I took my car to the Placentia location on the corner of Rose Drive and Yorba Linda Blvd on Monday morning, and I was told to come back in 2 hours, because they did not have the equipment available to change my oil. I took the car home and called back 2 hours later, to find that the real reason they could not take my car in was because of no staffing.Tuesday, I took my car back in, and waited 45 minutes to get the oil changed and the tires rotated. I paid the bill and hurried to get back in my car because I run a business and needed to be back home, park my car in the garage, then work with a client. I went out an hour later, and as I am walking toward my car, I notice ALL 4 hubcaps are missing from my wheels. I drove back to Jiffy Lube, and asked about the hub caps. I was advised that they always put the hub caps back on. I asked to talk to the person who did the work on my car, and was advised he had gone to lunch. I am furious about this; it will cost me $240.00 replace the caps, and the only reason I took my car to Jiffy Lube instead of the dealer was because of the cost. So, it cost me a TOTAL of $333.50 for an oil change and tire rotation. I would appreciate a response to this criminal act.

Quick service, I would go back.Convenient but pricey unless you bring in one of their mailed coupons. I recommend bringing headphones or earplugs due to the constant door slamming between the waiting room and shop.

Needed a same day synthetic oil change. Found a $20 off coupon online. Drove over and the employees were nice and accommodating. They wrote up the estimate and I put it in my purse. My fault for not asking or looking first. When car was done WITH the coupon discount I paid a little over $100. That did NOT include a tire rotation. I think its too expensive for what you get. I can get an $80 oil change at my dealership that includes tire rotation and car wash. Just be aware of the cost.

This Jiffy Lube shop did an excellent job with my car. I originally came here to do a standard oil change. When I went into the office, the employees suggested me to perform a coolant fluid replacement too. They noticed that my coolant fluid was contaminated and needed replacement. They all the performed the repairs in a timely manner.I am highly satisfied with the finished repairs. I recommend this Jiffy Lube shop for your car repairs.

Not good. Got there at 7am. Did not open until 7:10am. Only one person there to service vehicles. Took 1hr and 15min to finish my vehicle. Additional staff arrived after 8am.

Bad service not even 1 star, did not fill car with enough oil and upon return the manager was rude to my young son and my wife, claimed the oil was burned off due to being an European model which is normal. The car had done less than 100 miles on the new oil. Then they tried to upsell to a higher grade oil rather than correct their error. When I tried to call I was told the manager was done talking about it! This car never leaks and had never burned any oil in the last year of ownership. Upon return home also found the under engine plastic trim was not put back correctly and was dragging on the road. Im not trusting this location again.

If you want an oil change FAST, go here. The pricing is competitive with a coupon (they always seem to have one), and they are super nice, and lightning fast. Its my go to.

The workers here are incredible! I had David, Daniel & Kavon all help with my oil change today and they were so quick! The change took MAYBE 5 minutes and they were all very nice and explained to me exactly what they would do since I had never been there before. I would definitely recommend this Jiffy Lube!

Very bad value. If 100 dollars for an oil change seems fair, then more power to you. In my opinion, that price is ludicrous. Never coming back.

Not only do I use them for oil changes.... I stopped across the street on Rose and Yorba Linda to get gas on my way to pick up my littles. It was around 5:45pm daycare closes at 6:30. After fueling up my car it wouldn’t start. I called AAA they said they would be about 45 minutes out which is reasonable, but I needed out of there sooner. I called Jiffy Lube let them know where I was and the situation kids and all. Next thing I know they came over got my car started and offered to top of my coolant because it was low, if I wanted to stop by really quick. I’m not sure if they were aware I was a frequent customer but they took care of me and refused money I offered for their help. That kindness is lost in this day and age. The late crew there are awesome. Thanks again gents.

David is very helpful and service is overall efficient. For an oil change on a Wednesday it was done in less than an hour. Future projects were explained to me thoroughly and they let me look at the car to explain the problems. Will definitely come back again.

Beware: Dont take your car here!I took my car to Jiffy lube for an oil change. I didnt think anything was wrong as this not the first time I took my car to them. Afterall, they are significantly cheaper than the dealership and faster. But this time was different. For one, when I received my car, the tech said it took a little longer because he had to reset the service reminder. Again, theyve always done this so I wasnt concerned. As soon as I get home and turned the car off, the service reminder showed that it was due for service in 300 miles. This means the tech didnt really reset anything. So, since I know how, I just reset the reminder myself. The following day, I took a day off to spend a day with my wife. But as soon as I back up from my driveway, I see the oil spill you see in the picture attached. The picture is actually after spending an hour brushing it off.Anyway, instead of going out with my wife, I had to take it back to jiffy lube yorba. Do you know what they did? They put silicone. That is like sealing a leak with superglue. These guys also work on brakes. Think about that!!!Update: For the 3rd day I have brought the car back because of the leak. This is unbelievable!!!! They wont give you the consolation of a refund or at least a discount.

