Chris went out of his way to fix a hopeless case. My daughter’s screen was chattered and water infiltrated damaging the inside of the phone. After a day he decided to see through the phone even though flickering. Guessed the keys by comparing the keyboard of a good phone. Retrieved all data that would have been totally lost. Was selling a phone and was worried about my information in phone. They cleaned the phone of all my information within a few hours. Then I had a issue with a different phone walked in and he fixed the issue within ten minutes and wouldn’t take payment for the fix. In this time it great to see a business that is about customer service and fairness and not about just the money.

I brought my tablet, which was fully functional, for a screen change. After two hour I was informed that the screen wouldnt fit and the touch screen doesnt work. $100+ dollars and Im left with a nonfunctional tablet. All my info, pictures etc. locked away. This is ridiculous!!

Guys were extremely professional, very transparent with entire process. Dropped equipment off and issue was corrected within a few hours. Great service and will definitely use again.

The team was extremely helpful. Every time my phone vibrated it would make a loud noise, turns out the Taptic Engine was loose which they fixed in less than 5 minutes, it was a minor issue so it was free of charge. Would definitely recommend this store!

This is the second time I used their service. I was convinced that I had a hardware problem that would cost me time and money. I walked into the store just before closing expecting to leave my iphone overnight. The technician took the phone to the back and fixed it in 2 minutes and sent me on my way free of charge. Polite, efficient and honest, I highly recommend this very convenient store.

Okay at first I thought these people where great they were able to fix my phone and get a lot of things done. BUT! When I got this phone back my flashlight and back camera and speakers were not functioning right. We went to Dr Phone fix they told me that they had bent the back and took out some “shield holders” and my phone short circuited and went into an infinite boot loop when charged and unresponsive when taken out. Dr Phone Fix was able to turn the phone back on, put new shield holders back in and give me a SIM card holder all for free. Another thing they charged 189$ for a screen repair while Dr phone fix costed 89.99$ or 99.99$ would recommend dr phone fix.
