Luz is the best. I walked into American Freight after months of searching, calling and visiting other large furniture stores in my area. Everywhere I looked had delivery delays 2-3 months out but expect you to pay upfront just to be on a waiting list. I was approached by Luz immediately after walking in the door. She greeted me with a smile and asked how she could help. Once I told her what I was looking for she directed me to the perfect match. I was able to finally get the final piece to complete my family room. Luz has a great personality and awesome customer service. Thank you Luz for your help. I will be back to see you soon.

I called 3 places yesterday looking for a new fridge. I came here because when I called and spoke to Luz, she provided me with the most excellent customer service! I came to the store, met her in person and she walked me through the models. The products in the store are in great condition. And all the staff is super knowledgeable about everything. From day one Luz has been my go to person for all of my appliance needs (I own/run a Property Management company) Luz has been there -above and beyond- in every aspect from finding the best deals to the final sale, and delivery. She is honest and good at what she does. Her communication skills are top notch. She is not just another sales person she truly is looking out for your best interest when trying to save money.

Just visited this location and Rachel was extremely rude and nasty! I no longer felt comfortable spending my money there so I walked out and will be looking for another place that doesn’t think assisting its customers is a nuisance. She walked right past me without saying a word when I came in but I continued to look around after that. Then when I went to the counter for assistance since NO ONE bothered to come see how they could help, she said, “I’m busy.” Without looking up from the computer as she dismissed us again! Can’t believe I had this experience, take your money where you’ll be treated with respect and decency not here where apparently Rachel and others are too busy to bother.

Luz was conscientious, attentive and sensitive to our needs as I had not planned to make such a big purchase. We found a great model at a great price and had it installed all within four hours.A Big Box store could never deliver the way these guys did. So grateful for Luz and Eddie for the soft sale tactic and Shazam and Juan who delivered a professional installation and wore face masks for added comfort. In addition to being patient enough to show my elderly father all the bells and whistles. Looking forward to my next appliance breakdown just so I can see these guys again!

Really bad service! You walk in and no one offers you their help. All of their appliances of all kind have the price of new appliances . Best Buy and Brandsmart have better prices and their machines are new in the box. I highly suggest you check other places and see for yourself!!!!!! Let me start off by saying, if you are looking to get a fair or more than fair price for appliances, then American Freight is the place to go! I walked in and spoke to Eddie and immediately he started talking about all the features of the refrigerator that I wanted. He went in depth on the model and explained to me how every feature work and how much everything would cost (What A Bargain!). He treated me with respect and was beyond friendly. Thanks again Eddie for all of your honesty and help. I will/would HIGHLY recommend coming to American Freight to shop for high end appliances at a discounted price!

Im a fairly regular customer at this American Freight. I never have an issue with any of the staff, everyone is always very friendly and helpful. Some of the staff has gone out of their way to help and make things easier, things like this are always greatly appreciated. Vicky is super helpful. Having dealt with several American Freight stores I always find that this is the store that things go smoothest.

Terrible experience. I feel like they were just out to scam me, but I have to give them the benefit of the doubt they could have just been completely incompetent.They sold us a dishwasher online that they did not have. Instead of telling us they gave us a discontinued piece of junk. Then refused to deal with us or even accept our calls. Going through Sears corporate didnt help as they ignored them as well.I went to an attorney who told me how to sue them in small claims court and after looking at our documentation had every confidence we would win. It would have cost the store three to four times what the dishwasher was worth but they figuratively stuck their fingers in their ears and started jabbering like a spoiled child.DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS OUTLET STORE.!Once they have your money they will pull the bait and switch and no longer deal with you.1 month update. Emailed the regional manager who has responded to several other reviews. No response at all.Corporate had us return the washer to another Sears outlet store which was quick and easy. Re-enforces my warning, do to deal with this Sears Outlet.!

Sears Outlet has great service, quality items for affordable prices-especially if you are looking for big appliances and trying to save yourself money. Prices are great, but after my purchase of a refrigerator, one of the employees failed to tell me the floor product movers leave at 5pm so I had to call in a favor from friends to help me load a fridge on my truck at 8pm last minute

Customer service at the store was excellent! I purchased a product there and was I having problems with it (it did not work). I had the protection service but I had the worse experience with them, now that’s a different review. As I result I contacted the store and spoke with the manager Eddy who was Verty apologetic about my experience with the protection plan service experience and offered a solution. I did not jump on it right away but eventually did. I was able to get a better brand product that works perfect for the same price. All the girls and the older gentleman that assisted me through this process were amazing!

Not that much of a selection and selection they have are from last year I saw a Frigidaire refrigerator cheaper at home Depot

Rachael helped us find a great fridge for an amazing price (1-2 scratches) but nothing a magnet can’t fix, we got it at 1/2 price. This place has great deals. We need some other stuff for the kitchen and definitely will be back for those items.

I had a great experience at this West Palm Beach Sears Outlet shopping for a mattress. The sales consultant, Eddie was very helpful, patient and informative and helped me pick out a mattress that suited my needs. There was never any pressure. The mattress was delivered on the schedule date on time and the men who did the delivery could not been more helpful.
