I fixed my iPhone screen at this store a while back and at first everything seemed fine but then when I really checked it, my finger print wasn’t working. I went back the next day and the guy there fixed it right away but then not even two days after fixing it my battery started acting up. My phone would only last like 2 hours charged and it would get super hot. Before I had my phone fixed I took care of it a lot so I know it wasn’t something I did. The quality of the screen is terrible, my phone also cracked inside my bag and even had pieces fall out and it just keeps cracking more.

I had an appointment but they took me early. They replaced my speakers. It sounds like new! The repair tech was friendly and helpful. Had my phone back in a jiffy!

Drive 45 minutes, got a notification it was done in about 90 minutes, (was told 2 hrs or less, so this was good). Got back and realized on closer inspection it wasnt completed. Talked to them on the phone and arranged to fix it the rest of the way of I came back which they did, about 75 minutes total on that one. Frustrated that they didnt catch the second error the first time, but admittedly I didnt catch it either one quick glance before I left. They did get it fixed eventually and were generally courteous and helpful.

Fair price for fixes, quick repair, professional and nice, knowledgeable, patient. Fixed my Pixel 3a xl screen when it didnt turn on. 10/10 would recommend

Friendly, quick, helpful, informative. Came in to get the charging port fixed because it wouldn’t charge, they went ahead and cleaned out the port first to see if that was the issue, and it sure was, took maybe 5 minutes tops and saved me a bunch of time and money. They also explained how that happens and how the way they clean it out fixed the issue. Highly recommend.

For about 6 months I’ve had a problem with my phone charging due to issues with the plug in port on my phone. A couple of days ago I walked in and explain the issue and it wasn’t even a full minute and he already solved the issue. He cleaned inside the charging port and removed whatever was in there that was preventing the phone from charging. I highly recommend the staff they are very professional and also very friendly. If you have something wrong with any devices, bring it here first!

Ubreakifix, saved me from having to wait. They had my phone fixed in 2 hours. Phone was cracked an was hard to see. Fixed it all up. Well the employees were really respectful an informative! I recommend big time. Even talk about taking my other electronics to them! Thanks again ubreakifix!

I had a cell phone break and was unable to retrieve my pictures. They were able to back my photos up which contained all my pictures of my seven week old daughter free of charge. Very pleasant and nice to deal with. I will always use them if I have any problems. Thank you!!!

I came in today thinking I needed to replace my charging port for my iPhone XR. Luckily with the great customer service I received, they where able to just simply clean out my phone as soon as I walked in and just like magic it started to work perfectly fine. The best thing about it was it was FREE!! I would definitely recommend coming here for any iPhone needs and services. Took my phone in today to have a new charging port and it was ready the same day. The gentleman that waited on me was very nice. I would recommend them to anybody.

The battery on my phone was dying very quickly after a full charge. Aside from that, the phone was working fine. I waited in line for 30 minutes (they have one register for processing payments, drop offs, and pick ups) because the credit card reader was broken. They diagnosed low-charge capacity on the battery, and said it would be fixed in 2 hours. I came back 2 and a half hours later. I waited in line for another 30 minutes. They told me my phone was not ready. I told them I would just take the phone back (I had to leave town the next day) because the battery was really just an inconvenience. I had only wasted an hour at this point. They handed me my phone and the screen was broken (broken by one of the uBreakiFix techs). They didnt realize they had been the ones who broke it. I was willing to just accept this, but then the phone would not even turn on. I went in to get a better battery and they handed me back a destroyed phone. I now had no choice but to leave it, and they said they would have it done by 7 pm that night. I went back a few hours later. They left me standing in the lobby for an hour, not coming out to update me on anything. I had to call into the back of the store to get an update. They told me I would have to leave it over night. I extended my stay in York a night and went in the next day a few minutes after they opened. Finally, faced with no other choice, they admitted that they had broken the phone beyond repair and they would send me a new one. I asked them how long it would take. They said 5 days. Thats a long time to go without a cellphone in 2021, especially in my line of work. They didnt seem to care. That was the best they could do. So I had to go to AT&T and get a flip phone activated for use while I wait for their refurbished replacement. That took two hours and cost $80. All told, I wasted time, money, and have lost content from my old phone. I understand that things happen outside of our control, but the lack of honest communication throughout this whole process, and a refusal to actually make it right makes this a very poor customer experience for me.

Always skeptical about service and quality due to the lack of caring from the majority out there in our world. Sry, its the truth. But I am impressed with the staff at this place. No one was pushy to sell you something and my gaming system for my son was done in the same day. I was blown away. Especially cause it was a revolving door of customers in and out. A big thanks to Dustin there. Great job.

Frustrated, the screen on my Pixel 3a was damaged. They told me worst case scenario the battery might need replaced. They added the battery replacement on and said its just in case, but when I went to pick it up, they said there was nothing wrong with the battery and battery replacements are automatically charged with screen replacement. They did a good job, but there is a lack of consistency. Roughly $180.Do not agree to any charges just in case prior to them opening the phone; have them call you and tell you something else needs fixed. I lost trust in them, and thought I would return in the future with devices but later changed my mind based on following edits.Edit: The screen was popping off, so we took it back in yesterday. They tried to glue it and returned it to us, but we noticed the pixels were all busted. We turned it back in for screen replacement immediately after, but it is popping off again. (Popping off = The screen is not seated properly and raised up over the phone casing by millimeters not properly sealing it, which was agreed by the store associates to be a mistake) The touch screen function randomly stopped working today. Weve contacted support, awaiting response.

