The worst experience in car repair Ive ever had the displeasure to attend. When I called to make a quotation for an electric repair that my car needed, one of the employees assured me that the value of the electrical diagnosis would be 65.00 dollars. So I took the car to repair. However, in just one hour of service, they called me saying they did not find the problem and that I would need more two hours to repair, and that the amount that I should pay would increase from 65.00 to 350.00 dollars. When I said I did not want to continue because I did not had the money, they said they would charge me $ 117.00 for the service already rendered. Anyway, they made me pay $ 117 for nothing; I went to my house without any kind of resolution to the problem of my car. Furthermore, the employee in charge was extremely arrogant and treated me very bad. What a rip off experience. Anyway, I totally DO NOT recomend AutoFix as a Auto Repair option. I wish Google offered the option to give half star or less.

I had my brakes done here about 2 weeks ago and they were really helpful. Jon and the other mechanic (cant recall name) were very polite and they explained everything to me. The price was comparable to other shops in the area too. I will definitely go back!

Ive only had good experiences here, first with my very old accord, and now my cr-v. Mike is was incredibly helpful with my accord, and even gave my cr-v a courtesy inspection right after I got it. Theyve been very knowledgeable, thurough, affordable, and timely every time Ive worked with them. I will continue to choose AutoFix over any other for maintenance on my Honda, I trust them more than any other mechanic Ive been to, and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Dont go this shop. I dont even want to give them one star.Bring my car in to do brake bleeding. They just open one bleed screw to do this job.I told them its not the right way to do this job.The guy said we flush all old fluid out. Any body can tell me how can they flush all old fluid out with only one screw open?How can they flush out the old fluid in the other three calipers? The guy said the screws are too rusty,they cant open them. I said I told you they are rusty before, and if you have problem with them,just let me know.If you guys cant do that, dont touch them. I will try to find somebody else who can do that job.Dont do a dirty job to steal my money.I asked him if he has any warranty for this service,the guy said no.I cant believe this is their way to do business.
