(My last used car gave me 75000 great miles, but its time to move on). Hes fair and honest. What more can you ask for? Oh, and I get some service done there, too. He does my brakes, and other miscellaneous small things for an incredibly fair (read: low ) price. Im a satisfied repeat customer.

My husband and I bought a GMC Terrain from this dealer last month, I drove the car home from the dealership and as soon as I pull into the drive way the check engine light comes on. There were FOUR engine codes on this terrain. My husband could see that one of the codes were permanent, which led us to believe that Fadi erased the code before he sold us the car. We brought it back up to the dealership and Fadi said he would replace the sensors and extend our 90 day warranty. He also told us before purchasing that he replaced all the spark plugs. We get the car back from him and asked for the receipt for the sensors he changed and the paperwork for the extended warranty. 🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️ never received the paperwork for the parts and upon calling two weeks after the fact, we are told he didn’t extend the warranty. My husband checked the spark plugs they said they replaced… those weren’t changed either. I would say avoid this nightmare at ALL COST. He sold us this car knowing that there was something wrong with the engine and tried to cover it up, you can’t trust a word that comes out of his mouth!

Had someone test drive a car for me. I got the car inspected and the dealer agreed to perform the delayed maintenance. I drove from Louisville to make the purchase and within 60 miles returning home I experienced loud sounds coming from the rear wheel even at 50mph speeds.Back at a local shop I am told the rear shocks the dealer replaced were missing crucial parts - bushing and large washer. They went ahead and attached the rear view mirror as it fell off upon returning. The dealer replaced the cracked windshield and I suppose was not properly secured.Strongly advise getting a pre-purchase inspection if you consider buying from this dealership. Have work checked by 3rd party mechanic.Check your car for hail damage as it may not be disclosed.Other than he drama, solid car.

This is just an observation, as i had no human contact the day I stopped by (on a Sunday). They have a wide variety of vehicles here, i think for something everyone. I am a lover of all types of vehicles and was just cruising a few places. I would definitely consider Next Gear when I am in need of another car.

This guy is amazing! They are a small car dealer and auto shop combined. He will agree to have all issues cleared up and paid for before you buy the car. There is no what you see is what you get motto here. They maintain their vehicles well, and if theres an issue, they will promise to fix it before selling you the car. Whether its worth 4k or 10k. They are also willing to negotiate (as long as its within reason). My wife and I were looking into an 06 Ford Fusion (THIS close to buying, but got scared off due to possible future transmission problems that are commonly reported with the model). He (and we) thought we were probably going to buy the car. Well, there were a few small problems with the car he was not yet aware of, so when we brought it to his attention, he immediately had them fixed and ordered parts to have them there the next day. Even with no strings attached. They are kind and not pushy. Offer water bottles, etc. We were very impressed. Go here for a good deal on a car. Youll drive a car off the lot with no current mechanical issues, guaranteed. Well kept and reasonable prices. They are not scammers like other dealers of similar size. You wont be disappointed.

From the very beginning, my experience with Next Gear was different. Ive never before had what I would call a positive experience with a used car dealership, but Fadi and his team simply blew away all the negative stereotypes. Their email response to my online inquiry was clear, articulate, and detailed, but with NONE of the hard sell vibe I expected. They were honest and straightforward with information about the cars I was interested in and they volunteered details about the number of accidents (mostly zero) and prior owners (usually three or fewer) for each car without my having to ask. When I arrived at the lot, Fadis assistant met me in the parking lot, and the car I was primarily interested in (a Camry) was parked out front waiting for me. Again, there was no hard sell and no fuss. They checked out my driver license, attached a magnetic dealer plate, and handed me the keys. Nobody accompanied me on the test drive and there was not the slightest sense apprehension on their part about my driving solo. When I returned with the car, I asked about a couple other vehicles in the lot. They answered my questions, handed me the keys for all the cars I asked about, and simply reminded me to move the magnetic dealer plate when I switched cars. When I finished my test drives and had narrowed down the cars I was interested in, they were once again very straight and upfront about everything and they provided a CARFAX report on each car without my having to ask. When I made my selection, they offered me a very good deal and quoted an Out The Door price, and the check I wrote matched that quoted price to the penny. The paperwork went quickly but at no point did I feel rushed. Fadi took the time to answer every one of my questions patiently and transparently. When we finished, he tucked all the paperwork neatly into a manila envelope, told me what to expect regarding the title and registration, and warmly thanked me for my business. I drove the car off the lot feeling like I was the one who should be thankful. The great service didnt stop there. Fadi followed up with me several times to make sure I was satisfied and to verify the address to which he should mail the title. I am beyond satisfied; I am delighted with the car and I am delighted with the service I received. In one transaction, they made me a lifetime loyal customer, and Next Gear will be my first (and likely only) stop whenever Im in the market for a car.

Our experience was great. I found the listing for the truck (2001 4Runner) I wanted on Autolist and called right away. Fadi was the person who answered and he was very helpful. I explained to him that I’d be driving from 2hrs away and he was very helpful and accommodating. He answered every question I had and sent me pictures and videos of the things I asked to see. We decided to buy the Truck but there were a few very minor issues. One of which was that the back seat headrests were missing. Without batting an eye he found a way to order them online and ship them to our address free of charge. He was very reasonable and a great guy. I would definitely consider purchasing from him again.

Honestly, not impressed. I’ve visited this place a few times, and each time I’ve entered, people who work there completely ignore me without any customers there. The first car I test drove had a flickering ABS light, and they told me it was likely just a sensor problem, so I spent $50 to go get it checked out by a certified mechanic only to later have Next Gear run a diagnostic test and discover a car they were trying to sell me had legitimate ABS problems. They don’t seem very knowledgeable about their own cars, and often when they are for sale, basic things like oil changes and new cabin air filters seem to be nonexistent before these cars go on the market. Highly recommend getting a mechanic not associated with Next Gear to check any car on this lot before a big purchase, or you may regret it.

Fadi at NextGear Auto was amazing. What started off as a rocky day ended on a sweet note. I took my car to trade in for a Mini Cooper Clubman S and an issue was found which caused my car to show a bad title. It was unexpected and disturbing as the previous place of business I purchased the car from failed to provide proper information before my purchase (I wont say who it was) and they should have. That place has forever lost my business, however Fadi provided me with invaluable information concerning my car and even offered a little higher amount on the quote I went and got from another dealership. He also worked with me on the Mini to get me in the car (as I was paying for it outright with cash). Overall I had ended up spending more out-of-pocket by NO fault of Fadi, but due to the shady business of the other dealership, and Fadi went ABOVE and BEYOND for me. He even offered his services for maintenance on any car I had and made the entire experience probably the most comfortable I have ever had at a dealership. He was VERY honest, very personable and enjoyed hearing about my elderly father that I take care of. I cannot say it enough, if you are in the market for a used, good quality vehicle (and trust me they have SEVERAL including a 2009 BMW I had my eye on! LOL) you should go to NextGear Auto and definitely talk to Fadi, I think you will find it to be as pleasant of an experience as I did!!!
