I’m extremely happy with my choice to shop with them.

I do not recommend this dealership. I was starting the process on a Jeep sale and they sold it from under me after I was willing to leave a downpayment to hold it but instead took someone elses and let them hold it 2 weeks after I inquired to do. The dealerships near Boston - Kelly, 495, & Quirk - have such better customer service and actually care about their customers.

I knew exactly what I wanted and Bertera delivered. The discussion of trade and cost were upfront and hassle free. The signing was also low pressure, friendly and efficient.I purchased out of state so there was a wait to take delivery but my sales person, Dan got all of the paperwork submitted timely and as soon as it was available, he called me. I purchased new but they still made sure it was clean and full of gas before I left. I highly recommend this dealership!

It’s taken me a while to write this review because I’ve been loving the wrangler I bought from Bertera Jeep in Westfield. Everyone I worked with Sam, Zach, and Anissa were awesome. We had an excellent experience at Bertera. We purchased a used 2014 Prius V. The purchase was straightforward. It was a little more complicated for us since we live 100 miles away, but we scheduled times to see the car and likewise when we bought it. The car was spotlessly cleaned on our pickup. We’re very happy with Andrea our sales person and the overall experience at Bertera.

My husband and I leased a new Ram through Bertera of Westfield and it was the most pleasant vehicle purchase we have ever had. No one was pushy with add-ons and they were very upfront about pricing and options. Andrea was very quick to respond and attentive throughout the whole process. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and we will strongly consider going back there again for our next purchase even though we live 1.5 hours away, the trip is worth it.

I was lucky enough to have tried to buy a truck from a couple of other dealerships and then find Bertera and Zach. Two other car dealerships treated me as a bank account, just wanting to get the sale done without any customer service. I reached out to Bertera of Westfield and within 72 hours had bought a truck. Zach was terrific and as someone who hates pressured sales I found his approach welcoming. He assessed my needs and didn’t “sell” me a truck but met my needs and as I drove away, I was happy. Worst dealership andrea hawley a sales women. Lies out she teeth and ripped us off around 2700 dollars.mutiple times we asked her about using my husbands dodge number and and she kept telling us that they dont do that anymore, and that if a sales person say they used it they are lieing. We asked her to talk to the sales manager she said she did and that he gave us all the discounts there were. We then faxed them the paper work, called left messages, and called the owner and left a message, and they dragged it out until it was to late.

Today I spent the morning contacting Bertera about them buying out a lease of mine and getting me into a new vehicle. At first I was greeted with them saying they will need me to most likely buyout my current vehicle at triple the price of what the dealership buyout was (which I knew of because I called my local dealership prior, let’s talk about $8k vs $27k). Then they would roll those finances into my negotiated price of the new vehicle (ending in being upside down on my new car loan). When I explained to them further that I had a separate dealership ready to simply buy my car out and provide me a new loan for a new car at the set ASKING price, the woman offered to call me back after talking to a manager. Following that conversation she told me that Bertera could do the same, after appraising my vehicle. Next step, I have my own financing for the loan and was getting approved for the full amount listed on their website and expressed I needed them to fax over any info to my local bank. This woman proceeded with that they have 25 banks and probably already work with them and that all that information is online. I again said the bank (not one they work with) wants to approve me for an amount, but wants to see proof of vehicle and she said that after taxes and fees and etc. the total price would be higher than what is listed on the website! I have NEVER been to a dealership and paid FULL PRICE/OVER the asking amount upon leaving with my new vehicle. What I can only assume is that yes, they were willing to give me “the deal” a local dealership was willing to give me, yet increase the price of the vehicle I was interested in with hidden a taxes and fees. Don’t waste your time getting scammed!

Dont shop here. After purchasing the comprehensive extended warranty for $2800 3 yrs ago. They are telling me my struts are leaking. This is included in the extended warranty. But Bertera is telling me its not because its a shock.Very deceitful practices, they lie to get the money on the sale then shaft you when you try to use it.I will never purchase a vehicle from them again, and this is how they treat a customer that has bought 4 vehicles from them. Update on this review. I would like to thank bertera and Dave Flag for coming through with the repairs on my ram 1500. I would recommend this dealership and service department.

