While we went to this location specifically to get a Benjamin Moore paint sample, when we got there, that particular paint sample was missing, bummer. Otherwise, a clean well stocked store with LOTS to see. The people were very pleasant and ultimately it was not a BAD experience at all, just bummed not to get the sample.

My last trip was to pick up sulfur for my garden soil. I always come to ace for any tools and materials. Lastly Christmas lites.Great people and great service.

They had what I was looking for they needed a bigger store because people love that place.

When they say helpful hardware place they absolutely live up to that claim.

A truly vast selection for as small a store as this location is. Ace hardware has helpful and knowledgeable staff. Dont hesitate to ask for help finding something, because the aisle signage is only going to get you so far. Designated entrance and exit for social distancing, and plexiglass at checkout. Otherwise its close quarters throughout the store.

I think my last visit was the only time Ive ever been disappointed. The staff is knowledgeable to a level unlike any other! Even if Im not sure what Im looking for they are! Love coming here for all of my hardware needs!

Williams Ace is a great experience. The staff are extremely helpful, and they have all of those little things you need for a project or home repair.

Nice to go into a store where the employees want to help you find what youre looking for. We needed a meat thermometer for a roasting pan. The employee gave us several options and advice as to what would fit our need best. Found exactly what we needed. Yes, I would highly recommend this store.

Called in and asked a question and had a rude lady by the name of Katie answer and was very disrespectful. I had a return on a product and the cashier put a return back on a card without saying anything to me. He asked for a card and pointed at card reader?? I thought it was for a second form of ID since I did not have a receipt. Then he shrugged his shoulders and said “sorry old lady” ??!! I’m tired of these ace hardwares and all the rudeness I’m never returning. Fellow senior citizens please be aware!

Seems a little overpriced but very high quality tools. Everything’s locked up now ? Have to ask for help for even getting a socket wrench. Kind staff but a little awkward. Wide variety of anything you’d need.

This Ace hardware has just about anything you want in the way of hardware for any project. Tools selection is excellent for beginners and pros. Mix any paint colors.

Yikes the first time Ive had bad service here. Woman fronting the shelf, I asked about a light switch. Huh? I repeat my question. Aisle 24. I go look dont see this among the myriad options. I go look for someone else but theres no one. I asked if she could help or get me some help to find this part. Are you talking to me? Yeah!

They had the key I needed to make a duplicate when all the other places didnt.

This Ace is the best hardware store in Wichita and the best of all those Ive been to anywhere. I tend to go often so know where most of what I need would be. If you go in, unless they are flooded, someone will greet you and be willing to help as soon as you walk in, with good help. This is in contrast to other Aces and most other hardware place in town. The staff members are mostly the same people and know the store, will give good advice, and if they dont have something, will recommend where you might be able to get it. The only drawbacks are that its not the biggest store so they dont have everything.

Shop here regularly. Helpful staff, seems they know where everything is. Especially appreciate the repair people in the back. They can repair nearly anything.
