Guy at the counter had a sweet mullet and a beautiful stache so you know hes trustworthy. He let me borrow a 3/8 extension which was extremely helpful. They had 2 850cca blemished batteries that fit my Duramax in stock which only costed me $130 out the door which is an incredible deal. 2 year warranty, no complaints here. I will do business with this company again.

I was there this morning (September 2, 2016), and I was totally disappointed by their customer service. There were two gentlemen working there serving ONE customer - NOT BUSY AT ALL!! I parked the car right in front of the entrance as instructed by one of the gentleman. After parked, the gentleman walked back to the same customer while the other gentleman kept flipping a book looking for something, I guess. I was standing at the counter for at least three minutes. I was totally transparent to them as if I was not there at all. No one even have eye contact with me, nor a simple greeting such as Hi I WAS TOTALLY IGNORED!!!!! Dont know what kind of customer service is that????!!!!I walked back from the counter to my car, and waited for another two minutes. Nothing changed!! I jumped into my car and drove away since they dont care my business at all!!!Dont know why people give good ratings to this Sacramento Battery Co. With this kind of customer service, I surely wont go back nor refer anyone to this store.

11/25/17 - Best in Class service and products.Called before coming and was quoted on a remanufactured/installed battery for my Nissan 350z. Arrived several hours later, referenced the quote and was asked to pull into shop.My old battery had a 7/10 sticker - indicating that it had been 7 years old. New (re manufactured) battery was 9/17.Complete process - removing old battery and installing the new battery - too less than 5 minutes top.5 stars does not do this company justice. They are far and away one of the best auto service places in the Sacramento Valley. Best price, matched with great impeccable service, make this place a choice for anyone that wants to win on price, but not have to sacrifice on service.

My refurbished battery was not holding charge so Id go back to have it replaced. They did not replaced it because it needed to be fully charged and they accused me of doing something to the battery, one of the guys stared yelling at me after I told him I was not coming back to their business, I just did not wanted to make a double trip. Worse customer service I have seen. Going somewhere else after this.
