Buyers be aware of this place, they told my friend they did all this stuff on the car before they got it, comes out they never did any of the work . Now my friend who is a struggling lady is left with a junk car. This is not the first time I heard of trouble with this place. Save your money and go somewhere else that you know will get a decent car.

Dee was helpful and nice to talk to I bought a beautiful little kia soul three weeks ago the only thing is I had to replace all breaks and rotors and do the normal time up the only complaint I have is the wheel bearings need to be changed I feel that should have been done b4 it was sold I didnt know when I bought it they were bad because the brakes and rotors were toast and was masking the sound of wheel bearing but besides that its great

Very long story, but bottom line is Dee was amazing, got us into a perfect vehicle for us, Went above and beyond being available for contact at all hours, guided us through the process, dropped off the vehicle to me at my place of business. Made the experience as easy as it could have possibly been. A couple touch ups were needed after purchase and again, got me right in and had the items fixed ASAP. I bought a $2500 truck from them 2 months ago and all I was told was it needed a brake job. I thought it was a good deal as it was a couple hundred dollars under book value. Upon getting it and changing the brakes myself, it ran great until the one month warranty was up. First thing to go on it was the timing cover. As well as some sensors on the dashboard. $600 later that was fixed and road worthy. About two weeks after that I was driving to boston for work and the engine began to overheat again. Pulled over and let the truck cool down. Popped the rad cap off and the radiator was empty and filled with exhaust fumes. Blown head gasket and possible cracked head. If you buy a car I strongly recommend bringing a pressure test with you because the worst two repairs that could happen to a car, happened to me. Crooks.

I gave one star because up until today, we had a great experience with them. That was until today.In June of last year, we had the motor blow on an SUV we owned. We needed a vehicle. And although many people told us too stay away from them, we went anyway. They took the SUV with a blown motor, and gave us a $1200 trade in value and we financed a Ford Focus. It was a great car. In September, my wife was in an accident and the car was totaled. Deals For Wheels told us they would do everything they could to help us out. When the insurance company took forever to finalize everything, we ended up being gifted a vehicle from a family member. Then a second car was gifted! We were happy.Then came this past week.. The first gifted car blew a head gasket and the other car wasnt legal yet and need some work done. Instead of getting the car legal, we decided to trade both cars in for a better one. Yesterday, I called them to let them know I was on my way to pay off the original car loan and get a fax number for them to get us ready to buy something. She said she remembered us and that there shouldnt be any problems. When I got there, a different girl was there. She told us about a van that should work out for us.THEN CAME TODAY..We showed up with our kids to get the van and I didnt even plan to haggle anything. It all seemed like a good deal. However, the main lady that works there (the one we dealt with so many times before), didnt want to call the finance company to verify everything. Her issue was that my wifes credit had dropped in the midst of the insurance craziness. But, with the loan being paid off, that should have been taken care of. Hence the CALL THE FINANCE COMPANY.. She didnt want to do the work and it ended up being a big argument that ended with her kicking us out of the dealership!! We were guaranteed financing through the finance company.The bank pays the dealership, then the client pays the bank. That is how it works. But, she wouldnt admit that. She also lied saying she never talked to me on the phone yesterday. Up until today, I would have recommended them. Now, we are shuffling ideas to keep my wife in a job that requires a vehicle.

Bought a car from them really nice people but the car they sold me had the shocks and struts blown, no transmission fluid and wasted about 400 dollars on tires before I realized that I needed to change the struts and shocks because it ate my tires. Either they need better mechanics or they need to recheck their ethics on how they sell there cars.

I bought a vehicle through them and I was very happy at first that they were going to work with me. But as things progressed I became more and more unhappy. After 3 cars I finally ended up in one, while it was very attractive, the mileage was higher than I wanted. When I went to get it inspected I failed due to a hole in my muffler that couldnt be seen without the car on a lift. So I called them, brought it back and supposedly they fixed it. But it nearly failed again. To which they had me bring it back in and fix it again. They patched the holes rather than fixing the problem. Within 2 months I had a brake line break and here it is a year later, I brought my car in for inspection and I failed yet again due to my exhaust. They dont properly check their vehicles, they dont properly fix problems with the vehicles and I will never buy from them again. Nor do I recommend anyone else buy from them.

