my hardship. They helped me get back on track and I am forever grateful. I love this company and the individuals at this store. I am a Badcock Furniture customer forever.

Complete disasterOrdered a sofa and love seat from them on July 1 and told my salesman I live in a gated community with delivery hour between 8am and 4pm..one day before the delivery I got a call from there warehouse saying theyll be delivering my furniture July 6.. Between 2pm and 645pm!!! I immediately told them I told my salesman I need delivery before 4pm because of my hoa. They said the store never informed them of that.. But dont worry they never deliver that late.. Well guess what the driver showed up at 830pm!!! Like really who delivers furniture that late and too make matters worse.. The drive told me they dont deliver past 3rd floor!! Needless to say the couch wouldnt fit in the elevator.. So I disided to keep the love seat.. But guess what!!!!! One of the arms on the love seat was cracked.. So now I have too return thats as well. The dispatcher told me they will refund my delivery charge.. So now Im off to there store tomorrow for a double refund and love seat exchange.. This whole experience has been a nightmare.. Im a very busy person with limited time due to my work and HOA delivery time I will update tomorrow after I go in and see the manager

Not very happy with my purchase from here. The bonded leather on my set didn’t last more than 2 years. I’m at the point now where there is more fabric than leather.I’m in the market for a new set, and I would consider giving them a second chance. But they won’t own up to the bonded leather, which bothers me.

The worst quality furniture every! It fell apart after 2 weeks! They replaced the sofa and that one fell apart after 4 months. Dont waste your money!!!! Go anywhere but BADCOCK!!!!!

Make the cheapest furniture ever. I had a bed for 9 months and the footboard breaking. Called them in March and they told me they weren’t coming out because of Covid. Called back in August they came out on the 31st. Now they saying the warrant has expire and they can’t do nothing but give me half back🤦🏾‍♀️I will not advise ANYBODY to purchase from them.

Worst customer service ever!!! had a terrible experience. And I will never be buying from them again and I don’t recommend anybody to buy from them. My wife missed the day from work as we were expecting a delivery They didn’t show up because they didn’t have all of our furniture with them. they were supposed to come on a Tuesday so they rescheduled us for a Saturday between 11 and 2 PM we were sitting home all day on saturday and they finally came at 7 PM. As you can see we spend all of our Saturday waiting on Badcock furniture. when the guys came in they were dragging the couches like it was a bag of garbage, one guy dragging one couch. There is no way one person it’s going to be able to properly lift one couch and bring it into a house. They messed up my door trim and ripped all the couches so I returned them. Call the store and they say they couldn’t send me the The couches anymore because it was the only order they had. Completely terrible service definitely don’t recommend it for anybody. I wish I could give them a lower rating than a one start but unfortunately Google doesn’t let you.

I went in to Badcock in West Palm Beach with my roommate who was looking for a bedroom suite, the first sales guy was not professional at all however Bryant the sales guy who saved the day was super professional and very very nice. I ended up purchasing a beautiful mirror and he also told me about the buy one get one free lamps that was on sale, which I also ended up purchasing. A big shout out to Bryant and the wonderful lady and the other Manager.You all were exceptional!!!

Im a costumer since 2014, and I felt so disappointed this month about the treat I received from the manager called John. He hanged up the phone on me after I was presenting him a problem I had with the delivery. Its the second time this year that my orders werent on time. More than an hour late from the frame time they gave me. First time, boxes were empty without merchandise. Second time, merchandise was broken. No call received head of time to let me know the delivery wasnt on time. I do not recommend at least to have delivery service with this people. They dont know how to deal with costumers. I think we all need to be good treated or at least, receive a good explanation about what is happening when we are the ones allowing that companies like this one can do business . Nowadays, workers like us work very hard to receive from companies like Badcock nothing but excuses why their job wasnt done properly. They forgot this :Customer service is the act of taking care of the customers needs by providing and delivering professional, helpful, high quality service and assistance before, during, and after the customers requirements are met. I was pleasantly surprised the staff at Babcock were all very friendly when we entered the store not attaching to us they let us look around on our own first...thanks for that! Then we found the set we wanted and Donna came over answered my questions and we bought it..no pressure, no gimmicks straight up great experience! The delivery is extra but well worth it. The delivery guys were punctual, competent and professional in and out no fuss no mess😁. It was a good experience buying furniture from Babcock.

