Thank god a friend recommended this place! Unfortunately I had a leak in the back of my engine I couldn’t see. I decided to try and find it myself and started taking the trans off my 2007 Chevy avalanche 4x4. I get the trans off cursing myself that it was to much work for me the entire time. I’m freaking out because I get the trans off and I still can’t find the leak! After 12 hours on my back, I walk in the house disgusted and my wife said she talked to Jason who deals with this place all the time. I figure it doesn’t hurt to get a quote to have the trans rebuilt while I have it off and that’s when I talk to my savor Sam! He says “babe we got you” I’ll have a tow truck come and get it and we’ll find your leak, freshen up your 200,000 mile trans and we’ll look over the whole truck for you. Great people great price and great service. Thanks Sam! Hopefully I won’t see you soon but I’ll know where to go from now on!

Dropped car off Tuesday night...got a call 10:00 Wednesday & was prepared for news of a problem...instead Sam was calling to report a broken bracket on my muffler & they could take care of it, saving me time & $$$!! New clutch was done by 3:30 & Sam even came to pick me up at home.😃 Price was as quoted, & 15 yr. old car shifts & drives like new.👍 honest, & went beyond expectations!! Highly recommend

I had a catastrophic failure of my 2014 Ford Focus transmission while driving on the highway near Westmont, IL early in the morning. Multistate Transmission of Westmont was not only open and agreed to help me tow my car to their shop at 7AM, they were able to work with me in replacing my transmission for a reasonable cost. The staff there were friendly, and provided frequent updates via text, photos, and phone calls as to the progress of the repair. Just over a week, the repair was complete, and I had my car back running well.Great staff, great service, reasonable costs, they are open early and work late.

After work I found out my truck wouldnt start. I can change my wipers and oil so I gave it look over. I noticed the lights worked so the battery didnt seem to be dead. It was cold out so I waited and kept trying to start it just in case it would start after it getting warm. By doing this I did drain the battery! A co-worker tried to jumpstart my truck with no results. I called Mutlistate and spoke with Sam. He asked me the symptoms and suggested that it was probably the starter. So my truck wasnt moving. It was getting late and I was trying to figure out what to do. I called Sam back and it was getting close to his shop closing. I told him I had AAA and he said I could have my truck towed to his shop. He stayed after hours to make room so my truck could easily and safely be dropped off. AAA was running late so I thanked him and said that if I could leave the keys in a mailbox because there wasnt anything he could do waiting for me. He gave me directions to tag the keys with my info and Hed confirm in the morning of finding my keys and right away said they checked out my truck and it was the starter. Wow, I was first in line! They fixed my truck right away and I didnt have to miss any work. Sam was very nice by staying late and helping with the stranded stress. The mechanics did a great job with the starter and even cleaned and protected my battery connections. Awesome shop! Thank you!

My 2004 Pontiac lost its transmission. Sam was very responsive to my needs and they rebuilt the trans plus found and repaired other issues that were found during the process. I would recommend them for your repairs.

I came in for a rough shifting issue on my Ford Explorer and was told there was a crack at the connection of the transmission line and my radiator which would require the entire radiator to be replaced because these were one piece.Went to another mechanic and found out that was completely false. Apparently all that needed to be done was fasten the transmission line into the radiator. By the way, that transmission line needs a special tool to unlock and is very unlikely to come loose on its own... My new mechanic was very suspicious, to say the least.

Here are the facts from a customer. 3 years ago I brought my 1994 Olds Cutlass with 170,000 miles for a shifting problem. With that mileage, they could have easily sold me a $2000 rebuild. No, they replaced a position sensor for $150. Now I bring in my cream puff 1998 Malibu with 80,000 miles. From being a former FORD mechanic and presently an automotive engineer, I knew a rebuild was necessary. They were very price competitive (checked 5 places) and fixed a leak elsewhere while the trans was out, saving more money for redundant labor later! But, incredibly, there was a flaw with the car design were the gas gauge pegs out when the battery is disconnected with a full tank of gas. They fixed that as well…..no charge. Just easy to work with, and obviously, trust. No bull….just straight to the point. Use them..... 01/28/17 Well here it is 4 weeks later. 1st thing in the morning temperature dropped to -4. I started it, but it in drive, and away I went. Enough said, use them.

All of the problems pointed to transmission trouble. Nope. Tony was not only honest, he called my regular mechanic and pointed us back to the real problem. Ill always choose honest people.

I received a coupon for a free transmission check up. I brought my 20 year old jeep in to have the transmission checked out. When I was there, I was treated like I was a burden rather than a costumer. When I left the car there, they proceeded to look for a computer plug that the car doesnt have to diagnose the problem, and they left the carpets pulled back with bits of torn up insulation laying around the drivers seat. I will NOT be returning to this place.

Took my 2012 charger in there back in 2017, they charge my almost a $1000 to fix only now my whole damn trans needs to be replace! Never again!