Wow, EXTREMELY RUDE OWNER!!! I couldnt believe it. I thought I was being Punked. I just stopped there today looking for a car for my daughter. The owner came outside to greet me after I looked around for a few minutes. I asked some questions about the cars. All he knew about the cars were their prices and became very agitated by any other questions about them. I cant imagine how this place has been there for so long. I literally cannot believe how I was treated there today. Absolutely not ever going there again and suggest to anyone to not waste the trip.

Dont buy a vehicle here. They are unethical and say whatever they need to to get cars off their lot. My experience with them is that they are extremely welcoming and very dishonest start to finish. They told me they guarantee that the vehicle I purchased would pass inspection and that if it did not to just bring it back and they would fix whatever. The truck I bought did not pass inspection and they told me they could not help me because I bought the vehicle a month ago. Im a single mom with three kids and its hard for me to meet deadlines. I did not drive the vehicle prior to having it inspected but yes I had it inspected outside the five day window. It is irrelevant as the inspection place said the two front ball bearings were horrible so that didnt happen in one month. There were other things they were misleading about. Fool me once....

Deals 4 Wheels is an unprofessional place to go, dont be fooled by them. When you first look at their vehicles they seem great and willing to help, but they dont properly fix your vehicle. When you return back to get your vehicle fixed they will act very rude and they are highly unprofessional. My mother was a great customer to them and when the jeep she just bought from them started acting up a week later, i called my two mechanic friends to confirm it was the transfer case and leaking fluid. She sent it back and they said nothing was wrong with it, so my mechanics showed them. The owner was rude enough to tell them I could buy you all. When my mother finally went back last Thursday to pick it up with my two mechanics, the owner once again said i could buy you. the owner then got into the boys face and my mothers and used highly inappropriate language, and would not let them speak. Please do yourself a favor and be careful with this place, theyll either sell you a vehicle that doesnt work, theyre rude, they will take all of your money and time, and they are very unprofessional. No one deserves to go through deals horrible customer service and work.

Careful when buying! They did stand behind my vehicle but many issues!

Stay away from this place if you are a new driver with less than $5000 in your pocket. They will con you into buying their specials which are just cars that they haphazardly accept as trades. They will sell these cars to you As Is usually they will have transmission problems or have been very poorly cared for. I recently bought a car for $1000, had it inspected, had over $5000 in repairs. When I expressed that this was beyond As Is and was in fact being a con artist they then tried to upsell me to cars that were outside my price value to start. They said Oh its these prices WITH the trade-in. I get it they have no responsibility in the situation they are just low down highway robbers.I have bought Two cars from them and one off craigslist. The one on craigslist still works to this moment. Neither of this dealerships cars work. I told them what money I had to work with and asked them the typical cost of the cars on the lot. They purposely con you into buying from them. They are absolute scum.

Everyone told me I could get financing. I saw at Dealers all day and they turned me down. I called Deals 4 Wheels & talked on the phone. I was driving the next day. They got me great quotes on Insurance even though my license is not great. Saved me over 1500.

This place is a complete hack all there card are auction junks looked at a car was clean but some minor problems and ended up not purchasing it and asking my deposit back and the owner comes out says thats why I hate doing business with you people implying on my race and said come back tomorrow pick up your money. This place is horrible very rude and very shady. I wouldnt advice anyone buying a car from there or wasting their time with this place.

They never gave you any information, the financial person was rude, the financial person never talked about any loans or gave you the paper work with your credit scores they kept you waiting for ever to talk to someone. They shouldnt even ask you for a deposit if nothing would work for you.

Terrible! Bid on a car on Ebay and SPECIFICALLY ASKED BEFORE I BID what the rust condition was and was told it did not have rust. Flew in to pick it up and it was FALLING APART from so much corrosion. Walked away from it. Lost my flight $ and am still waiting for my $500 deposit to be returned after 3 weeks!

The next day we came in together because he wanted his trade back and put cash down instead since he had alot of sentimental value with his truck. Also, realizing they low balled his trade. The lady tells us NOPE with an attitude. Mind you this is the next day. She says you signed the title over so its mine now your going to have to pay me a profit if you want it back. No professionalism what so ever about it. I asked to talk to the owner, the lady yells at us I am the owner! Go on to the Better Business Bureau (BBB) if you dont like it. Theyll let you know I am the owner. SO We WILL GO TO THE BBB. This is not how you handle business! I understand he signed the title over, I also understand you low balled him and took advantage of the situation. My advice, GO ELSEWHERE! Save your self the HeadAche.
