HOW CAN A COMPANY HAVE EITHER 1 OR 5 STARS.Oh a horrible company can, because every legit person giving 1 star, all the fake accounts giving 5.This company scammed me and my boyfriend. Made our moving experience a hell. Tried to collect way more money by not releasing our belongings and ended up overcharging us.Do not use. Use a credible company, they will give you higher initial quote but believe me you will end up paying less than this company.

We have Jermey, Paul and Kevin to help us make the move from packaging all of the stuff to move them in the new house. They are professional on moving big stuff to avoid getting the wall and floor scratched, and their work is amazing. Their work are nice and amazing which makes us less pressure on the moving. Will definitely refer them to my friends if they need move.

Thurman and Angelo were great. Took care of everything like it was there own and were thorough through the whole process. Quoted a window arrival time and arrived at the start of the window. Would definitely use Mindful Moving again and would highly recommend.

This company has given us one quote and the day of when we were trying to unload my furniture asking for almost double the amount in order to RELEASE my belongings. They made my moving process extremely difficult and stressful. Lazy workers, rude staff, hidden charges. You end up paying more than anywhere else. They do also respond they werent the company under bad reviews. so if they do respond to this you know its fake. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, I PROMISE YOU WILL REGRET IF YOU DO.

So funny. Check the reviews, all the bad ones have response under it saying that wasnt us but sorry that happened to you this was also the response I got under my review. IRONICALLY it wasnt them but they called to make things right. Oh I thought that wasnt you guys?They just tried to get me remove my review by saying they want to make things right. You dont announce you will make things right. You just go ahead and do it. After charging me DOUBLE and keeping my belongings hostage. YOU DO NEED TO MAKE THINGS RIGHT. Because I will expose your SCAM business.They changed the name of the company, they will do it again but I will find them again. The stress they put me under is not okay and I wont let anyone else to get scammed by them.oh check all the good reviews guys, they are all fake - how do I know? Well I know the service they provide, but if you want to get technical; all the good reviews only ever wrote ONE review, that is 5 star. And that is this company. Thats how you spot fake reviews.

Falcon moving and Storage were amazing. The guys; Jermey, Paul and James did great work unloading. Quick and efficient. Very personable and worked with me as I had to also put some stuff into a different truck. I would recommend. Also with unpacking the only items I found broken were the items I myself packed. All their packing up was solid and no damage. The packing and storage was simple and easy. Highly recommend. When I move again I will use them.

I used Falcon for my in-state move recently and it was a great great experience. There was a short gap between the move out date from my prior location and my new home. Everyone in Falcon made my moving worry free. From Evan who did the planning and quotation for me, to Dimitri who always responded all my queries timely, and how can I not mention the great moving crew led by Jonathan! Everyone from Falcon work so hard and care for our needs. With two moves and storage, none of my stuff got damaged, dented or scratched. Every item was handled with care and professionalism. The whole experience was well worth for the price.I highly recommend Falcon.

I am giving 1 star because rating doesnt go any lower. This is the worst company ever.1 They arrived to pick up my furniture three days late- I believe its because they knew we had a tight timeline and wouldnt have time to get another company. I should have known they were not reliable when I had difficulty reaching them by phone which was the case throughout this whole ordeal.2. On arrival They brought a new contract priced higher than quoted - when I said I was unwilling to pay that amount they began a negotiation process - supposedly calling their office to get special pricing - SCAM3. They only took partial items.4. They told me that although they quoted one rate they would calculate the square footage and reimburse accordingly- LIE. When I called they told me the price was the price.5. After they picked up my furniture the leader said a 15% tip would be nice and I could put it on a credit card (ha)6. Storage beyond 30 days is $1000. Monthly. I requested a Friday delivery 20 days later since Friday is the only day anyone would be home.2 weeks after requested delivery date they called to say they would arrive on a Wednesday between12 and 2 pm which would not work. The driver said he would come between 4 an 6 pm so I had to ask my daughter to receive my furniture.7. Driver called me that night at 7 p.m. and said he was an hour away and could I find some one to help him move the furniture and he would pay them. (Really?)8. He arrived at 9 pm and requested payment before moving the furniture.9. Because of their performance my daughter would not pay him until my furniture was off his truck. Eventually my daughter has to call the police to get my furniture.From beginning to end this has been a nightmare-PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY and I use the word company loosely.