This place is great!! everyone was so nice, it was so fast - they changed my oil and rotated my tires. i paid a little more here than other places ive gotten my oil changed, but ive never had a better experience, faster service, plus they vacuumed my car, wiped my windows, replaced the filter, and they gave me some service suggestions as well as laid out the price differences without being pushy. and that is something i really appreciate, since its seemingly impossible to get that in the automotive industry. truly great people, thanks guys!!!

Great experience getting an oil change for my daughters car. Because of the Covid-19 they did offer contactless service and the option to stay in the car during the oil change which I did. Yay! They were so polite and so quick! They did ask if Id like my car windows cleaned as well😁 I did tell them I had a discount coupon from their website to which they said theyll look at it when they finish and are writing up the final paperwork. I did have to go in to use the machine to run my credit card for payment but it was very quick. This was one of the BEST oil change experiences ever!I highly recommend this shop!👍👍👍👍👍

In and out in 15 minutes, everyone was kind and very helpful. They were even patient enough for me to call someone to check what oil (synthetic or partial) we usually put in the car. This was my first visit to this Jiffy Lube and I will definitely go here again.

Great services and the people will do you right. The prices can seem a bit high but if you do your research you will find that there prices are right in the middle not expensive but not rock bottom prices. But I definitely recommend finding coupons online before you go to save a couple $$. But overall great service at a decent price.

Got my oil changed during my lunch brake and was in and out quickly!

I had a oil change, the guy was working there told me do you want to rotate your tires? I asked him to give me a report for tires condition and they charged me $29 for that.After I left and i was in HW it started to pull to the driver side and I was about to have an accident, I came back and said check the reason after 5 Min he came back and said; the front tires which were in back are not good and you have to replace. My point is If I had an accident who was responsible for that? Why you didnt tell me after checking and didnt refund my payment? Even a simple apology!!!!I dont recommend this location.

If youre looking for a bargain, unfortunately this is not the place. However the staff is friendly, knowledgeable and the service is quick even when busy. David was a great help and my Jeep is running great now.

At the dealer... oil/filter change + tire rotation all together was $69. Here at jiffy, $120. I just did oil change for $90 ‘cuz I’m already here.. They are faster... that’s what I paid extra for..25min here vs 1 hour or longer at the dealer.

Daniel was very kind and professional. I was in and out very quickly and they did more than just an oil change, which I was very surprised. It turned out to cost more than I expected but no fault of theirs. My car takes 9 quarts of oil instead of the normal 5. I would definitely go back!! Great service!!

Staff was definitely not friendly in any way. Service was very slow. Workers would not clean outhe existing air cleaner stating this is not what they do or a service they offer and that we would need to purchase new for $70 from him. I have never been to any car service place that didnt offer this service as a courtesy. Be aware any add on sales here as well.

This place has really changed a lot. The staff and customer service has improved the most. Today they could have easily taken me for 60 bucks more than I had planned, but they told me extra things I wanted werent necessary. Thanks Jiffy Lube!

I might come back here, but Id probably jyst go to Valvoline down the street. What I did like about it was that I was able to drive in while my battery was almost dead and come out with a new battery. The price was really high though. For oil changes, I prefer Valvoline, but this would be a good backup.

Typical franchise auto repair shop. Went in for an oil change on a Subaru with less then 20K miles, tried to sell me a wheel alignment, power steering fluid change and, of course, new air filters (they are dirty - of course they are dirty after mechanics poured grime all over them). When I balked at all of these, the manager gave me the standard Jiffy lube warning that I really should have the filter changed, forgetting I told him the car had received a full tune up at an actual auto shop during the last oil change.Word of warning to anyone looking for a simple oil change: avoid these franchises (Jiffy Lube, Purrfect Auto) like the plague. They do not make profit from oil changes: they make profit from selling you additional services for problems in your car that do not exist. Find yourself a local mechanic that is independently owned.

Called to ask how much out the door for an oil change and was told $41.99 Then when I brought my vehicle in that day they explained that it was actually $80 out the door. Shady! The dealership charges half as much and does an amazing job washing your car, customer service wise, etc. NEVER AGAIN.

I brought my own oil and asked the mechanic if they can just change the filter because I brought my own oil. His response was we dont do that here . I guess you have to buy their oil to, what a joke.

If I could give Zero I would. Took my truck here for a sparkplug and oil change, they first quoted me for $308, when I go to pick it up they say it fine but when I go to start it, it wont even run and is making a horrible noise when started, so they say they dont know what they did wrong so Im gonna have to go somewhere else and then they say its gonna be 408 because he put in new cable (without my permission) so the grand total for breaking my truck, when I came there for just a spark plug and oil change actually came to $478!! And mind you my truck was working fine beforehand, it had never died on me. I drove it to Jiffy Lube just fine and had to get it towed away to a real mechanic. So I pretty much paid them $500, to break my engine. Save yourself time, money, and a headache go somewhere else.
