Called to ask the price of a car. Was told they needed to contact the bank for price. Said I wasnt looking to finance, just wanted to pay cash for a car. Asked them if they accepted cash for cars or only finance. They said they take cash for cars, so I asked again, How much is this car?Response: Why dont we set an appointment so you can come in and talk about it.Full disclosure, Ive previously worked in car sales and I know this tactic. Make you come in so we can hammer and harass you until you buy a car from us. I know car sales is a negotiation process but a dealership that refuses to tell me the starting price unless I come in is never going to get my business.

I usually let things go but this place really got to me. I’m honestly unsure how they have all these 5 stars. Do yourself a favor and do not go here. I sat in a cubicle for 2 hours essentially alone while the car salesman kept coming back and forth briefly and gave me no information. We had no conversation about budget and what I was looking for. Eventually, he pulls up a car I was “approved” for. Hands me a phony looking paper to sign agreeing to an outrageous monthly payment. When I expressed concern this amount was not within my budget the car salesman got very agitated and pushy which made me highly uncomfortable. I left with nothing but a hit to my credit score and a wasted 2 hours.

I got in a car accident and my car was totaled. I had so much going on with appointments so I NEEDED a new car. Marcus did his job! (Look down for edit)Edit: so I did what youre suppose to do on your test drive. Check the AC. Of course it was February so turned off the heat and turn on the ac... It was cold. Today, a warm day, I go to turn it on. HOT AIR! I call to speak to Marcus and its like oh need to get it recharged okay, where and do I need to pay out of pocket? He doesnt know. He looked at my warranty seemed sketchy. I have to take it 30 minutes away from where I live and they need to check it and give me a quote or go through this warranty process. I had a small chip on the windshield that I didnt see until the next morning after I bought the car and they wouldnt do anything about it now I have to go and take this in .Im starting to feel like I got a lemon.

(I should call my lawyer) after waiting for 2 hours (every 15 minutes an employee told me it should only be another 15 minutes) I was beyond irritated. Mr. GREEN promised hell continue to work on my application & call soon..... well... after 2 weeks, 10 credit inquiries & a 44 point decreased credit score. I have yet to receive a call, email or text from right way..... what a waste!!

I went in to check my options, I’m not bashing this company in any way, but ladies and gentlemen PLEASE don’t make the mistake I did, I was rushed, and signed paperwork way too fast, when I tried to back out of the deal they told me I can’t. I had to call 4 different right ways before ebony in Illinois told me there is NO RETURN policy. I was told there was no way to return the car. I had a couple people review my contract and I’m screwed. I made the mistake not taking my time. So, again allow someone to look over your paperwork or bring a knowledgeable person with you who understands this stuff. PLEASE, PLEASE read what you’re signing, AND TAKE YOUR TIME. Again I’m not bashing the company just don’t want this happening to anyone else!

I only chose one star because it wouldn’t let me post with no stars I got approved for a vehicle in November 2019 January 2020 the vehicles transmission went out on the vehicle which I contacted the dealer who did absolutely nothing until May 2020 when I came in to discuss a getting a new vehicle October 2020 they forced me to come in and sign the title which was in my name to the vehicle still to this day sitting in my driveway not running after I signed the title they proceeded to lie and tell me that gateway financial only finance me for a low amount when I contacted gateway financial they stated they have not received an application for A vehicle loan so I called the dealer back to only get threatened if I didn’t take the vehicle they chose for me they would just take my money and I wouldn’t get anything right way in Wyoming is a rip off and the manager Ryan is a scam artist do not get cars from this lot they will treat you like dirt and call the Wyoming police when you react to their negative customer service. It has been one whole year with a car still in my name which has been sitting in my driveway since January 2020 To make matters worse the dealer that sold me the car quit his job and took dozens of Customers paperwork with him Please do not go to this location for service it is disgustingly horrible
