Honest and quick technicians! Tim was so nice along with the other gentleman who’s name I did not get. They hooked me up really nice and now will be my go to tire repair place!

BIG O on Imperial Highway is my families go to tire shop. They are ways helpful and very knowledgeable. Tim,Ryan + Pedro are honest and the prices are very reasonable.

These guys are always good here. Never disappointed. My go-to for anything wheel and tire related. They earned my loyalty after getting my lifted Tacoma in to alignment better than any of the nearby shops; eliminating steering wheel vibrations.

Think twice before you go here. Brought my car in for alignment. Several months later it was still pulling, so I took it back for them to fix the alignment again (under warranty). Dropped it off and they said it would be an hour. Service took 3.5 hours. No problem, we are in a pandemic and people are busy...I understand. Couple of days later, my car alerts me to low tire pressure. All of my tires are under-inflated. I guess I would have assumed a tire store would check pressure, but I was wrong. Regardless, the car was STILL off. Took to another shop ...and indeed the alignment was way off. Very frustrating to say the least.

These guys are the best! I cannot recommend these guys enough! Ive been a customer for years, and Ill be one going on. Theyve never upsold me on service, suddenly finding something new that needs to be done. Ron is the man, but they all are top notch!!!

The people there are friendly and helpful! I choose Big O really because they had a sale, I also choose the standard tire, not the nice ones previously on my car. I noticed my car felt different so I took it back, they went on a drive with me checked everything the took them all off and completely redid the job, rebalanced each tire. That didn’t fix it so they offered to upgrade my tires and just pay the difference. My car is back to super smooth and they were super nice about it. It was my choice in tire, but they fixed it no problem.

Big O Tires is great! Ron, the owner and his employees are very friendly & helpful. They try their best to give our family great deals on tires and other services. I had a flat in one of my Mercedes tires a couple of years ago and he was able to patch it for $25! The parking lot is small, but I can usually find a spot to park. They have an air conditioned waiting area with a TV and drinks and snacks available for a small fee.

Ryan, employed at the location, ordered tires for my car, but only ordered 2. I needed 4. During the call and confusion, Ryan laughed, stated he sent his drive to get the tire for nothing and hung up on me. I have taken both my cars there before but won’t be back. Stopped on Friday around 5p and they got me in and out with a great attitude! Rare to find a great attitude anywhere at closing time on a weekend day. Prices were very good as well.

DON’T TRUST BIG O TIRES IN YORBA LINDASaying I had a bad experience with Big O Tires in Yorba Linda is an understatement. I purchased new tires for my truck and made an appointment to have them mounted. After the job was done I showed up to pick up my truck and after inspection I found scratches and gouges on my powder coated rims. I had just detailed my truck the day before and know there were no scratches on any of my rims. So I brought it to the attention of Tim, the store manager, who denied doing the damage and said there is no way they did it. They say they normally do a camera taping on every car before servicing it but just happened to not do that on my truck. Prior to taking my truck to Big O, I called and spoke to Tim and he assured me they would be careful and would not scratch my wheels. What is more disappointing besides their bad customer service is the manner in which they spoke and treated me. So I was forced to call corporate as Big O in Yorba Linda refused to acknowledge or do anything about the damage they caused to my rims. Only after corporate was involved did the owner, Ryan, offer to do anything which was to have one rim powder coated. However after the damage they created, I could not trust them to do the repair work or anything to my truck. I figured if they already damaged all four of my wheels trying to mount and balance the tires, then they will cause more damage again. I also could not be without my truck for a week to have this done. Using my spare isn’t an option since in running 37’s on the truck.I went back to pay for the cost of the tires since the bank cancelled the original charge which is the honorable thing to do. I went to Ryan and apologized for all the grief and mentioned that I wasn’t trying to cause any issues. I just expected my truck to return to me the way it was dropped off and he had a terrible attitude and was extremely rude with me right off the bat. He told me that he wouldn’t have worked on my truck if he knew I was so picky and I should use a different shop in the future. Having tires replaced and leaving with gouges and scratches is not me being picky. I will no longer do business with Big O Tires and discourage anyone from taking their vehicle to Ryan and Tim.

