I had a bad experience with my phone being cracked when it was returned to me 15 mins after an employee offered to put it on a charger, in the mechanical area. They claim they had nothing to do with it or didn’t know but my phone was not cracked before I handed it to them & no one was able to offer me any type of a support, discount, nothing for that. Now I have a messed up phone where it doesn’t even work correctly anymore. I understand I should not have trusted just anyone with my phone but i didn’t think anything would go wrong after just placing it on the charger.

Has everything positive about a good dealership and service department. Very positive experience. They did a recall repair on our car fast and efficiently - and friendly. Will return.

They offered us $2.500.00 less than what their own value your trade in app said our van was worth because they said it needed new tires on it and they would only be able to sell our van for $10k-$11k. They said they would come up a $1000.00 to $8500.00 but on paper after it was all over gave us $7500.00. Then they put $15k on it with the same tires on it on the lot and sold it

The staff there is awesomely friendly. They have a large selection of great vehicles that are priced more fairly than other places. I was very happy to make Tom Roush my place to buy a brand new vehicle.

It was very easy to schedule service when I wanted it and the service was completed in the time they estimated. I especially appreciated the email notice I received after coming home that had the assessment of different areas of the car that they reviewed during the routine maintenance and the status of those parts. Now I can predict that I will probably need service in a certain area during my next visit.

They were selling the car for the lowest off of Kelley blue book. They filled up the gas tank and are going to fix a minor flaw on the exterior when I go on vacation. The guys were very awesome. They were laid back and were not trying to force the vehicle on me like most places do. Definitely recommended them to all my friends and family.

One word to describe Tammys ability to care for customers excellent. She did everything so my satisfaction can be 100%. She had to adjust her usual schedule just to take care of my needs. I had just purchased my 2011Explorer for ma dealer in Lafayette IN, so I was grateful to have Tom Roush help me out with the wiper issue. They would not shut off. Quite frankly since my last vehicle was a 1998 Expedition, I felt it could be something as simple as operator ignorance. They offered me a reduced price to tell me what the problem was just because I worked for a company that buys and services vehicles from them. Again, nice.They checked it out as well as another few questions I had and gave me the bad news. The switch was bad on the wipers, they could not give me a manufacturer code to work the keyless entry, and as far as they could tell that was broken too.All said, the price to fix the wiper switch 400.00 the price for the diagnostics, 95.00. 495.00, 3 days after buying the car. now lets be clear,this was not a sale they made, and they were reasonably quick to get back to me, but jeeze 495.00. I thanked them, payed the 95.00 but declined the service. They were very niceThe lesson here is I should have done a little more homework. As soon as I googled 2011 Explorer that wiper problem popped up along with a video instruction. I ordered the part for 40.00 and my husband fixed it in less than 15 minutes. Ignorance can be expensive
