TOO YOUNG and lacking in professionalism and did not appreciate the way I was spoken to. Needs to work on what he says and be a lot more careful in his work. Made a huge and careless mistake in his quote with me for tires. He really messed with the numbers and fudged them up bad. He was $276 dollars off in his written quote with me for only the tires. And all he had to say for himself was I was confused and I dont know. The right thing would have been to apologize for such a big mistake and almost losing a customer. But was too full of himself to man up and apologize, DID NOT take responsibility.

Thus place is an absolute joke. Got a flat near the E-way on my way to work and needed a quick replacement I told them that all I needed was to put the old rim on a new tire and I would do the rest myself. Told me the wait was 4 hours to do something that takes 20 mins at home.

Go anywhere else. Ride a bike if you have to. The manager of this establishment is a total carnie scam artist. He will tell you that you need new everything when you dont need any of it. I brought his print up to my uncle who is my mechanic, he just doesnt do tires unfortunately. My uncle said not one repair on Tims estimate was needed. Tim also made fun of me for my lack of automotive knowledge with his co worker right in front of me! I was mortified. As a woman I already feel vulnerable dealing with this industry and my experience at Just Tires with Tim reinforced my fears. Horrible experience all around.

We had a slow leak that one morning, on a Sunday, ended up as almost a flat. I called and was told we could drop it off for repair since no appointments were available. They were very nice and the repair cost was extremely reasonable and much less than I expected it to be. Would highly recommend!

I went in today to see if they could mount my tires along with a spare. The guy at the counter looked at me and said exactly this, you mean you want us to mount 5 tires, like the place isn’t called just tires or something but anyways I said yes, then proceeded to tell him that I have balancing beads not balancing weights and he said we won’t do that, completely rude from the very start would not ever recommend anyone go there.

If I could leave no stars I would. Got ripped off. They didnt even change my oil. Would not recommend anyone going here. This is my first time I write a star review. Just so disappointed that such a place would rather rip someone off for 70 bucks and lose a ton of business than doing it the right way. DO NOT COME HERE

Worts service ever

Great service at good prices. Service is usually fast, but not always. I recommend dropping your vehicle off or making an appointment if possible, so you wont have to wait too long.

Excellent service-a lot less hectic and stressful and less pushy than the other big national discount tire chain. Selections limited to Goodyear and subsidiary tires but they have the right tire for every car out there. Nice staff and professional installation. Open late for people to come after work. Overall a nice shop to have in the neighborhood. 6 month interest free financing with Goodyear Card.

I am a little late in posting this review, I work right down the street in the same business, the store is absolutely the best in customer service. The manager stayed past closing during a snowstorm to install 4 new tires on my girlfriends car and gave us a great price. This store at Ogden and Cass is the best!!

Very nice stuff. I had a appointment scheduled they took my car right away. It took about an hour but a problem I had for about a year only cost $35 to repair. I definitely recommend stopping by them if you have any Tire problem and you wont be disappointed.

The Westmont location is always busy. The staff are courteous and honest. They give you their opinion but no hard sell that Ive experienced. TV, coffee/water room, bathroom. Always clean. Customer for 10+ years.

Scammers!!! I took my SUV in for new tires and an oil change. I noticed the next day the the old reminder sticker on the window. I checked to see if the oil life was reset on the vehicle, it wasnt. I opened the hood and checked the oil, black. Crawled under the vehicle to look at the filter, old and dirty.I went over to the store and told the guy at the counter everything. He looked at his records, and said we changed the oil. I asked if he would go outside and look at all the things I said. He refused. I asked for a refund, and that was refused as well. My wife filled out a form online, and I was contacted by the manager two days later. He reviewed the tapes and sure enough, no one had changed the oil.I seriously think they are running a scam there. How many people are they charging and not performing the oil changes. I did get my refund, and was offered a free oil change, but I declined. All I wanted was my money back. I will never go back to that place. If you do go, check everything before you leave... They can not be trusted.

Just Liars!Used and trusted as a reliable mechanic/oil change place for 4 years.Did you guys know that if you dont flush your transmission fluid it thickens until it destroys your transmission, and totals your car? I do now! I also learned that if you trust just tires, they wont let you know that you need to, and will then lie and say they did. As if, it somehow makes sense for me to total my own car. Fortunately for them, the cost of taking them to court is higher than what I can reasonably expect to get back, so they won.Since Just tires notes all services performed on receipts, they tires easily could scrub my receipts of identifying personal information, and share with everyone that they had indeed urged me to flush my transmission fluid. However, they didnt, and are just liars.

I have been visiting this location for some time for oil changes. I was made aware of the issues that I had with my car. They have never taken advantage of me or pressured me into any services that were not needed. My car’s electrical system was severely damaged by the previous owner. The mechanics faced one problem after another with a tremendous amount of determination to get my car back on the road. They in fact said it was “A great learning experience”. I am truly grateful for their services and will continue to make this location my go to place for car repairs.

I used this location of Just Tires yesterday, I had a pretty good experience. I had a flat tire, and they were able to look at the tire to see if it was repairable, which it wasnt. They gave me options for a new tire and replaced it for me. The sales guy was Cesar and the technician was Jonathan.The only thing I was not too happy about was the time estimates for the work. I was on my lunch break from work, so I needed something fast or to be told it would take a while so I could of gotten a ride back to work. They said the time to take a look at the tire to see if it was repairable was 5 minutes, that took 20. Then when I asked how long it would take to replace the tire, they said 20 minutes, it ended up taking about 45.

