Weve been using this storage facility for a little over six months. Its not temp controlled but its clean and gated. You have to use a code to get in and to leave by 9pm so im comfortable knowing my items are located there

I love this location! The staff is always helpful especially Candace and Joesph. The site is also always clean.

Made a reservation on a Tuesday and sent insurance paperwork over for unit A2099.Initial gentleman was very polite, courteous, and professional. I came in on Wednesday and spoke with Candy who claims shes worked there for 16 years. She informed me that the price would change after a month or 3 months which prompted me to start asking questions. She became frustrated with my line of questioning in regards to the price change reiterating that its a month to month lease and that the price is subject to change. I specifically asked how much it was going to change but she couldnt give me a definitive answer and stated that because I went through a third party I didnt get that information at the time of reservation. I asked if there was a regional office number I could get after we finish the move in process and she said there is no regional office number.After a brief pause she asked me if there was a reason I was asking for the contact information for, regional and I told her that its because it wasnt mentioned to me that the price was going to change. She then stated that in 16 years shes never had to refuse service to a storage customer. I asked if she was considering refusing service to me and if she was I would need regional office number she then corrected me saying, Its corporate not regional!. She was acting unprofessionally and stated that she would get corporate on the phone. She waited on hold and I waited patiently but no one answered.She stated that she was going to continue with the reservation and I asked her why she was considering refusing service. She said that I was being mean and I asked her to give an example of how or when I was mean in the brief period of time I was there. She couldnt think of anything and got an attitude and demanded my address in a frustrated tone. I started telling her my address but her tone and attitude were still present so I asked for her corporate information and to return my insurance papers. I immediately called corporate who informed me that shes normally very professional. I would steer clear of this facility...I always take responsibility for my actions and admit when Im wrong but there is no fault here on my part. Yes I was direct, yes I was demanding Information relevant to the move-in contract, and yes I was concise and short with my words. Regardless if a customer is short with you, demanding, and direct theres work that needs to be done. Acting in this manner is not disrespectful and shouldnt be taken personally. In a business professional environment people are direct, clear and concise (short), and demanding all the time. Someone with 16 years experience should be able to answer customer questions with ease and provide clear answers and if not then they should be able to get you in touch with someone who can instead of being so dismissive.

Great facility to store your belongings. Ive had an indoor unit for a while and I couldnt be happier. The facility is CLEAN, and my unit is very easy to access. Great price...would HIGHLY recommend

To me a storage place is a storage place. No one really wants to use them because they can expensive depending on how much stuff you have. To me the Asian gentlemen looks like he doesnt care much about anything. Thats the vibe I get.

The best storage facility in the area. Excellent customer service by all the staff. Candie is very knowledgable and helpfully in selecting the correct size for your storage needs. Facility is extremely clean and maintained. You can tell they take pride in providing the safe and secure location.

Been getting great service here for over 6 months, the place is nice and clean, the owners are very nice as well and answered all my questions as it was my first time renting a unit.

The ppl there take care of their customers. Even made sure I had the correct size unit to store everything and the check in process was quick.

The rent is considered month-to-month so they look at your rental at random times and increase your rent as they feel like it. They get you in at one rate and raise your rent within 3 months, and again 3 months later.

Excellent customer service. I accidentally spilled paint in their truck while moving and they were forgiving when I explained what happened. I was impressed.

If youre considering storing your furniture here, just keep it in your backyard; it will probably fare better.Emptied out my storage unit today after 2.5 years - the dead cockroaches in my dresser were bad enough, but then I got to my sofa and loveseat to find them covered in mildew and mold, and 100% unusable. Theyre currently sitting outside waiting to be picked up with my other garbage. Extremely disappointed, and absolutely do not recommend.

I have had my excess belongings at Mini-U-Storage for quite a number of years and Joe and Candace have always been very friendly and willing to answer any and all questions I or anybody else might have. I feel so sure that my belongings are safe and secure that sometimes months goes by and I never even go to check on them. The units are alarmed, clean, well lit & I never see any garbage or junk left by other tenants left sitting anywhere.anywhere. Everytime I go to the storage unit it is spic and span clean inside and outside of the units. I recommend this business every chance I get because of my years of great service and the cleanliness and the friendly attitudes I get greeted with every time I walk or drive into the property.

RATS!!!!! STAY AWAY!!!!Im sooooooo upset that my stored my things here. As soon am I open my unit and saw all of the rat droppings and waste all over my things I notified the onsite managers. They looked at me with a blank face and said do you have insurance? I told them that I did and they said call them and file a claim,. We are not responsible and we dont cover incidents. I looked at them in disbelief that they would not care at all that they have rats all over their property. I call my insurance company but of course when I called to make a claim they said the did not cover damage caused by rodents, pests, and insects. Storing my things here was a HUGE MISTAKE Ive literally lost a 2bedroom apartment worth of furniture - not to mention invaluable items like baby books, family photos, etc.Rent a unit here at your own risk... THEY HAVE A HUGE RAT PROBLEM AND DONT CARE AT ALL!!!!!!!

Your ReviewWhen we started looking for a storage facility we had no idea that there are many places to choose from, however what stood out the most to me was the welcoming I received when I called Mini U Storage for the first time. The woman was extremely cheerful, extremely knowledgeable and more importantly helped me to understand what size unit would fit our needs, but more importantly her patience for all my questions was outstanding since renting a unit didnt require a college degree. I have now since been using Mini U Storage for the past few years and Candace with her husband Joe still remain as consistant and relaible as the first day we drove in. The facility is impeccably clean and not once when I had asked for help did either one of them turn me down. In fact, there was a day that the temperature soared close to 100 degrees and they knew I was by myself, as I was not surprised both of them checked on me to see if I was ok and brought me a bottle of water. You could rely on personal service as they always have taken steps to ensure that our needs have been met, always asking if I had any concerns or questions and not once when walking into the inside of any building was I left in the dark, everything is always well lt. We presently have 2 units one that is accessible from the outside and one unit that is indoors. So if you are in need of a storage facility just call over to Mini U Storage make whatever arrangements necessary and cross it off your list, the last thing we have time for is making numerous phone call trying to find the right storage facility, I promise Mini U Storage will meet all your needs.
