First time using Parker Road Automotive and I was very pleased with the entire experience in every way. Honest - every bit of work needed was explained in great detail to help me make an educated decision. Prices are more than reasonable. Nice guys, too. Even got a ride home when I dropped off the car this morning. I can highly recommend these guys.

I got my car taken care of at Parker automotive in Wylie. Hands down some of the best customer service I’ve ever received. Mike was amazing at keeping me in the loop on everything every step of the way & breaking it down into terms I would understand. Day or night I heard from him on status. Not only was he super efficient and fixed things Chrysler didn’t even mention he did it very quickly and was within my budget. I have my forever mechanic and would recommend anyone to go use him!

The real pros. Always a fair price and great service for all of his work. Give them a try!

Parker Rd Automotive is where I take my wifes car and my truck! For maintenance and repair. Mike is super cool, knowledgable and patient when explaining whats going on with our vehicles. He went out of his way to deal with our warranty at CarMax, who was not very helpful mind you when I spoke with them.This isnt a large franchise shop with new mechanics every time you stop in - thats what drew me to Parker Rd Automotive. Its the same 3 guys every time I go. Been going for just over a year and am very pleased.Happy to support a local Wylie small business too!

Look people, Parker road is your place. It is so difficult to find honest mechanics nowadays. Mike goes above and beyond to help out and even brought our truck back to the house when I wasnt able to get off work in time. Top notch, super fair, great shop!

I am so thankful to have a good garage this close to my house. I am not a fan of large corporate garages. This is a small business that actually cares about their customers and customer service.Also, being a female I get mansplained to a lot and rarely feel comfortable getting my vehicle fixed without being told why I need tons of repairs. Not once have I felt I have been taken advantage of or mansplained to.
