My mother came here for multiple vehicle issues numerous times between 2017-2020. Every time he had “fixed” something, there was another issue IMMEDIATELY after. Like, driving home from this “mechanic” type of immediate. The prices were high considering the quality of parts and labor. Bad communication on when the car would be ready. Guy was a total jag who’ll probably deny that we were ever there. He speaks for himself lol

A quick Google search for top rated mechanics in the area brought this location up. The service turn around time was quick, Patrick was friendly, and I felt like pricing was very fair. I wouldnt go there again. Be aware. When I submitted my car there for certain repair, my Service engine light was off. When I picked up the the repaired car, they fixed my car, however, the Service engine light was on. So, I pointed out to them. They fixed the light, so that it doesnt go on even during start...... basically they disconnected the Service engine light all together. This is not the way you fix it, therefore, I wouldnt go there again.

Patrick Lump and his son are highly unprofessional. The lack of communication in this shop is obscene. When a customer requests communication, then a costumer should get at least a PHONE CALL stating what’s happening with their car instead of continuous empty promises of “we’ll call you tomorrow” or “it’ll be done tomorrow”. That is no way to run a business. The lack of honesty is appalling. This is a smaller shop, but as a business there is certain standards to uphold in costumer service and they were far below that. It took nearly 3 weeks for the car to be completed, and every step of the way I had to be the one to reach out to find out what was happening instead of them updating in a reasonable time frame. They continuously make excuses for themselves instead of owning up and accepting they simply can’t run their own business efficiently. Be honest from the start. Communicate. And when you mess up, own up to it and learn you can’t treat costumers that way and at least provide a good discount as an act of gratitude or appreciation that the customer was patient enough to deal with the chaos of this shop.

Extremely poor communication and very slow services. Doesn’t give you any updates on your car either, you have to reach out for updates. The whole place feels chaotic. Poor customer service. Really wanted to support a small shop like this but until they work on their customer service - handling problems, treating customers kindly and with respect, I will not be returning here and I wouldn’t suggest this shop to anyone despite the positive reviews, the shop seems to have gone extremely downhill over the years.

Beware of this shop. I usually don’t leave reviews, but unfortunately I had to for this place... I stopped in for a repair & Patrick - the owner of this shop does not care about quality of service - he basically spat in my face. It’s sad. I thought this was a good ol’ family owned shop, but they did not treat me respectfully and did not make things right with me like real men would have. I will NEVER trust them with another one of my vehicles and will tell all my friends and family to stay far away from this awful shop.

Went there based on the great reviews, and I wasnt disappointed. They diagnosed the problem -- it turned out not to be a real issues -- and didnt charge me anything. Plus, they have cool dogs in the office and are located across the street from a brewery.

Took me last minute because I just got off of wotk. Very friendly! Entertainment in waiting area. Brewery across the street. Good music! This place is the best to get your oil changed.

Ive only been there once for an oil change and the people were all very friendly and professional. They got me in and out quickly. Ill definitely return the next time I need any work done.UPDATE: I cant go into details but I can no longer recommend Lumpp and Sons. Briefly, they replaced the wrong brakes and when they finished working on my car, it was making noises it was not before.

The service was great here. I took my car into get routine maintenance and also to diagnose an odd noise. They discovered that my serpentine belt was the wrong size (something that I just had replaced at a different shop in August) and was causing the noise. They replaced the belt and everything is back to normal!

All the techs there are genuinely nice and very knowledgeable. They dont try to pressure you into anything you dont need and their pricing is reasonable for the area.