Just don’t go there. They are rude. Not willing to help at all. They employ staff that know very little about what they are selling. Can’t answer simple questions. I went in wanting to buy a Jeep stayed for an hour with an inexperienced salesperson who wasted my time. Not willing to work with you in the least bit. Then in the end they thank you for giving them the opportunity to let them help you? This place is a punch line to a very bad joke. Just don’t even bother.

Was lied to about a discount. Tried to resolve asap the deal was then pushed through after 4 days of being ghosted. Finally recieved a call back saying it was too late. This mistake cost me $2700 watch out.

Looked at a used Toyota, took it to a Toyota mechanic who found major problems thatd cost nearly three grand to fix, brought it back to these pirates and they blew it off, claimed the rotors werent actually scored and the pads werent worn and the timing belt cover wasnt leaking. Which means either their mechanics are incompetent or lying, and theyll probably just fob this lemon off on somebody else. Dont trust, do verify!

Our son went to bertera dodge in westfield to buy a 2017 jeep patriot. We okayed the purchase with the understanding we were to put down $5000 and the interest rate would be 5.6 percent. When our son wnet to pick up the vehicle with payments of $280 a month for 75 months. They reqired him to put another $1000 down and changed the interest rate to 19 per cent. So the payments are now $400 dollars a month. I was going to by a jeep gladiator but not at this dealership.

Took car in for inspection an all of a sudden the plate light was out. It worked fine before hand. Then charged 35 to replace a small friggin bulb. I thought id found our go to place for our vehicles. Not going back. And i wouldnt recommend to anyone. Cause after your first visit everything is extremely over priced.

If I could, I’d leave zero stars. I went in with my 6 month old daughter asking to speak to a manager about a job. I’m slapped with a job application in my face. I understand everyone needs to fill an application out to obtain a job but if I ask to speak with a manager, any respectable business will give you someone to speak to. I’ve been in the car sales business over 4 years, I know how it works. If I ask for a manager. I should be able to speak to one. I’m a big name in Westfield and I will definitely be telling people not to go there.

I searched for months and was extremely picky about what I needed and wanted. The Bertera team put together a great deal for me and made it so easy. It felt like it was meant to be. Bought the car online. First time ever doing that. I will admit I was nervous at first, but the team at Bertera was very professional and responsive. Great vehicles, but the man that was helping us was very unprofessional. We were looking for used vans for our family. With an offer made he chose not to reply for our email for over 4 days. Finally, another man from the dealer (Zachary) called to check in on us and was very helpful/professional. Sadly, he was busy after having us come back to test drive another van and we ended up with the same unprofessional man. Not only was I suppose to test drive the van alone he pushed himself on the ride with me, Telling me I will be fine. This same man said one thing on the phone to only change his story there in person. We will not be returning which is sad because I bought my last car here and loved it. Disappointing.

Poor service in this place I have buy car from here and they told me they gonna give me 3 times for oil change services, and when I run my mileage I went back for oil change they said they could not do for me that ‘ I was shock because they make if foolish and I ask to speak to the manger I talk to him ‘ and he allow me to change oil 3 times again & I already have been done 2 time agin I went back for my last service ‘ and they could not do agin he said they give for only 2 times not for 3 Times 🧐 I’m shock again because last time He spoke to me already for 3 times & refuses to do again ‘ it’s not fair” do you guys have this kind of customer services?????Even I called to manger for help me what he spoke to me before he was mad and he hang out my call ???Please improve your customer services and make a happier your customers!!I’m not try to persecution but it’s my suggestion for more improvements for others customers Ahead!!Good luck 👍

HORRIBLE Dealership! Spent $32,000 on a vehicle from here and, after signing the papees, have been ripped off ever since. Most recently was charged for work that wasnt performed, after driving over an hour to get there. Customer service sucks! Service as well as sales. Everything always must benefit the dealership. Will never do business there again!

Extremely nice people, extremely quick, Ive bought numerous different new cars and the process has always taken at least 5 -10 days. However, John and Anissa got me into a 2018 RAM in less than 3 days!! and I only spent about a total of 4 hours in the dealer. Anissa got me a rate that was completely amazing. I honestly thought the whole time that something was going to come up bad to delay the process. Extremely pleased. Will be returning down the road for my next vehicle.

