Best experience I have ever had at a dealership. Joe and Johnny were two of the most helpful people. They made the process easy simple and fun! I saw a car i wanted online, a 2009 Honda Civic and Bob took good care of me, up to the point that, all i had to do was send $200 deposit and then show up with the balance of the money and in 15 min Flat (papers signed) i was heading back home.I am so happy with the purchase of my used vehicle..no problems at all or check engine lights..Thank you BOB !

Bob and Joe took advantage when buying a car from them a couple months ago. They took advantage because i was a first time buyer with little knowledge of the car buying process and sold me a car with known recalls without informing me. I would not recommend this dealership because if you give off the hint that you don’t quite understand the full process of buying a car they will take advantage of you. Also both times that i went back to the budget center to finish up paperwork i had to wait for someone to get back as they had gone somewhere else during store hours leave a “be back soon “ sign with a contact number. i highly would not recommend.

They promised theyd get me in a car and they delivered. Financed a 2014 Ford Fusion that I fell in love with. Good deal on the car. The two guys that work there are real personable and easy going and are real easy to work with. The only down side is that if you think you are buying a car that day allow yourself plenty of time because they arent the fastest salesmen. Overall I was happy and even went back for my second car.

Ive seen this car on the lot for over 2weeks. So I had some free time today,(Saturday) and its nice out so I dropped by. Car is very nice and shows well. Sad thing is, I was there for nearly 30mins and Never had any contact with a salesperson. I come from a family involved in Retail. And have to say this is sad to see. I understand that they could have been busy with another customer, but the could have atleast came up to me and said theyd be with me as soon as can.. I was disappointed!! And want others, and the dealer to know that they lost a potential sale.

Worst place to buy vehicle. Do not go this place. These people don’t tell you the truth.I purchased 2009 Lexus GX 470. After 2 weeks car started having issues. I contacted to the dealership their answer was “we can’t do anything”. Spent $1800 to fix it. After 4 weeks car broke down on the highway. Mechanic diagnosed engine needs to replaced. I contacted back to dealership Tom Roush but no help. Same answer high miles car are always on risk. They already knew it that car had mechanical issues. Mechanic estimate is $6800 to replace the engine. Now I am standing no where . Don’t know what should I do. Fix it or leave it. Very bad deal.I have to paid more money to fix it than the purchased price.They knew it this vehicle have issues.I wish no one got the deal what I got. I wouldn’t suggest anyone to go to this place Tom Roush Dealership. No help from dealership. Do not go this place.

Worst place to buy a car.Do not go to this place to buy cars. I bought a car and broke down within 3 weeks. Have to spent more money to fix than I paid for. Engine broke down within 3 weeks. Very bad

Bought a Chevy Spark three weeks ago. Asked for the check list on the car. Air conditioning was checked okay. On way home it blew hot air all the way home. Called back and set an appointment. Day of appointment I wasnt on the list and wanted me to reshedule. Paying another dealership now to fix it at MY cost. Fire whoever does the check list, they lie!

I purchased 2 used vehicles the same day in early Oct. Both have major issues that showed up within 2 weeks of purchase. One is not drivable. Taking them back to see what they will do to address the issues. I understand buying as is, but one would hope to not have major issues within weeks of purchase. They seem willing to work with resolution, which is encouraging.

They helped me find the perfect car for my price range, walked me through the entire process, and made sure I was completely taken care of!After two days of owning my new car I got a crack on my windshield and they went above and beyond to help this girl, who knows next to nothing about cars, get it fixed as quickly and as budget friendly as possible. We found them on the internet. Found a vehicle. Bob Wood contacted us. We saw and drove this vehicle 3 times. Bob was welcoming and patient about everything. As we researched our vehicle we developed questions about the vehicle, Bob didnt have many answers to our specific questions but got the answers promptly. We made an offer less than asking price based on a similar vehicle at another lot. Bob met my price and terms and then went beyond to make our purchase perfect. We could not be happier with this experience. And, we love the vehicle too. Call Bob !!!!

This was one of the best experiences that Ive had seeking a car. The salesman let us drive the car with no pressure and once we were done he still didnt pressure us. He nicely talked to us explained some things, gave us his card. This was the perfect experience. We are looking to hopefully purchase from there.

A couple years ago I was in need of a new vehicle, a friend recommended the budget center. I went in with a 98 Pontiac on its last legs, told the guys what I was looking for and what I could afford. Im a stickler to my budget, and I was hard to finance having no credit. After an hour of the diligent finance man searching for a vehicle I could afford, I drove away in my pretty pink Mitsubishi. Super happy with car and financing. Since then I have referred many people. My daughter has purchased a car there and is happy. Just yesterday my inlaws purchased a jee . And will be back to purchase a car for their daughter. The guys there are amazing. They get 5 stars from me and my referals.

Tried to support the local dealership in the area with little success. Reached out to Bob (someone that has apparently been in the car business for 40 plus years)In the process of doing so we had difficultly getting a reply. We started to call multiple times and send multiple emails with extremely non professional responses.Here was the last straw with working with Bob, here was his reply to us.After trying to escalate to management they don’t seem to really find this an issue. We tried to work with another sales person and going into the dealership the price quoted was what the sticker said.If this is how presale a are, what would actually happen if you had an issue with the car?Scary.

I couldn’t be more let down. My apologies for the long-winded review, but I definitely would not recommend going to this dealership. I had test driven several cars at other dealerships, and once I got an idea of what I wanted I found a car I wanted. It happened to be here. For starters, I made an appointment to come test drive it, but that didn’t translate to an actual appointment with any one salesman. After a minute one gentleman approached me, and after I test drive he car I decided to buy. It should have been an easy transaction, but it was anything but. That salesman was under the weather the next day, so his manager took my case over. He didn’t communicate with me or with the man who did financials. The necessary details were not sent over to my bank for two days. When I arrived to pick up the car and do final signing, he was snippy and rude. It took about 45 mins for them to bring the car up. When I got out to the car, there were no mats in the car, no gas in the tank, and the car had not been detailed as the original salesman had promised. I decided to let the small stuff go, and just left. The next morning, the car wouldn’t start (it’s a 2017). After two days of the thing not starting, I decided that it was not user error. The trouble I had with it leads me to believe that they knew something wasn’t right with it - that’s why it took 45 mins for them to get it out to me at pickup. I got in contact with my original salesman, and felt like they were totally unwilling to make the situation right. I hate to be a pest, but I continued to badger them until they replaced the battery in my car. That they were willing to sell me a vehicle they knew wasn’t functioning properly is a huge red flag. Overall, the dealership as a whole lacks integrity. I felt disrespected, and very let down.

I just bought a 2007 Ford expedition with 114 000 miles my mechanic said it was extremely good condition and all were gonna do to it is to a 100000 mile tuneup that I got a great deal and a great price thank you very much Bob.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!My wife bought a car here and they seemed really nice at the beginning. A couple weeks after getting the car there were some issues with it so we asked them if they could see how much it would cost to get it fixed. Instead of getting us a quote like we asked, they went ahead and had the work done. Then they told us they would get back to us on how much we had to pay for the work that was done after they had sorted everything out. We never received a call, email, letter in the mail or anything regarding this issue and out of nowhere they came after the car for repossession. Let me point out that all of our payments for the car were made on time and never missed. The contract we signed stated that they would only repo the car if they Believe in good faith that the payment(s) would not be paid. If we made all of our payments on time, how is that not in good faith believing that we wouldnt pay for the work that was done?! This company is clearly poorly run and puts a bad name for Tom Roush in general. They should have contacted us and we would have gladly paid for the work that was done on the car, but instead gets a bad rep and awful review.
