This location offers a friendly and helpful staff. They offer a great selection of color and painting supplies that beat the big home improvement stores too. Big thumbs up from me.

I went in to get the same paint that I was using for a project. I just went in to get more. I was told that there wasn’t any paint in the store. What kind of paint store runs out of paint? They argued with each other about wether the paint was actually in the store. The employees at the counter was really rude and acted like he didn’t want to serve his customers. I finally got the paint I needed. I had to ask for a paint stick and an opener as I left. I thought these were supposed to be provided with the purchase? 10/10 highly don’t recommend going to this store. The customer service is lacking.

I was at the central and West store, Josh was helping me try some samples of wood stain which I was ready to purchase when we found the right color... Lucas chimed in and told us that we had to leave and come back in the morning because it was closing time.

They would rather fill orders inside for customers on the phone then serve customers at at their store with money.. no customer service at all.. very rude will never buy anything at the store again.. Im a professional painter Ive been painting for over 30 years.. I get a lot of jobs to do.. Menards and Lowes paint is getting just as good as Sherwin-Williams.. Sherwin-Williams will not survive anymore because the other companies have caught up to their paint chemistry.. its all about customer service now and where youre treated the best at..

I own the mural business Brickmob and Sherwin-Williams is the only paints we use. They paint great and the SW staff (especially at this location) are always friendly and helpful.

I went to Sherwin Williams because 3 people told me this would be the best place to go for my inquiry on a rare questions🤷🏼‍♀️ I guess...on how to paint metal?!? & pick up “colors” in the room, like lacquer, I was unsure on how to ask for it.The point of me sitting in the parking lot and giving this place... on central & west street! I wish could be a ZERO! Is because the girl was not only unhelpful to me, she answered the phone while talking to me, then walked away!! & didn’t come back for like 5 minutes! The icing on the situation was when she came back she was rude to her co worker (who already expressed he was just learning the job) she did this in front of me and 2 other customers!!!.... she was almost HAPPY that I said I would send my husband to-explain our needs... but it was just me being polite today... your rude! Unprofessional & I will never come here or recommend this store to ANYONE!Common curtesy goes a long way! & no one should “feel bad” or stupid for asking a question, EVER!! Customer service is KEY to getting repeat customers!!!

I called and talked to Sarah she helped me everything that I needed for indoor paint. I paid over the phone and got curb side pickup fast an easy.

Clean and bright and helpful. Plus they have every color you can imagine!

Didnt really care for the vibe I got in there acted like I shouldnt be there getting paint.

My husband and I picked out the paint we wanted. Got home and the man who helped us never shook up the can. The color was standing in the can of paint. Also, he didnt give us a stir stick or an opener to open the paint. Always had great service in the past. We were disappointed to say the least.

Prices are always high but its not the employees fault. They so their best to help me find the right colors for my projects and to save money on deals and promotions. The product is quality and these guys know what their doing.

Paint is fine. Service is terrible. Im a manager for a large retail chain, I wont say any names, but we have over 5000 retail locations nation wide. Id think thatd make us a huge customer. When I called in, I was literally told that they were too busy for my request. Sutherlands took care of me in five minutes. Id recommend buying your paint elsewhere.