I have purchased three vehicles from Bertera 1 in West Springfield 2 in Westfield. I have never encountered such rude people and they certainly dont care once the sale is done. I received a paper in the mail saying that I owed $170 on my lease for a dent that was in my door. There was no dent in the door when I traded the truck and I called the dealership who had had it in their possession for over a month and I just received the paper last week from the leash company saying that I owe them this. Well the gentleman from the dealership was quite rude and telling me that they definitely would not be paying for it I absolutely told him I hope it would be worth the $200 for what I would have to say about them all I can say is this I paid top dollar for a 2016 and top dollar for the warranty and that would be fine if they simply backed up what they sold because now it has a running problem theyll see how difficult they make that terrible customer service terrible attitudes couldnt even get the plates canceled for me on my lease had you give it to a friend who works at another dealership to get that done all I can do is shake my head do yourself a favor dont go to any verterra on dealerships that includes Metro in Chicopee at least shop them youll find a better price Im sure.

I bought my preowned Dodge Dart from Bertera and had a great experience. They took care of the paint defect on the car and provided me with a loaner car while it was being fixed. When Im ready to purchase another vehicle it will definitely be through Bertera again.

If you like to be annoyed with calls all day, receive a lot of texts after saying NO do not contact me and even more emails after bringing these concerns to the general manager. Then go here. If you want a better experience go ANYWHERE else. I will never do business with this dealership, I regret even have contacting them!

Zack was our salesman and was amazing showed us the perfect minivan that was in our price range he was kind understanding took us for a test drive it was like Zach new what we were looking for. Bought a vehicle about a year and half ago. Sales staff were pretty nice, a bit pushy. But I understand it’s there job. Service is where it’s is not so good. Had to bring my vehicle in for service a few times. In warranty service too. Takes too long, never any updates on your vehicle. I was the one contacting them for updates and finding out that my vehicle had to stay overnight at 4pm-ish... it was dropped off at 8am. The only time I ever got any help was from the service manager. Still waiting on an update on a part under warranty for my vehicle and it’s been 3 months, and yes I called and left a message for the manager to call me back... oh and an oil change and tire rotation cost me over $200. Haha, what?!

What an AWFUL experience. I conversed via text to ensure that a deal would be reachable prior to driving down there and wasting mine and anyone elses time since I live over an hour and half from the dealership. Ciarra who I conversed with via text was extremely helpful. However, once I got there it was a complete nightmare. John the car salesmen was extremely rude. First thing he asks me is how do I think this would mathematically work. Umm lets see... I had already confirmed the payment and such would be within reach and already submitted a financial application online which Ciarra confirmed that everything would be all set via text. He would not let me even test drive the vehicle without agreeing to paying a much higher payment then I already pay. When I told him that it is not reachable and I was told it would be prior to coming here. His response was -- well you are going to pay now or pay later when your lease is up. Mind you I am a young woman who went there alone so therefore I feel he was trying to take advantage of me. Another awful statement he said was We wish your current vehicle was in better shape -- however they never even went outside to look at my vehicle but looked at it through a window and I just drove over and hour and a half so clearly it will get dirty since it was a rainy day. Although, the biggest issue was that they would not honor the online price and John told me the online prices are only for other dealerships and buyers across the country. So he tried to make me pay almost $2,000 more for a vehicle that I viewed online and initialed interest online. This was very slimy and I dont think that is even legal!! After looking at the vehicle once my father met me at the dealership, it was not actually worth the price they were asking - moisture in the headlight on a 2018, scratches down the entire side of the passenger side, dents in the front driver door, tires that will need to be replaced prior to snow fall; just awful! Lastly, I told John I would step outside and call my fiance and wait for my father to see what he says.....while doing this he decides hell with her, I will take on a new customer that wants to purchase a brand new jeep wrangler and off they went for a test drive when he still had my key to my vehicle! Maybe finish up one deal and return their belongings prior to taking on another deal. Such terrible service!I will never return to Bertera and will not recommend anyone purchase a car from there. And if they do, I highly recommend NOT purchasing anything from John, the grouchy, rude, lazy old man!

25% restocking fee this place is a ripoff i ordered balljoints for a ram 3500 then we realized it did not needed and had to return it and i ended up paying $60 (Ripoffss) screw them ....

Five star because first thing I liked was they offered me coffe soon as I walked in threw the door also they treat you like family at Bertera.

My next vehicle will not be purchased here. Polite salesman but theres better dealerships out there.
