Had good experience with all people and they did except my trade in. Vehicle was in excellent shape. Would like to up date my review. First of all I do like the explorer I purchased. After a month and a half the clutch bearing froze up on the air compressor. I got a quote for 1400. Dollars to fix. Unbeknownst to me the 6 months warranty that came with the vehicle doesnt cover that part to fix. I was told to call Alan, the warranty manager and maybe they,we can work something out. I called him and he said he would get back with me. A week and half later no call. In the meantime I had it repaired and paid for it my self. So I stopped back in and wondered why Alan didnt try to call me back to atleast tell they could help out or tell me I was on my own. Its your problem now. This happened twice with Alan. No call back. Makes me wonder if there management really cares about people After the sale. I will be replacing my 2001 blazer and this wont be the place Ill be coming back too.

Watch your back. Im 6 months into paying on my second vehicle with them.Their warranty is not what they say it is. 5 days into having my truck the starter and battery failed.... warranty tried to deny the almost $2000 bill.6 months in I have a list of mechanical issues that totals $6800. Warranty only picks up $1100? When I pay $550 a month? Stuck with a payment on a vehicle I cant afford to fix and its not safe for my family.i know desperate times call for desperate measurements but think twice and buy cash if at all possible.Update:. I gave them 1 star back because they were helpful with some of the repairs but the truck needs much more and I am doubtful it will make it through the loan without a lot more repairs and out of pocket expense.