I cant say enough good things about Just Tires in Westmont. They are honest and stand by their guarantee. The customer service is excellent. I am a completely satisfied customer and will not go anywhere else for basic car care.

I had brakes put on my car by JustTires. After 12000 miles the brakes started pulsating and making a noise. They were suppose to be under warranty for 24000 miles or 2 years. When I brought the car in they said nothing wrong with the brakes when obviously there was. The service manager told me their was something wrong with the brakes and come back in the morning and he would leave a note for the morning manager. I came back the next morning and the service manager said the note said nothing was wrong with the brakes. A complete 180 what the evening manager said he would write and they refused to honor warranty. I took the car to the dealer to find out what the noise was and they said no material left on pads and the rotors were warped. I had to pay them for a brake job and alignment. Now the car stops like it should and no more noise. I am very dissatisfied with Just Tires. They must be using cheap parts or they lied about buying new rotors and brake pads when the did the job.

Honest people, I took my car somewhere else for a flat tire. This other place gave me the flat fix for free and told me that my rims were bad and should buy new, basically trying to take my money.I then took my car to Just Tires and they gave me honest answers and fixed my problem by grinding off some corrosion on my rims.

This is the place to go to get frightened into repairs before you need them. Also, I had two new tires mounted and shortly after discovered 4 out 5 lugs on a front tire were fi ger tight. Manager had a dead pan expression when I told him about it. Must be normal there. Avoid at all costs.

My tire was less than 3 months old it had bubbles on the side of the tire. I paid extra for road hazard replacement. Then they tell me its going to be about $40??? Why?? Now I have been here for an hour. My truck is sitting here with no one working on it.

Came to do 4 wheel alignment. Being overpriced is ok but what is not okay is that other places take about 45 minutes, to an hour. Been here exactly 3 hours now and they have no idea how much longer they need. Thats when you call a week ahead, schedule and tell them youll be waiting for it. I also went here a few years ago and the same thing happened but I thought okay, may be a one time thing. Apparently not, either they dont give a f#@% about your time or they have no idea what they are doing. Not getting a third chance for sure.

DO NOT GO HERE FOR AN OIL CHANGEThey do not do a good job.My boyfriend has a Toyota Prius from 2000-2010, and went in for two regular oil changes. First, they had five hours to finish it, and they still made him wait after coming back to pick it up. Second, the oil change reminder sticker is forgotten.Third and important: I dont think they used the oil they said they would use. The mileage before oil change was 49 mpg; after oil change..it was worse 47mpg. Not sure it can be trusted.Better find your way to Jiffy Lube or your trusted car dealer.PS: They also dont do a good job at tyre air refils.

Came in car was fine and only for a basic oil change. Left and car started puttering. Then went gas station and it dies out. Ruben who works on car did say needed new air filter. I just didnt have funds. They towed for free checked it out came back with that I need new battery which was fine before I came. He also said ideas the weather which was untrue. IM PRETTY SURE HE WAS TRYING TO UP CHARGE ME ON A BATTERY CONSIDERING HE WOULDNT EVEN GET OR CALL THE MANAGER. He wasnt very pleasant except for The comped tow. I came back in the AM RIGHT WHEN THEY OPENED & EXPLAINED THE SITUATION TO THE MANAGER JASON. HE WAS AMAZING. IT COMES DOWN TO THAT WHEN RUBEN TOOK OUT MY AIR FILTER DEBREE FELL IN TO THE CAR. Very courteous and quick service

Very rude and poor service. They have just tires but they didnt even have my sized tires, they had to order some, which wouldnt come until the next day. I was busy working the next 3 days during their operation hours, so they sent the tires back, without even bothering to contact me. When i returned, they gave me attitude and said well, thats too bad. We returned them the other day. We could order them for you again, i guess.. 1/10 would not go to again, nor would i recommend

This is the worst car experience ever in my 40 years. Greg the manager and the guys are all incompetent. I took my car in for a simple tire pressure sensor replacement because it was losing air. I had to take it back twice and they still couldnt fix it. Then I contacted corporate and they told me that they would remove the sensor and refund my money. When I called to make the appointment, Greg the manager, said he would charge me to remove it. WHAT!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP. Corporate recommended I go to another tire shop. They are trying to tell me that my tires need to be replaced and that is why the sensor isnt working, but lets not forget the other 3 sensors in the other 3 tires all work just fine.

Rude staff that doesnt care for your time. No updates, no matter how many times you ask, waited over 5 hours for a simple alignment. Waited, not dropped off. Sat for 5 hours in their chair over something others do cheaper and in about 40 minutes.

The worst experience I ever had, I owned cars for the last forty years, I went last year to buy four new tires for my four runner Toyota, the young man who worked on my car is a teen ager I dont think he finished high school, instead of loosing the front left tire he tightened it and stripped the nuts, also did it for the back right tire, the manager of the store denied that it is his fault so I have to take the car to next door mechanic spent $75 and two hours waiting until they removed the damaged stud, this year I did another mistake went back to rotate the tires, rotation of the tires is included in the price of changing the tires, they did the same mistake and they damaged the sensor which indicates a yellow light when the tires are not balanced this light is on all the time, I dont recommend stepping in this store.
