Our 2020 vehicle had extensive paint and body damage after being showered with gravel, including four broken and damaged windows. Being a brand new vehicle, I had my doubts it would ever look the same after being repaired. Wallace Collision Center repaired our vehicle to showroom condition with outstanding workmanship and quality. Mr Wallace kept us informed of the progress and worked with the insurance company on technical issues that were better handled by someone with his expertise. The final product far exceeded my expectations of how my vehicle would look, (and my expectations were high). Took in our van after being rear ended, but Wallace Collision made it as pleasant of an experience as possible. Picked up the van, and the work looks great. They were easy to work with regarding both repairs and insurance, they stand behind their work, and even gave me a ride to return my rental car. Would recommend and will use again if needed.

This was a great experience. I can in short notice, with my front bumper tore up. Wallace was able to fit me in, and turned the car around over the weekend. There were some extra things I needed taken care of unrelated to my accident and he was able to do that as well. He sat me down and priced everything out. No shady stuff here, this place was awesome. Ill be coming back if I need to.

THIS PLACE IS A FRAUD!!!!! DROPPED OFF MY CAR FOR A ESTIMATE AND THIS GUY STARTS WORKING ON MY CAR WITHOUT MY CONSENT!!!! He then claimed to my insurance that my wheels were broken and needed repairs! Lying to my insurance company to steal money! I asked for my vehicle to be towed away and when the insurance tow truck driver arrived to pick up my car he called me and said there is no tires on the wheels! He just slapped my wheel on the car without the tire!! More damage was done to the wheels and the tow truck driver did take pictures to show my insurance for what this guy did!!! He stole from my insurance damaged my wheels that he charged my insurance for repairs!! PLEASE PLEASE! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! They only lie and steal from insurance company’s to make more money!!! FRAUD!