Very good experience with Falcon! I never used movers before so wasnt sure what to expect, but it exceeded my expectations. We were moving from a 2 bed apartment into a new house and since Im seven months pregnant, I wasnt much help.I connected to them through Evan who was super responsive and quick to answer all my questions. We had them come out a few days before the move to pack some of our things. Jeremy, Tom, and J. L. worked really fast and were careful with our belongings. They also wore masks inside the house, which we very much appreciated.On the day of the move, Jeremy (who it was clear had a ton of experience doing this), Kevin, and Tom did a fantastic job. It was a hot, humid day and they still wore masks in the house like we asked. They loaded the truck efficiently, were very careful with our belongings, and took them apart and put them together as needed. They were good movers and also really good people, professional and cool to talk to.

Highly recommend mindful moving and storage for your move. I had the pleasure of working with them for my move from NYC to Philly and couldnt have been happier with their service. They are very professional and timely and take extra precautions with your furniture (thorough wrapping and handling with care). We faced a small hiccup with the drill machine not working but the workers were still efficient without it and any lost time as a result was adjusted for me in the final price, which is awesome. Their rates are very competitive and you will get a 5 star service without having to break the bank.If you have any hesitations, give them a call and speak to Dmitry who is the owner and he will work with you to ensure you have a smooth move. Solid 5 stars from my experience and will be using them again for any future moves and/or services.

Jonathan, Angelo, and Nelson showed up right at the start of the two hour window after calling in advance to let me know they were a half hour away. They were very professional right from the beginning with Jonathan working me through the paperwork while Nelson and Angelo got right to work. They packed everything quickly and safely and consulted me on a couple of items with large glass panels, that I decided to handle myself the save on crating costs. I definitely prefer that to having surprise charges show up at the end. They loaded the truck quickly and drove right over to our new place a few miles away. They brought everything where it belonged and unpacked. I was happy to see no damage on anything when they completed the job right on time. Quoted 4 hours and it took 3h 50 minutes, and trust me they hustled the whole time. Would definitely hire Falcon again and ask for this same crew. Really great job!

We just completed our two bedroom apartment move with falcon. The team Jeremy, Johny and JL did a great job, very professional and timely with the job. All our things were moved without damage. My move was a disaster and i firmly believe all the good reviews are fake. DO NOT RUIN YOUR MOVE AND FIND ANOTHER MOVING COMPANY.Prior to finding Falcon Movers (mindful moving and storage) i reached out to a trusted moving company, Flat Rate Movers and their price was a bit higher, trusting the good reviews on Google; I booked my move with Mindful Moving. They insisted hourly rate was the way to go and i trusted them. They estimated my move was going to take 8 hours.The deal was if it was over 8 hours which they said there was no way it was going to be the case I had to pay extra, if it was less they would remove it from the total charge.When they arrived they realized things were moving very quickly since half the things were wrapped not properly which caused bunch of things to break and ruin. When they figured it was going to be way less than 8 hours they started just HANGING OUT. They were chatting on the phone for hours, playing around skateboarding with dummies, sitting building stoop and chatting while my boyfriend had to work more than the 4 of them combined so we didn’t have to pay more than 1800 which was the price we agreed upon for a move between NY-PA.Towards the end it became so ridiculous that the movers were nowhere to be found and When i found one of them i explained that I understand the hustle but that really was my budget and if they could stop playing. He ensured me that there was no way it was going to be over.When everything was ready to go that’s when things get really UNBELIEVABLE.We started going to our final destination and left at the same time with the movers. We were able to arrive to the destination in 3 hours while there were nowhere to be found for 7 HOURS! i understand a big moving truck taking an hour or two longer bur 4 hours?Ridiculous.They were just hanging out at gas stations on my expense most likely.When they arrive, all of a sudden the amount they want to charge me is $3200 which is almost twice as much promised. Way more than the most trusted moving company who would do a proper job with care.I was outside of my building, middle of the night, crying, while they hold everything i own hostage. I ended up calling the supervisor and was treated very unfairly. After an hour of phone argument they let me pay $2300 which is $500 more than the original agreement and i was tired and devastated and all i wanted was for them to leave and never get involved with this company again.

