Today was a shockingly awesome day Dan from thrifty pulled what seemed to be impossible to get us into a SUV and mad it happen. He got us approved for the SUV we wanted but did even more than just that he got the banks to approved us but he wanted to help us more than just that and lower the banks offer for the monthly payments we though we were gonna gonna settle with the bank’s original offer and get the SUV but he then came back and told us to wait for a lil bit more he pulled a few strings a knocked off a ton of $$ off on the SUV for us and lowered the payments to nearly half what we were gonna accept and we got the SUV. He is very professional friendly honest and laid back. Also want to mention how clean they are and mindful of everyone. Not just him but all their employees there would keep in mind of space and distance. They disinfect everything each time they have someone in the building so your mind will be at ease when inside. And in a vehicle. So rest assured test drive with peace of mind. Go in with peace of mind and leave happy. They are all awesome people quick fast and awesome.

Hello, today my father drove an hour plus to Westfield to test out a listed vehicle. Upon arrival, the dealership raised the pre-agreed price of the vehicle which is very unprofessional and sneaky. If this dealership was transparent from the start then my father would not have wasted his time driving an hour plus there and back total of 3 hour trip.We are very unsatisfied, find better dealerships in MA please!! Save yourself some time and headache!

The sales person was great. But as soon as there was an issue the management washed their hands of me. They got their sale and there was an issue that was the banks fault, but instead of good customer service from thrifty I got irritation and brushed off. They thought that since it wasn’t technically their issue that I was being bothersome for asking for their assistance. I won’t be purchasing my next car their. But, again, the sales person was amazing, courteous and helpful.
