Haven’t event completed a full month and it has been a hassle getting one vehicle in and out. Require me to give them head notice which I see as courtesy not mandatory but I get it, we store a limo which is long and can understand. As much as we try, life happens and We assumed that if we show up early, maybe they can accommodate. It is currently Thursday 10am and no one is at the shop. BUT big bold letters on front door say business hours 9am-6pm. I can understand if one person is running a business but this is a team. I’m sitting outside the front door as I wait for the only person to finish his errands and open up the shop. The vehicle is long and it’s a hassle to maneuver, that’s why I’m here early.Edit: My Manager cancelled the job the vehicle had today. As much as I enjoy time off, I don’t enjoy zero pay.
Selling our 2009 Mercedes was so easy using Auto Vault! They detailed the car, inspected it and all I had to do was make the final decision on the deal. The whole process was seamless and I would definitely use them again. Thank you Auto Vault for making it so easy and stress free to sell our vehicle in a professional manner!
Got my first car from here cant wait to surprise the kids with another auto vault car when they are old enough 10/10. The customer service was great I got what I wanted and got info about some other stuff I didnt even know about. Made the experience all the better. Wish other places were like yall
Great customer service. The quality of work and product is awesome. Highly recommend for your window tinting and the other services they provide.
I brought my car to auto vault to have the windows tinted and they did a phenomenal job 👌🏼
I have never used their service. However, I was stuck behind a the auto vault truck and large trailer for about an hour on Hwy1 south in southern Mendocino county. If they haul vehicles in their trailers, I strongly recommend against their service. On blind curves, and nearly 90% of the time we were stuck behind them, they were driving over the line into the oncoming traffic lane, with oncoming traffic sometimes needing to stop for their vehicle to get out of their lane. Worst driving Ive seen in years! If they dont haul vehicles, you might be okay, but they may be late, due to a driving accident.
I love this place plain and simple. The workers there are super friendly and very nice. They have a very great selection of cars and a manageable website I recommend The Autovault for anyone in need for a car, wrap, repair, window tints ect...
Fantastic place, friendly staff. Super helpful and got me the car of my dreams which was a bmw m6!
My wife and I decided to put up our old Prius for sale. The Autovault provided an amazing detail job inside and out, the car looks almost brand new. Might consider keeping it a little while longer now that its all cleaned up.
This place is always pretty accommodating with my car needs and a very relaxing place while waiting for my car to be done!!
Very clean facility. This is the only place I bring my car and I am satisfied every time I do.
Would give them a negative 10 if I could
I recently purchased a BMW 135i from the Auto Vault Inc. and cannot be happier with the whole buying experience. During my visit the Staff @ AVI were in the middle of moving locations, which we all know is extremely demanding at home let alone a business of this size. At no point was I made to feel like an inconvenience to them, and it was obvious the staff were making all efforts possible to meet my car buying requests. As for the car, It was obvious they take pride in their vehicles (clean and mechanically sound).AVI allowed the car to sell itself, NO pressure, sales tricks, cover ups, or smoke and mirrors which I appreciated. Best above and beyond accommodations: the 135i was put on a lift so I could inspect the undercarriage, and even after the deal was made I remained a valued customer enough to be shown around the shop and look at some of there higher end cars. It was obvious they will support the buyer even after the sale as best they can. Please be assured I am not sponsored or affiliated in any way with AVI but simply a satisfied customer that felt my experience should be shared.
Great service the people are very kind they are a 10/10 for me
I have recently bought a car from Auto Vault and had a good experience, they were on point on finding everything I wanted in a car. The customer service was great and I enjoy buying a car from the Auto Vault, I really would definitely recommend the Auto Vault to friends and family.
BUYER BEWARE.We found a vehicle being sold by The Auto Vault on Craigslist, and visited them shortly after to view it. The staff at The Auto Vault were friendly, and they showed us a great selection of high-end BMW stock. The vehicle had recently been detailed, and they assured us their team of mechanics had inspected it thoroughly for problems. We asked about issues within the electrical system and air conditioner, as both components are known to have problems on this model vehicle (2010 BMW 335xi); The Auto Vault assured us that their inspection had found no issues, and we made the purchase without further inspection.Upon purchasing the vehicle we found that it had no floor mats (they werent being detailed), only one key, and that the luxury package they claimed it had did not exist. None of which had been explained to us, and some of which we had been mislead to believe.Within a week of purchase the on board computer began to shut off intermittently during driving, so we decided to take it to a mechanic to diagnose the problem. The mechanic explained to us that their was significant rust on the underside of the vehicle and that some of the wiring had corroded through; none of which had been mentioned by The Auto Vault. We spoke with them again, and while things remained friendly, continued to believe their guarantees about the vehicles state. Some months later (3) the air conditioner stopped working. It was at this point that we asked our mechanic to make a more detailed inspection, and to test the various electrical modules. The mechanic found significant electrical problems throughout all modules of the vehicle (including safety features), and determined that the air conditioners evaporator had a leak which had been refilled before sale. The mechanic assured us that the issues he found pre-dated the purchase of our vehicle, and that any qualified mechanic would have uncovered them upon inspection. It was at this point that The Auto Vault stopped responding to our communications, and we had to pursue the issue through the Better Business Bureau (url removed for google reviews). The Better Business Bureau moderated communication between us and The Auto Vault, but ultimately found that they had fulfilled the requirements of the contract we had signed. They mentioned that cases of this type are typical, but that they are not a legislative body, and so were unable to pursue a fraud case against them. The Better Business Bureau also recommended that we pursue the issue with the DMV body responsible for licensing dealers, and in small claims court.I would recommend for anyone considering purchasing a vehicle from The Auto Vault that they find a more reputable dealer better able to guarantee their products. It was a mistake to trust The Auto Vault, and a bigger one to sign a contract an As-Is contract with them.BUYER BEWARE
The cars, the cars, the cars. So many great cars & the hospitality, like family.