While looking at moving companies we found Falcon Moving & Storage through Moving.com being our first out of state move we were a bit nervous but everything from the initial communication and fair deal by Dinesh Watson to the final move by the duo Jonathan & Nelson was an amazing experience. Their service was timely and professional, except for a little delay due to roadwork which made me a little anxious but Dimitri ensured us that the crew would finish the job on time as promised which was done as committed. I cannot believe there are decent reviews here. My experience was an absolute nightmare. I moved from NY to SC in mid June. I was told Id receive my things no later than 6/22/21. I called several times, I was totally ignored. 6 weeks later, they arrive and cant even drive the truck to the residence. My things were not properly wrapped. I had to junk 2 pieces of furniture because they were so damaged. They also wheeled in a mattress that was not mine, and refused to put it back on the truck- along with some other boxes that were not mine. I was also charged more than agreed upon at time of delivery and was told if i didnt pay- theyd take my things back to their warehouse. I was basically at their mercy... I had been living like a nomad in an empty apt for a month and a half. I have never, ever, dealt with a more unproffesional company in my life. I would NOT recommend these movers.

Very professional. I needed to move last minute and they stayed late to get it done in a timely manner. Took good care of my belongings and even made everything fit into a storage unit that was way too small. Jeremy, Brad, and JL are the best. Highly recommend.

Jonathon and Nelson wrapped everything very carefully. They carried my couch up a flight of stairs, and it is so heavy- like elephant kind of heavy. They put everything back together when we arrived. The only thing I would change is that they charge $1 an inch to wrap your tv, and even though I said I had a tv when we set it up, this wasn’t included in the estimate, so I got the wrong amount of money to pay for it. Otherwise I’m very happy, thanks for your help with my move!

Jessica the supervisor is extremely rude. She makes false promises and is extremely rude on the phone. They have no respect for holding your belongings and will not update you on a time of delivery. One day Im told my things are coming tomorrow and the next it could be up to 30 days. And that update was never given from the company I had to wait and call myself to ask why my things never arrived. Told me in order to get my items a week later I had to pay an extra 800$. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY I BEG YOU

I just recently moved from Illinois to Pennsylvania. Unfortunately I did not move through this company I moved through a different company that stole my belongings and broke the items that I did receive. I called this company for advice on what I should do and the owner of this business has been there to talk to me and tell me what I should do to get my belongings. I’m very upset I didn’t go through these guys, these guys are the most caring, respectful moving company I’ve ever had contact with. I’d highly recommend this place! The owner of this company is a very very nice understanding guy. You can tell he cares and he feels more bad then the company that stole for me. Items were very late in delivery. As items were delivered they were delivered late at night. Several items were broken including table leg on dresser, broken dishware, shelf side broke off. We paid extra for the actual removers to wrap furniture for saved of items for delivery to our home, which were broken.Very disappointed in their service. This is my first time working with a moving company, and Falcon gave me such a great moving experience, from the initial estimate to the final unloading and reassembly. Go with this company because a) the pricing is incredibly fair, transparent, and easy to understand (by the hour; b) Dinesh, the moving coordinator, is helpful, accommodating, and responsive, and he was willing to work with me on dates and times when so much of my plans were up in the air and I was having a hard time making decisions; c) the moving guys, Jeremy and James, were punctual, even arriving earlier during the estimated window than I expected. They were professional, knowledgeable, and efficient, and took really good care of all of my things. They were quick with loading up in New Jersey, on time with driving to DC, and quick with unloading, as well - all with wrapping and disassembly and then unwrapping and reassembly. Jeremy and James were patient and attentive to any questions and concerns I had, and they were fun to be around, making an otherwise stressful experience much less so.I would recommend Falcon to anyone who needs moving services. They will take care of everything beautifully.

From start to finish these guys did a great job. They answered the phone and gave me a fair and accurate estimate, clearly explained what the fee covered and how it gets calculated. Dan and his team who did the heavy lifting worked well together and were friendly. I had some huge items - an oversized couch and a desk, they handled both very well and figured out how to get it done without scraping anything up. Will call this company again next time I have to move.

Great experience with this move!The biggest stress of moving is the moving company you choose. From the representative, Dinesh, I initially spoke to the Manager, Dmitry, to the 3 BIGGEST HELPERS, Jermey + J.L. + Brad. They all made this move super pleasant, and speedy.I was shopping for a moving company and stumbled on this one through Yelp. I did my research, and dealt with Dmitry to finalize the move. He was precise and accurate with his quote which gave me assurance on what the price would be.The 3 movers worked THEIR HARDEST! I can’t thank them enough for their great efforts. No complaining whatsoever, they moved it all with no fuss! Even asking where to place everything, and not just throwing it all over the place.I chose this company over the others because the price was upfront, and it was hourly. Most movers will give you a higher quote based on all the “extra’s” you have, even if it’s an extra flight of stairs. This company did not nickel and dime me. AND, they still beat out al the other competitors in pricing.FYI:I highly suggest to do a FaceTime of all the furniture you are moving, and be upfront. This will help with the quote big time!
