They are very bad service dealer.I am willing to pay for sticker price, but the car have 2 accident and have no rear pumper in it/I ask to replace that pumper in. They said “No, we can not, we sold car as is, we only fix mechanic.”It’s no finance dealership too. Stay away.

Bought a Honda Civic around August (2020) from them (spent 5K). Realized the car had overheating problems after 3 months, contacted them for help but they did not reply to my email or did a call back (initially they said if a problem occurs, they would help me get in touch with a good mechanic). I had it fixed somehow but the overheating problem would not go. Car stopped working last week and I had to sell it for 300$. Not saying that all the cars they sell is bad, maybe I am the lucky one. I would say get the car examined thoroughly before buying from them.

Went here before Christmas looking to buy a car for my family.The sales team helped me identify what I actually needed.The staff was helpful and polite and it was about as comfortable and convenient of any car purchase Ive ever had. They also were able to issue me a new registration and plates the same day. Took the car to my repair shop for a quick check after I bought and they said I made a great choice and I’m happy to say I agree.

These guys kept me an hour and half after everything was all said and done and said they’re waiting on registration. Then the kid tries to tell me I need to leave the car overnight. Def something shady going on there. They tact on an additional 600$ out of no where after we agreed on a price. Right as the 30 day warranty went up the car starts leaking oil and coolant. Pretty crooked but overall I found what I was looking for but these guys def need a lesson in quality salesmanship and I paid just a bit too much plus have to bring it in for repairs off rip. I told them my price range and they tact on an extra 400 dollars while they were showing me stuff! Unreal! And I’m leaking oil at my job and home... very annoying!

Do not trust. Bought a Honda CRV in Sept. 2020. After picking it up took to a mechanic in Malden and they told me the oil pan was leaking, windshield was cracked, brakes were extremely worn and the tires were unsafe to drive on. I complained to MassAuto as it was still in the warranty date, but their mechanic disagreed with everything. They then refused to fix anything but the windshield. I was very upset as this was within weeks of buying the car and when I told Wes (who was helpful when selling me the car but extremely rude and implied I was making it all up after) that it was unethical to sell a barely passable car, his reply was “ethics... I don’t know about ethics, that is some left wing stuff”. A few weeks pass and the car breaks down in the middle of the road. It turns out it needed a new alternator. At this point I was ready to return the car as I did not trust that it was safe to drive and there were so many things that were questionable. Instead, returning was not an option for them and the warranty person worked with me to get many things fixed but it was such a hassle and extremely stressful. On top of it all, the brakes were put on without any care as a different mechanic I took it to told me earlier this month. MassAutoWorld is extremely shady and it is no wonder when their salespeople do not even believe in ethics.

As a first time car buyer, I was nervous and after visiting many different dealerships, I started to question to process of purchasing a used car. Bought a 2012 Civic from here as my first vehicle back in August 2019. The civic still drives well and have run into no problems since. Wesley was very professional and provided adequate information and offers throughout the whole process. The price was fair and service was great.Edit: *READ UPDATE BELOW* After a year, the car failed inspection because the windows were tinted too much. Wesley guaranteed me that the car would pass inspection when I first purchased it, turns out the car shouldve failed inspection the first time. Ive never changed the windows tint on it, and this should have been checked during the sale of the vehicle.UPDATE: Wesley and Michael got in contact with me. This turns out to be a misunderstanding due to inspection regulation changes. Wesley and Mike reimbursed the costs for the Tint re installation and compensated for the confusion. Went here to buy a nice used car. Usually get something on my own but I work full time and didn’t have time to look. I tried here first because of the reviews, I never checked out anywhere else. I’m very glad how everything turned out. Wesley handled every question I had, initially wanted a hybrid but when he heard what I was looking for he showed me some other cars, and helped me get into a wonderful Subaru. Best car I’ve had, had an issue with something minor about the sunroof, Wesley took care of it right away. Haven’t had a single problem since. Been 3 months. Wonderful experience. Wonderful people. We stumbled across this place and couldnt be happier with our experience. We called for interest in one car and they recommended another as the one we originally called for was no longer available. The best part was there was an issue with our air conditioner. We called and they took it back, did all the repairs at no charge and weve enjoyed A/C the entire the summer. They wanted me to write a review so here it is. Horrible service. I haven’t even had the car for a month had to put a new battery and brakes in first week. Blown shocks, radiator leak and mount replacements. All my tires are going flat but when I bought it “it was recently serviced.” Don’t recommend

