Great Bed Bath & Beyond store. Much larger than others as they have a full personal item section (Harmon Face Values). Second favorite of mine. West Boca is slightly better as they also have the food section like a mini world market.

This is a great store for every gadget, pot, pan, and all things useful for the home as the name suggests . Of course, dont leave home without those wonderful 20% off coupons. Where HomeGoods is far more for the decorative things, this is for alarm clocks and linens, silverware and the sensible things you cant live without, especially kitchen utensils . I never used their China or wedding registry, but theres always someone signing up . Small appliances are easy to find here plus Curtains and bedspreads and comforters. It the perfect spot beside HomeGoods since what you find there youll get at the other . The small sample aisle is very popular if you only need little amouts or travel size products and they sell make up too. Cute doormats, placemats, and the newest utensils . Its all about the home.

GREAT PLACE HAD EVERYTHING I NEEDED

BB&B at the WPB outlet mall was a huge disappointment today. (not the first time I had this same issue). I picked out a pillow, and brought it to the register. I tried to pull up the 20% off coupon as I was spending close to $40 dollars. I could not pull one up for in store use. I was also unable to access my acct. that I have not used in a bit and could not remember the password to go that route. The cashier tried to look up my email, but said I did not have an acct. I know I do, but was not going to argue. I told her I had just received a coupon in the mail, but did bring it with me as I was on my lunch hr. Instead of the young lady calling the manager to see if maybe something else could be done, she proceeded to let me leave without spending any money in a very customer empty store. I went back to work and ordered two of basically the same product via Amazon and got free shipping. Win, Win. So basically, BB&B let a customer who was in the store to spend money leave, but randomly sends out coupons to anyone who gets mail and may never actually go to the store. Makes no sense.

Debbie the cashier was totally amazing! Very helpful and professional. I really love the selection of merchandise that Bed Bath & Beyond carry. Plus, theres a lot of parking for this store which is absolutely wonderful. Always great deals!!

I went to this place to find an ice pick. During my search for it among the wide variety of kitchen gadgets they have in stock I came upon something I did not know even exist - a stainless steel drinking straw equivalent. It even came with a small slender brush for cleaning it. It is much longer than an ordinary plastic straw - long enough to be used in a 64 ounce guzzler. I think this is a tremendous contribution to protection of the environment. Kudos to BB&B. Shopping was easy and the attendant at the cash register was courteous.

Superstore!Love the BB&B at the PB Outlets since it is like a superstore because it has all the health & beauty aids as well. I love that you can use ALL your BB&B coupons whether they expired or not. Saving on all my health & beauty aids pays to get all those items in one place and save 20% as well. Great friendly staff, neat clean store and always stocked with the sale items & always a great variety of manufacturer items.

After having about 10 gifts at the register I had to walk out with nothing. The cashier whom I unfortunately did not get his name but it was the 23rd of December had frustrated me to just leave after spending alot of time shopping. There was an issue with the chip reader at the register and my card worked fine at every other store that day. Occasionally this happens at some stores but the cashier always knows what to do since they work there but this guy completely ignored me and didnt offer any assistance. In fact, so unprofessional I walked out empty handed. I wont go back to that location. I dont have that kind of time to waste.

I have always shopped at the palm beach location. Today I went in to return an umbrella I had just purchased. I opened it and it was broke. I couldnt find the receipt in the bag. The Lady helping me asked the manager next to her for help. He was unfriendly and had nothing to say. I handed the girl the umbrella with the box and tags. I said here is a waist of $20.00 throw it away please. I will never return to bed bath and beyond. Plenty of better stores around that can give better customer service.

Love this store, friendly staff, great prices. I always use the coupons I get in the mail, so I can max my savings. The isles are a bit hard to navigate because they are so compacted but I make it work. Overall great store.

I found their in-store selection to be somewhat lacking, especially when comparing their inventory to what was offered by their on-line store. Very disappointing. However, the cashiers, and auxiliary personnel were very knowledgeable, helpful and courteous. They were the ones, who made my visit a pleasurable one.

Am not happy with strong fragrance in this store.When will they learn alot of people are sensitive to smells.You cant even walk by storeWith out covering your nose.

Ok but did not take coupons. Clerk was not customer focused and I recommend the store manager be offered a little training in customer relations. They spend a lot on advertising only to screw it up in the store.Most stores do a great job but in my opinion the Palm Beach Lakes store needs some help.

Its a nice store. Can always find things you need on sale along with coupons they send to your home 3-4 times a week. 😏The only thing is that when am there people pop up from places I never see them coming. Sometimes feels like am being followed.

Went in at 9:30 this morning to buy a cutting board. Had to move around all the people restocking. Was asked to move out of the aisle I was in by one lady so I moved to another. A guy was stocking and tried to move his cart out of my way but a box fell from the top of it and almost hit me. Decided I better get out of there before I got hurt. I can’t believe they stock the store when people are trying to shop.

When shopping the other day I found a nail polish in the clearance center. It had been marked down twice with their stickers. When I went to ring it up it rang at full price so they called a supervisor over. She pulled off the sale price stickers and said oh that was a mistake its full price. No apology, no compromise and no giving a darn. She just walked away. The cashier had the same attitude. Poor trainning should not be a customers problem.

You can really use those coupons you get in the mail and in the Sunday supplement to reduce prices of both unique and necessary items. For unique, I needed a waterproof clock for my shower as not to be late while washing up before an appointment. For necessary, the round wooden toilet seat was startingbtonsplinter and a new one was needed. I did not get a birch John, rather a nice church seat manufactured now by Kohler for a special price plus the coupon. Impressed by savings,

This Bed Bath and Beyond has one of the worst customer services I have ever experienced. I went there to return a flat sheet my step mom had bought me and when I went to the service desk, the lady processed my return before asking me if I’d like it to be on the credit card or in “merchandise credit.” She asked me to sign the receipt for the refund to be returned to my step moms credit card and I asked, “can you give me store credit?” She said no, I already processed the refund on the credit card. I said I never said I wanted it on the credit card, and she said that it was too late. The manager came up and told me per their policy that if I return something with the receipt, it must go back to the credit card. I told her I checked the policy before coming and he policy said that I could get in store credit. She told me to read the policy because the policy states that it must go on the card. I pulled the policy and showed her that it said “original form of payment or merchandise credit.” She said 99% of customers want it back on the card. I told her that I didn’t want it on the card and I was not going to sign for something that I didn’t ask for. She gave me the store credit and told me that for the future, I need to tell them that I want merchandise credit.The manager never once apologized. She was not educated on her store policies either. I will take my business to another store from now on. The managers name started with “frank” or something like that.

If it wasnt for the weekly and monthly coupons it would be a store i would just avoid even looking at, a little hash but true over priced items you can get to buy close to what i would consider somewhat accessible whith coupons and on sale days when they happen to magically drop, sorry but im one of the special people that would never ever ever ever would have a mental breakdown and buy a close to $400 blender or a $100 dollar pillow.

Came here to get keys made by the automatic key maker machine thingy. Lol. It worked. I did it last minute. If I had more time I woulda went to home depot. It was a little pricey but it worked and you can save your key impression if for any reason your locked out of your house.
