This was the best experience that I have ever had dealing with a phone issue. I went in because my phone would not turn on and they did everything that they could to get it turned on so that I would not lose my data. I told them that I wanted to get a new phone and they found an iPhone near by to match exactly what I wanted. Julio was amazing and knew exactly what to do and Greg stepped right in to help out. Greg drove to another location to pick up the phone while Julio got everything set up! So easy and painless! Best experience ever! This will definitely be my go to Verizon location! Thank you Julio and Greg for taking the time to help me out! You both were amazing!

The staff at this store are wonderful! Shari, Greg, and Julio all helped me and my entire family upgrade our phones. The experience was fun, easy, and seamless. I went back for some technical help with the Verizon account app and again, I was not disappointed. Shari and Marcus were able to help me quickly and I left a happy customer, again. I have been to many Verizon stores, but this is by far, the best. Come to this store, you will not be disappointed!

Dont go into this store expecting the service you will get at a corporate Verizon store. My learning experience today was that all Verizon retail stores are not bound by terms on the Verizon web site. I needed a replacement SIM which Verizon states are free to customers. This store told me that it was not their policy and cards are $25. Ended up taking hour round trip to the store on Hiatus in Pembroke Pines where the customer service was excellent and they handled my issue pleasantly and at no cost. Weston store has lost another customer.

Outstanding customer service experience! Try looking up the rest of the Verizon stores anywhere in the area. 3.5 is the max that you’ll find and most are 2.5 or lower. There’s a reason this store is rated at 4.7 stars. One of the gentleman Leo even drove to another store just in order to get one of our new phones. Robert another rep was super helpful and patient in answering all of our questions and helping us with all the accessories we needed. Lucas the Asst. Manager was incredibly friendly and thorough. My husband and I could not have asked for a better experience. I’m super happy to be back with Verizon, steer clear of Sprint! There’s a reason why they’re basically trying to give their service away! Not dependable at all. We drove out of our way to go this store and I highly recommend that you do the same! Ibrahim at the Verizon store in Weston is simply The Best! Why did it take so long for us as a family to switch to Verizon wireless is mind boggling. We are a family of 4 that decided to upgrade our phones AND switch from the horrible customer service of AT&T (after 18 years!). We decided to go to the Verizon store in Weston. BEST decision ever..... we met Ibrahim who is the epitome of “excellent customer service”. One of our daughters wanted a specific color iPhone and this particular store did not have that color. Ibrahim called around and found a store in Miramar that had that color. He asked one of the employees to drive and pick up the phone while he activated the other 3 phones. He was so patient, knowledgeable, professional and engaging. He assured me that all my text messages won’t be lost (this happened numerous times over the years with AT&T whenever I upgraded my phone). Ibrahim gave us a tutorial of all the features of the new phone, he also put on the screen protectors that we purchased with care. Ibrahim treated us like he would love to do business with us again (as all businesses should). We will continue doing business with the Verizon store in Weston and ensure our family and friends are aware.

The Verizon store manager, Ibrahim, has always been very helpful. Today, my husband needed help changing his plan from a business account to our family plan. He tried to do it over the phone and I said for us to go directly to the Verizon store in Weston. Ibrahim was able to quickly resolve the issue. I trust him and the high level of customer service he provides.

The staff is very helpful and attentive to our requests. Robert did his best to give us the best deal on a cell phone and to answer our questions.

I was at my wits end dealing with an iPhone that was not working properly and had jumped through every hoop possible trying to figure out what is wrong. Once I realized this issue would not be resolved, I came to Verizon Wireless Weston where Andre really helped me out. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful during these crazy COVID19 times and was able to get on the phone with someone who eventually was able to figure out how to get me a new phone shipped to me. We were on the phone for over an hour and Andre continued to give great advice and finally got this whole issue dealt with. Great experience overall!

Careful with what they tell you in regards to rebates. The rep that took care of us told me I would receive 2 VISA cards since I purchased 2 new iPhones 10R. It was all a lie. Either they don’t know what they’re doing or they tell you what you want to hear.

He got mad because we went 30 minutes before the site closed.We just move from Pennsylvania two weeks ago, the Verizon sites there are awesome, but here in Florida looks that not all of them are.Especially the one in Weston Fl. Christian is not a good representation of the verizon company.If you have to go to any verizon store, go to another one except the one in Weston. Or be sure this Christian is not working that day.

Completely incompetent at their jobs. Christian Rivera literally doesn’t understand the Verizon promotions/procedures, or is a flat out liar. This store is a contract store not a true Verizon store. They literally do not know or understand the Verizon plans & promotions. I have had to fix four separate issues due to the incompetence of the sales associates & manager at this store.

My mom and I came into the store after being told by sprint and I am quoting a sprint employee “Another carrier would be able to do more for you”. We were greeted right away by Naomi who at the time was assisting another customer. She stated she would be right with us and in just a few minutes she was. We haven’t shopped for cell phone service in over eight years and didn’t know really where to begin. Naomi made the process as easy as could be explaining everything in the greatest of detail and being very patience with us when we asked questions. Daniel was also working that night and once he finished with the customer he was with he also came over to help out. We ended up buying more than we planned on and couldn’t be happier. While we were waiting for our phones to port the numbers over and activate, Daniel and Naomi talked to us not as customers but as friends. They asked about our families as we asked about theirs which made the time go by fast. Once the phones were activated they walked us through step by step making sure we understood the ins and outs of our new service and new phones. Since the purchase of our phones I have had to go back to them a few times to ask a few questions and I also purchased some accessories from them. I received great service every time I have gone in. I would highly recommend Verizon as a cell phone provider and this store as the best place to become a customer.!

Luis & Daniel were incredible. The customer service at this location is outstanding. They were both super helpful and very patient. I purchased two iPhone 6s and needed them backed up and ported. They made the transfer very easy.