Looked at the 2001 corolla, had it looked at by my mechanic and he said it needed a new engine mount. The guy told us it wasn’t a big problem and he wouldn’t have it fixed, then said if it was expensive we could talk about splitting the price. I recommend against the 2001 corolla unless they fix the engine mount for you. Wesley was fairly nice but was in no rush to have it fixed as I had the money for it. Very disappointing experience here

Will post x101.Treat all LADIES of any color with respect at all time, and If a man says he will help you out with your car questions or will do a service on your car make sure, that Is what Is EXACTLY being meant! (Take no PIMPING, or PROSTUTION offers.)2. Make sure the mileage matches your mileage on your Motor of Vehicle Purchase Contract and Is the correct mileage on your car before driving off the lot.( If not tell Michael the General Manger to correct that BIG MISTAKE. Many people may over look this.) You as the buyer should care enough about honesty and correct numbers under your name and the vehicle you own or soon will own, look out for this. 158k on my paper but 227k I drove off the lot with and what was correctly advertised online, but not on my papers. If this does happen you need to, you will need to fill out a new title affidavit with the RMV If you didnt catch this mistake. To correct the mileage under your vehicle and, If you bought the car out for your new title also. Mileage effects your car and what It should be sold as.3. FIND OUT WHOS THE GM as soon as you walk In the building. To make sure they are treating you with respect and doing there job at all times, from the min you step foot In that dealership or run into them and they may not mention this to you. So you know EXACTLY who you should go to with questions and feedback.4.Make sure you call before your arriving and have the correct phone number, not previous errors on the website to save you gas, and leave a voicemail after calls, so your not just keep showing up.5.MAKE SURE ALL RECPIENTS and CHANGE is given back, and amounts are all paid correctly.6.After you drive off the lot and many lights may come on your vehicle. Never take waived car inspections stickers from a inspector they may give you after that issue. That Inspector can just turn off those lights and not tell you whats ACTUALLY an issues on your vehicle. To cover up that dealer who may or may not want to pay for any issues on your vehicle.7. Do your inspections sticker, and repairs on your end thats your responsibility as a car buyer not the dealer.8. Then file a CONSUMER REPORT/COMPLAINT how you want a FULL REFUND If you already ask for a FULL REFUND with keeping your car, If all these things listed happened to you. But they may think you are trying to get some extra buck or scam them for all the mistakes and disrespect on there end.As Wesly stated after me bringing this all up Infront of the GM WHO CARES ABOUT YOUR EMOTIONS. Saying he knew this wasnt the car for me? When that car was what I can only afford and that fit my needs. They wanted me to return the car, get a new car, change my insurance etc, be carless. I asked for $20 gas which they gave me for all my back and forth then they offered me waived inspection sticker to a advised inspector, should make anyone feel better, which I am NOT going to and DO NOT TRUST. For a FULL REFUND and to keep my car they threaten to send me there lawyer, call the police on me, mind you I didnt even report any of this nonsense after apology and apology I received from them and previous employees. Purchased an SUV back on 11/18/20. Well they said it had new tires-well it had mismatched tires and one was almost completely bald. I had to drive 3 hours home to find this-it had different tires. on the first time I looked at SUV. they. also. said a check would be sent to me to cover the expense. of a new. tire. WellIm still. waiting and it is now 12/28/20.I could go on and on but they. will respond with a typical response of call us and we will take care of it. Just have your vehicle checked by a mechanic before purchasing a car. from here. also if you looked at it one day. be sure to check it agin before signing the papers.

I am reviewing here because that is what made me consider going to Mass Auto World. The prices are super fair. I got an amazing car and when we did the test drive and said we were worried about some noises, etc, they said they would send it to fix it. They did. Also, they have one fo the cheapest dealer fee you can find around. Just go for it :)

Offer good cars for cheap prices but I would not recommend dealing with the guys who work there. Minor issues with the car were a headache trying to resolve it with these guys, and they never even were resolved through them, I ultimately had to take my car to Honda, to get fixed and now the car runs like a dream . The guys will insist they gave me “great service” (their exact words) because they sent me a $40 check to try and make up for their incompetence. Long story short, I still gave 4 stars to be fair because the car is solid and the issues were minor, but I would not like to ever have to deal with these guys again.