I purchased numerous things before & never had an problem with them or the delivery until this recent time. I had a big order which problem caused an issued because the delivery had to take place in three separate deliveries, which was very poorly. Then to top it off THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE the way they talk to the customers.Retraining is a must!! I would never purchase anything again from this store. I rather take my business somewhere else where they appreciate & value there customers.

I put a star because there is nothing below a star. They did not want to do business with me and I am a customer since 2015 and I had financed a living room set there, and at this moment I was returning with my mom to buy her living room set. The living room set was on the way as always the delivery to wait for next month because as usual they never have any thing in stock. But the one they had on display asked if I could buy it and the manager told me yes but no discount. When I return the next day to buy it, they told me that they would not sell it to me. I could only take the sofa and the love seat would have to be delivered to me in three days and I said no because I had my own transport for delivery and they told me that although I do not need the delivery they have to charge me anyway because it is required by wells fargo which seems unfair to me that I have to pay $ 100 for delivery that I will not use and that they would sell me the one they have in showroom at the same price of the new one and they did not want to do me any discount. Sincerely, I will never return to this place, they are mediocre people who do not want to sell or do business, and I am going to entrust all the people I know to find out about my bad experience with you.

I was planning on buying a specific sectional that was not available online and had a great price. They told me by phone theyd deliver in Fort Pierce. We drove 60 miles (from Ft Pierce to West Palm) and found the desired product. When ordering theyve informed the delivery only goes up to Port St Lucie. Lack of care to answer the phone!

I went there today to buy a washing machine and recliner salesman or salesperson never asked me if they could help me worst experience ever salesperson really wasnt helping anyone. Ive been a customer for many years this West Palm Beach store is the worst for customer service they need to send in a few undercover shoppers in to see how there salespeople perform. So I left after standing there for about 10 or 15 minutes after no one offered me assistance. So will never go to this store in West Palm Beach. I will deal with the store in Delray Beach, they will ask if they can help youThe only reason I didnt was I moved to Lake Worth. So people do yourselves a favor avoid this store unless you want to waste your time waiting for someone to help you. I usually dont leave reviews like this but this needs to be addressed seriously same one Badcock sales associates the customers are number one ask them if you can help them or if they need anything 🤬 I will give credit to the regular non sales people a couple of regular workers did say hello

My experience with this furniture company is HORRIBLE!! I ordered a vanity set for my daughter a month ago. They attemptrd to deliver after two weeks past the purchase date. However, when the delivery guys opened the box to assemble at my home, it was damaged. They then proceed to tell me it would be another two weeks before they could bring another one because it was coming from their main warehouse. I was okay..only because my daughter really likes the set. The last straw was I realized the morning of the delivery I did not get a phone call of a time frame for delivery. Upon calling the customer service dept..I was informed the local west palm beach office cancelled my delivery!! What??????? And so I call them when they opened and spoke to a manager...however he could not give me a legitamate reason of why someone went in and cancelled my delivery!! He then says...well the soonest I can get it to you is the 12th...no thanks!! I will come and get a refund...

STAY AWAY FROM BADCOCK! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!Purchased a sofa set from these theives and the metal legs started to cave under within 2 days following delivery. It took a month of fighting with Lonnie (Acceptance Now finance mgr), Cindy ( Acceptance Now so called rep)& David (Badcock mgr) before they decided to come & pick up the poorly made sofa set. These people have no regards for customers! Lonnie and David refused to honor the exchange and told us we need to do an even exchange, we could not select a higher priced set & pay the difference. In addition to that they told us that our previous purchase of a box spring & mattress (June 22, 2016) is linked to the sofa account so if they were to take the sofa they would also need to take the box spring & mattress. I assure you, this is no joke! We agreed to return EVERYTHING and Lonnie told us he will refund the money we paid (a total of $610.00). After they came and removed the furnitures we didnt get the money so we called today. Cindy told us our refund is $42.00 and we were lucky to get $42.00. Weve already contacted the news in an attempt to inform the public of badcocks new customer service practice. The store is nothing like it use to be. Pay attention to the reviews and 1 star ratings. The truth is there is not an option for a ( -1) rating because thats what they deserve.
