What a lovely experience! I had called ahead and spoke with Bob who told me he thought he would be able to repair my glasses. I visited today and he did repair them for a very reasonable fee. The store was clean and the people who work at Karen Optical are friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this business.

Even though I did not purchase my glasses at Karen optical they still helped me fitting them. I get them free from the veterans hospital and no one seemed like they wanted to do the fitting for me. But Karen optical seemed happy that they were able to serve me. It seems theyre not just in this business for the money. They actually are trying to help and serve those people in their community. I think theyre wonderful!

I have never been disappointed by Karen Optical! I have been going there since the early 80s with many eye and glasses issues. Bob is excellent at adjustments,repairs and takes his time to make sire your fit is just right! His prices are fair, highly ethical and the personal attention by staff is great! I’m 45 and have always worn glasses so I’ve been to my fair share of optical businesses. Well this one is BY FAR the best I’ve experienced. I broke one of the arms of my glasses completely off. Mark was able to magically melt the broken post out and replace the entire mechanism ... in less than 15 minutes! Good as new. Don’t mess around with big chain stores. Support this business because they really care about their customers!

Great service, Fast and courteous. Knowledgeable. AFFORDABLE!The folks at Karen Optical were able to get me new lenses for my glasses in two days. I tried them out then next day and they were perfect. Wont ever go anywhere else again.

Super friendly staff, they worked with me individually to help me select frames and narrow down all the possible choices. They also cut my lenses on the spot within 30 minutes once I selected a frame. Blue light/anti glare lenses work great and dont have a strong tint like other blue blockers do. Will definitely continue to rely on them!

I first went to Karen Optical to get a pair of Rx sunglasses on the recommendation from my eye doctor. I have a very unique Rx, and Ive had trouble with other places in the past, but I was totally impressed with the gentleman that took the time to go over everything with me. The results were fantastic. I recently went back and had my other eyeglasses made too. They also turned out perfect. Cant say enough about the service. 5 stars!

Karen Optical is a staple in the community. You don’t get the kind of personable service like you get here at franchise eye ware stores. They have helped me with everything from polarized sunglasses to everyday eyeglasses. They also have no problems trying to find you a frame that’s on sale to help you out a bit. I have always been treated like family.

They were $50 less than Sunglass Hut and they custom fitted the frames at no charge. I think its cool that its a local family run business thats been around since 1970. Ill never go somewhere else for glasses. I stopped in and was fitted Tuesday and was surprised they had received the lenses and had the glasses ready by Friday. Nice people, no muss, fuss or pressure sales. Oh, and lifetime adjustments.

I remember my father telling me years ago how he enjoyed the service at Karen Optical, but I got into the habit of buying frames from my eye doctor, even though the service was not very good. This time I got my lens prescription filled at Karen Optical and Ill always go back. They did a very careful job of putting my new lenses into my existing frames and I couldnt be happier. Dont think you have to buy your frames at your Dr.s office - take your prescription to Karen Optical!

I really love this store and the people who work here. They are very customer focused, pleasant, and helpful. They also seem to have the knack, to get your glasses to fit comfortably on your face.

Friends have been raving about Karen Optical for years, telling me about their excellent quality, attention to detail, and personable staff. I finally got myself in the door looking to put prescription lenses in a frame I already had for a costume. They helped me choose the right lens parameters and turned the job around in just two days. They even did custom shaping on the lenses so all parts of the frame folded and functioned correctly. The end result looked great and cost far less than I expected. When I asked about pricing on my regular glasses lenses, they gave me a quote that was less than my current optical shop charges after insurance. It was all low-stress, and Ill definitely be returning for my next pair of regular glasses.

They have a good selection and are very friendly. they are great with kids. My daughter started wearing glasses in kindergarten. The women working here made her feel really special and would call her by name when we walked in. I think she asked to get her glasses adjusted just to have them wait on her.

I got my first pair of glasses at Karen Optical and Im Extremely pleased with them. They had a wide selection of frames and the sales personnel were knowledgeable and helpful. The glasses were fairly priced too but by fr the best part was that it only took them fifteen minutes to make my lenses and get me my glasses! Even though theyre tucked back in the corner in Pike Creek shopping center theyre definitely worth stopping in for a visit. Overall i would give my experience a well deserved 5 stars.

Love this optical. They always take care of your needs! I have gotten a pair of designer glasses from them for excellent quality; it’s not the cheapest rates you’ll find for glasses, but the service is always impeccable. I’ve had to return to get my glasses repaired about 3x now, and each time, I’ve gotten them back good as new and for no charge. You can’t find that customer service anywhere else!