I didnt realize that I was driving on an almost flat tire til I got to work. I called Big O which is nearby and open on Sundays and they recommended that I didnt drive unless I wanted to risk replacing tire and possibly the wheel. Fortunately, they were able to repair the tire for a small charge and get me safely back on the road. Thanks Big O! ❤

I was really happy with the service Pedro offered. He suggested the right tires for my car at a reasonable price. He offered to check the alignment (which was good!) and did not try to push any services I did not need. As usual, the Big O Team in Yorba Linda pulled through for me again!

These people seriously wasted my time. They gave me a detailed quote to replace some steering components several months ago. So I called a couple of days ago to confirm the quote which was still in the computer for my 1997 Chevy truck. After reaaranging my schedule I got the truck into the Yorba Linda Big O shop. Several hours later Pedro calls me back to say his boss said he couldnt work on old trucks. Why? What the steering components are so much different on a older truck? When did you figure out this stupid rule? Apparently not before wasting my time, Thanks a lot Big O, and especially Yorba Linda site...Never again will you waste my time

Recently purchased a new Colorado and discovered a high speed vibration on a road trip to Phoenix. Thinking I had a tire out of balance I took my truck to Big O Tires in Yorba Linda they confirmed my suspicion with one of the factory wheel weights missing. So they rebalanced all 4 tires. She now rides as smooth as glass. FYI I have been using BIG O Tires in Brea and Yorba Linda now for over 35 years. Great service officially my new service location. Went in for a oil change,tire rotation, and alignment. Everything done in a timely fashion Pedro customer service is excellent seemed to know all the clients stopping in. I noticed my truck was running a lot smoother than when I use to take it to Sears (never again) . Thanks to the whole team at Big O tires.

Good service and friendly workers

Been a loyal customer for years, with plenty of tire, oil and other services performed. Friendly, courteous service (Tim and Ryan are especially great). Even though I moved out of the area earlier this year (2014), I still make the drive up for oil changes and such because I dont want to look for a more local place. That should say something.

I have purchased many sets of tires here over the years. All my experiences were great. Very friendly and helpful. Ive taken cars back for tire rotations and to have flats fixed and they were always friendly and helpful.

Needed a tire for a U-Haul rental truck on a Saturday almost at closing time and those boys immediately took care of my problem. 10 minutes before closing hour I was ready and on my way to return the truck. Good price for the tire and fast service.

Great! Tim and the boys here did such great work for us at a very reasonable price. We used them because they were recommended by a Pro Cut representative for our EBC brakes. I called them several times throughout the day asking to do other things while they had the car and they never seemed annoyed though I am sure I was anmoying!! I called a lot. They did everything I asked but still charged the same price they quoted and they explained the work they did and went over my bill even though it was what I expected to pay. Great place!

A better choice would be the Big O in Orange on Katella. They dont limit your alignment warranty with mileage, 6 months is six months not 6 months or 6000 miles. If you drive a lot this makes a difference, they also honor all the coupons the various other Big Os offer. I got a one year unlimited mileage warranty on an alignment for $10 more than this place was willing to offer me for a 6 month 6000 mile warranty. You could also get the 6 month unlimited mileage for $10 cheaper than this place as well.

Replaced a flat on my car. I was expecting it to take a while and be really expensive because im used to long waits and higher than advertised prices at other shops but pedro (i believe that was his name as it was on my receipt) was very helpful and was able to have my car ready after only 45ish minutes. Also many of those shops try to get you to buy stuff you dont need, i didnt feel pressured at all.

I called in last Monday to order wheels for my GMC Canyon, and was told they would arrive in 3-4 business days. One week later, after I called in several times, Pedro calls me back and tells me he ordered the wrong rims and to keep him posted if I have better luck. I am a small business owner and my truck being off the road cost me money every single day I trusted Pedro and Big O Tires promise to deliver my wheels. I am disgusted at the unprofessionalism that has been displayed, and would advise anyone against utilizing their services.

Got a set of tires a a fair price

What kind of tire and wheel store cant deal with a lug stud. It just needed to be cut off and replaced and they treated that process as an ebola outbreak. As a follow up I have tried to contact you with no reply As instructed in your reply below once again customer service sucked.

They tried to make me wait a week for service so I went across the street and got what I needed right away and for a way better price. Done with Big O.
