We went to Joe and Debbie when my husbands a/c went out. We have an extended warranty and Debbie was on.top.of.all.the.things. They were able to get us in to diagnose next day. They had our parts fixed within 6 hours the following day. After dealing previously with dealerships who seemed to drag their feet at all steps in the process this was a pleasant change. I suspected an issue with my brakes however had other issues and never mentioned it... they took care of all my other issues at a more than reasonable cost AND they found an issue with my brakes/rotors from a previous mechanic I used (will only be going here now). The previous place used very poor replacement pads put in around just a year ago - so I would never expected! these had worn out and were warping my rotors. They sent a video showing the issue - I am so impressed and so thankful! Please make New Life your new auto mechanic!

It is very simple when it comes to New Life Automotive, by far the ONLY and I mean only people I would ever trust to work on any of my 5 vehicles. I never wrote a review about them in the past but it is way overdue. They have been taking care of us for over 3 years and all I can say is THANK YOU, you are the most amazing, honest and wonderful people we could ever deal with in Wylie. We really have been blessed to have found them.

Towed a truck there because it broke down on the side of the road. Had no idea what was wrong with it so we asked them to do a once over and let us know. Distributor, fuel pump, fuel tank, and U-joint all had to either be replaced or fixed in some way. Get the truck back and not even 24 hours after the fact does the check engine light come on, they tell us it is the spark plugs. We replace those...now the battery light is on. Could possibly be the alternator or the battery. Im livid. Why wasnt this checked when we brought the truck in? Why am I having to put more money into this truck after Ive already spent over $1000 at New Life Auto. I feel like these things should have been caught before even driving out of their garage. Will be speaking with them soon enough. If I dont like their response I will be taking my truck to a different shop and hopefully having a better experience. What astonishes me most is the fact that they love Ford trucks. Why couldnt you catch the issues with the truck in the first place? You just wanted to get $1000 out of us?!?!?!

5 stars for these folks. Deb was amazing, even offering to drive me back home after dropping my truck and Joe told me straightforward what the problem was and what it would take to fix it. When it didnt pass inspection again he took it back drove it around and went and got it inspected for me. I wont take any of my vehicles anywhere else! Thanks New Life, huge fan.

I am extremely grateful to Debbie and Joe for the help that they provided when my 2014 Jeep Cherokee started acting stupid. From the moment we got the car to them, they were both very helpful and informative. When they couldnt fix the issue, the recommended us to the dealership and told us exactly what to tell them to fix the issue. When the dealership found another issue with the car, I had no problem telling the dealership no, well take it back to Joe. He fixed the issue and has my car running perfectly now! Debbie is a riot and has a knack for brightening your day! I cant say enough good things about them. They have gained our business and referrals for life!

Ive got a jeep, that should be enough to tell you how frequently it goes down. I had an evap code and didnt feel like tracing it, so I had new life take care of it. 50 miles later the code comes back again, he replaced it free and it had me back on the road that day. Incredibly up front and honest. Shop is always full, a good indicator of his quality of work.

A friend recommended them very highly some months ago. Then just recently, a shop near my home where I get my oil changed said that I needed some expensive suspension work done (control arms and struts replaced). Gave me an estimate for $1800! Based on my friends recommendation, I decided to take the vehicle to New Life for a second opinion. Later the same day, I received a call from them saying that my vehicle needed no repairs or part replacement. No charge for the checkup, just pick up my vehicle. They even fixed a plastic protector under the engine that had come loose and was hanging... for free! They now have a customer for life!!THANKS New Life, youre the BEST!

If youre looking for an automotive repair shop that has good and HONEST people, look no further. Ive trusted New Life Automotive with literally every repair Ive had on my 1999 Toyota Camry. They diagnose the cars quickly, and get them back to you within very reasonable time. Most importantly, they work with you and let you know whats going on with the car. Ive yet to have an experience thats any less than amazing at their shop. Theyre extremely friendly, good-hearted people. Couldnt be any happier with the service that I have received from them the past few years. When my car caught on fire (what caused the fire wasnt something previously worked on by the shop, so dont worry), they could have told me anything - but they let me know exactly what was going on and what needed to be done to fix it, and it was so much cheaper than I thought it was going to be. Ive been taking my car there for over a year when I have any issues and I will continue to as long as they keep this old thing running - and its running great thanks to them.

I went to get an oil change at a different place, and as soon I left that place my brake light started coming on. I went to New Life after being recommended to them, not having the funds yet for new brakes, I was dreading paying for them. He checked my brakes for me, and told me that they are worn, but could honestly drive on them for another 4-8 weeks, depending on how much stop and go driving I do. He said to come back when they start squeaking. I respected his honesty. And I plan to come back, and also send others that way too!

They are super kind and it is the only place we take our cars!

WORST experience that Ive ever had. I had taken my car in to get an inspection which I paid $75 for to be told that I had a bad wheel barring. I had already told Debbie that I was traveling to Virginia from Arizona and wanted the car to make it and i pointed out a few things I had noticed. They charged us for stuff we didnt ask for saying we needed it without asking if we wanted to replace or even work on it. we ended up paying $450 for the part to be replaced and got on the road. it was wet and raining bad so we didnt hear the road noise until the storm passed but then we realized there was something wrong. Mind you, we were already in memphis. we called debbie and all she could do was say yeah, that sounds like something you should get checked out.. obviously debbie! turns out they had bent something while putting it back together and another shop had to fix it. Needless to say, do not trust these people, they used scare tactics to get me to replace the more expensive parts they could. take their word with a grain of salt.