I bought a vehicle from MassAutoWorld. It was reasonably priced and the process was virtually seamless. I was very pleased when I noticed the car had only one key and asked recommendations to get a spare key made. They got me a spare key! The only complaint or rather observation I had was about whomever cleans out the cars. They could do a better job cause as soon as you move anything, there is somethingcleft behind from the previous owner. But that really is no biggie. Overall, I would recommend this business.edit to add, shortly after writing this review I noticed a headlight out on the car. I called them, they said they would fix it but still havent. Kind of disappointing

Hey Wes and Mike! Heres your $60 worth!I attempted to buy a car from this dealer. The first one they showed me, a 2002 Nissan Sentra which was posted online, as soon as I opened the door it REEKED of mold. Looked in the trunk and saw the spare donut sitting in a puddle almost completely submerged. They should have taken the time to dry out this drowned car. I test drove a green 2002 Honda Civic. On the test drive I let the wheel go and the car pulled really badly to the right. I said give it a front end alignment and Ill drive it again. I left a $500 deposit. When I returned the car still pulled left. When Mike backed it into a spot I noticed a LOT of new parts in the right front wheel well. AND a bent wheel rim. Clearly serious front end damage. I decided to pass on the Civic. Mike and Wes were pissed! They refused to give me a full refund of my $500 deposit. Instead they have me $440 and charged me for a front end alignment on a car I DID NOT BUY!!! So, here ya go guys! Your $60 review!! If you had been true professionals you would have given me a full refund.Run from these guys! They sell trash cars bought at auction!

I live in NY and found a Tacoma that i liked a lot at Mass Auto World, it was 3 hours away and i wanted to make sure that the truck was exactly what i wanted before i drove all the way there and back, Michael ( who is a very friendly salesman ) assured me it was . Went there on a Friday and met Mike. He showed us a few cars. One in particular was an ‘06 Camry with great mileage. He fed me some bs line about how he “really likes that car for me”. I test drove it and liked it a lot. Told Mike I would return Monday to bring the Camry to my mechanic and see if it was worth the money. However, I let Mike know that I was almost dead set on purchasing this car. Mike had no problem with this, said he would see us Monday. He then went ahead and sold the car to someone else on Saturday. We didnt find out until Monday that it was gone, when my father went to take it to the mechanic, as scheduled. Very dishonest business and I advise anyone not to go there to purchase a car.

I always recomend people to go there, the guys are very helpful and professional, I personally do business twice with them, they make it easy for you, you dont have to go to the registry, and you can call them anytime after you brought a car if your guarantee is expired they always recommend you something, the only problem its that the cars always have ONE key. Mass Auto World is a very professional and honest business, my father and I were helped by Mike and Wessley. They have a wide variety of cars at reasonable prices. On top of that, you can also get plates and registered on the spot so you can drive off the lot the same day. We went in there in need of a reliable car that wouldnt break our bank. After some looking around, Mike helped us find one with good miles and not too expensive. I highly recomend.

I have to say that Mike and Wes went above and beyond for me. I am submitting a new review however my first was not negative there were some issues that were addressed. They worked with me and waited the two weeks I needed after I made a deposit. During the warranty period they patched my tire and replaced the thermostat. Neither of which were under the 30 day warranty. Wes told me from the beginning that even after the 30 day period they would be there within reason if anything major happened. Sixty days after I purchased the car - I was told that there was brake work needed, tri- rods and th ac line needed to be replaced. One thing lead to another and they took care of all of it -free of charge! And helped me with one other minor repair at a discounted rate. I have never been treated better by a merchant or with the consideration and care they have. I am a reasonable person and I did not expect them to assist to the extent they did for me. They value their customers and really do mean what they say.

Vehicles were in need of too much repairs to be useful.

Their cars look good on paper, but every car that I had came to look at had obviously been in accidents, yet had no accidents reported through carfax. All 5 cars I looked at had very noticeable damage. Im not joking, there are cars with duct tape holding headlights into place. The main car I looked at looks great, but the floorboard was starting to rust out. On an 09? It ran terribly, as well. Sorry for the bad review, but I drove over an hour to be thoroughly disappointed.

I happened to come across Mass Auto World in Abington while in the process of searching the Web for a used 2007 Toyota Highlander Limited. I found the auto at Mass. Auto World in Abington Mass. My plan was to purchase this year auto because my wife has one just like it and we want to give the same type auto to our grandaughter who starts college in Sept for her birthday which is in June.I live in New Bedford which is approximately 40 miles from Abington.I spoke with a gentleman by the name of Michael and explaned the type and year of auto I was looking for and understood from his web site that he had the exact auto. I made an appointment with him, had my son take me there and met Mike and he showed me several Highlanders.I choose the 2007 Grey Limited and bought it. Michael was gracious enough to deliver the car to my home so I could have my Daughter register it for my Grandaughter. A few minor discrepincies were repaired by Mass Auto. We received the car and it runs like a top.
