I bought a 99 gmc Yukon Denali there Feb 2018 for 3000 dollars it test drove fine but after I had it a week it was quick to find out it had bad ball joints, cracked radiator, brake calipers rotars and brake pads front and back, cruise control went out in 3 days since then my serpentine belt, rear brake lines, rear brake cylinders, master cylinder, door handle, fuel filter, and to top it all of 9 months of owning it my transmission went out. I will never buy a vehicle there again!!!!! ALL THEY DO IS BUT AUCTION VEHICLES AND SELL THEM FOR PROFIT WITHOUT ANY REPAIRS DONE! DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE OR ELSE YOU MAY GO THRPUGH MY EXPERIENCE.

Went down to look at a silver ford F 150 that I was told was a solid truck, just normal michigan rust, got there and was able to put my hand through the frame it was so rusty...truck also had a massive exhaust leak upon starting due to rusted out manifolds. Then I drove a ford taurus and on the way back the tyranny slipped at low rpm I was informed thats just a ford taurus thing....be careful here Im sure theres some good but alot bad to

Bought a SILVER F-150 with what I was told needed a tune up I could hear and feel it needed one I got down the road and it stalled out. That’s fine it needed a tune up, took it to a shop to get said tune up as I couldn’t do it my self because of distance. Turns out there was a GMC spark plug forced into the head and it was stripped the engine was no good. Drove it back to GO AUTO sales to see what they could do. The sales guy was sympathetic and worked hard to solve this problem but I wanted my money back but their policy and I quote “ to not give back the customers money if they did that for every LITTLE problem they wouldn’t sell cars”. To me an engine that is no good is not a little problem, again the sales guy was helpful and got me into a dodge 1500 for more money even though he sold me a vehicle that literally died out in front of shell down the road he was sympathetic and made me and my fiancé feel as though he was working hard to remedy this problem I just wanted my money back but that was made clear that wasn’t gonna happen. He put me into that dodge and now a week later the trans starts acting up and it won’t shift into gear with a burnt trans fluid aroma filling the cab of the truck sitting here on the side of the road trying to figure out how I’m getting home. I’ve bought plenty of AS IS vehicles in my time but this by far is the shortest time I’ve had to experience sitting on the side of the road in a new to me vehicle. All I got from them is that their sorry, I’m a new electrical contractor everything is wrapped up in work when I spend that much money I expect at LEAST a month but it’s only been a week.This is a couple of days later waiting on the tow truck now. But it’s funny how everyone else who has a review has gotten a response I’ve tried to contact GO AUTO my fiancé has tried and they won’t pick up our calls or respond to messages or emails. Literally two trucks that have broken down in a week time frame.Now, the owner payed lip service to me to try to calm me down said he would get the truck fixed said he would call by the end of the week (Last week) and hasn’t. GO AUTO has also removed my review post from Facebook explaining/warning others of this “car sales” establishment.This is three weeks from the time when the owner said he would get the truck fixed, it’s fixed and it’s more than double what I paid for it I have been blocked from further communication between go auto and myself. Do not spend your hard earned money here.Update.....Finally one year after buying (being forced into) the “quality affordable autos” they advertise I have gotten it into certified used status here’s the damage.Rebuilt transmission- 4,350Upper and lower ball joints both sides- 450Rear axel- 2000Fuel tank-600Price of the truck-2000Wait, I actually went there originally for a silver F150 turns out they shoved a GMC spark plug into and it needed a new engine. I was forced into paying 300 more for the dodge because Josh and the owner made it clear I was not getting my money back, that in turn has been a money pit that I ended up taking to the Dodge dealership to get an expert opinion on their “quality auto”. They laughed and said this should have never been sold. Again don’t wast your money here. Owner never got back to me after he promised over the phone he would make it right. “ I like happy customers, I will work with you to make this right this was joshes deal now I’m telling you this is my deal” is what the owner said. Phone number hasn’t changed. Attached is picture of the first week I owned the truck.