Never been to the store (thank God). I called about a OEM phone case replacement. I was told it would cost approximately $125.00, I needed to pay for the case upfront before they would order it, it would cost approximately $78.00 and they needed my phone for 3 days and they would contact me when it was finished. I Googled how to replace an OEM phone cover for an LG K20 Plus. I ordered one from J&D Tech through Amazon. It cost me $7.80 with shipping and it took me less that 1 minute to get the original Broken one off and the new one put on. uBreakiFix are scam artists I am telling everyone I run into to stay away from them. If they did right for you, be thankful.

I would give 10stars/ 5starsThis was my second time visiting this store and I was super impressed with the customer service and the quality of repairs. I add an appointment set up with the manager whose name is Alex. I had a broken Samsung Galaxy 10 plus. And they fixed it my phone for reasonable amount compared to other places around here and the DMV.I walked in with a broken screen, for half of my screen was blacked out. And the portion off my frame was bent. So they replaced my screen and the frame with the OEM parts with the brand new battery for free. And I was in and out within two hours.This is the one of the most cleanest UBREAKIFIX store I have visited. In the waiting they have freaking Best chairs possibly you can sit down. They really know how to take care of their customers.

My replacement phone from Asurion wouldnt get security updates. Searched the internet and spent a lot of time trying to find a way to fix. Called Samsung and they sent me here. In just a few minutes Jake had it corrected and I was on my way!

Randy was able to help myself and Ellen transfer our phone content when no one else could. Leaving with a smile about their expertise.

My wifes phone developed a strange line of white pixels down the middle, and since it was under warranty, Google directed us to this place to perform the warranty service. We set up an appointment online, and arrived, after about 30 minutes(!) of confusion with the front desk agent, it was checked in and in queue to be repaired. About two hours later, phone is repaired, other than a slow check in/out, no issues. Fast forward two weeks, and the screen falls out of the front of the phone, the adhesive to hold the screen on had not been properly applied. Another appointment, another 20+ minute wait to check in the phone for its second screen repair in as many weeks, and it has now been repaired again. I get it, nothing is 100%, but the long delays in drop off and pick up made this whole process unnecessarily annoying, especially when the first repair failed so quickly.

I cant say enough about the ubreakifix guys. They were responsive to my needs, especially given my technological challenges. I was getting ready to start a new job, and I needed to get up to speed on some unfamiliar technology.Ubreakifix helped me learn more in-depth information about Zoom meetings, accessing my onboarding paperwork, navigating the company related web sites, and more.For a very reasonable fee, I can now look forward to no more embarrassing step- by-step handholding from the HR department. I dealt with Randy and Dustyn, both were super friendly, kind, and explained everything I needed. I only wanted my phone repaired enough to perform a backup and retrieve a few things, and they did just that. They didn’t try to upsell me things I didn’t need or tack on anything extra, and they had everything done quickly. Super pleased with my visit!

Fixed my broken galaxy note 20 ultra screen perfectly. Fast and easy.

Drove 45 minuites because they were the closest place that could work on my Google Pixel 4xl battery. Randy was extremely professional and helpful, I would definitely recommend them for any electronics repairs.

Not impressed. A week after a screen replacement, the screen wont work. They insist its due to condensation damage and its not covered under warranty. The screen is currently installed crooked by them. Shame.

The experience was all around nothing short of great. The employees were Profesional and informative. Even after I picked up my device I called in to ask a question and was met with the same professionalism.

They were professional and kept me informed the entire process. They didnt call when the job was done but they did send an email. They were a little less expensive than another shop I had contacted and unlike them they kept in contact. Another plus, I was able to get a quote on their website which was accurate. I will be using them again. The only down side, the parking lot is too small.

Came in at about 3:30 P.M when they closed at 5 and did not expect them to have my phone done before they closed. Within an hour, it was done and it looks amazing. The lady in front of me was also picking up her phone and upon delivery, the guy said hold on it doesn’t look aligned correctly. He took it to the back and had it corrected. Honest people & great business! Would recommend to anyone!

I made an appointment I was told on the phone I would be seen ASAP as soon as I come in I get there and they said they won’t be able to look at it today i would have never drive there if it wasn’t told to me that they would look at it when I get there

I came in today to receive help with my iPhone. This is the ONLY phone repair store that has ever felt professional and knowledgeable in all my years. Thank goodness for Alex and Eli!!! They were so proficient with every detail and really made me feel secure in my needs. I have found my home repair store and will be spreading the word. Check them out, they really are honest, welcoming and intelligent.

They fixed my sons phone quickly and it was reasonably priced. They are professional, very clean and do quality work. I would recommend these guys in a heartbeat.

They got my screen fixed in 2 hours, but they gave me back someone elses phone. Thankfully I hadnt left when I realized (phone was off) and when I got my phone back it wasnt together all the way. They had a wire stuck between the front and back edge keeping it separated. Went back the next day (they had closed that night) and they got it fixed up in about 30 mins. So there were some bumps in the road but overall the job did get done.

My boyfriend went to this place to get his laptop fixed and A tall man by the name of Dustin gave him attitude about how he couldnt fix his phone under the store warranty even though the damage was caused by the them in the first place. Better service at CellFix

Knew they couldnt fix the phone at 11:00 in the morning but didnt text that it was ready for pickup until 4:00 in the afternoon. When they did text they texted the phone that was laying on their desk broken when we gave them a different number to call back on.

Took my phone in for repair also brought my own replacement screen they told me you would cost $70 for them to replace my screen I talk to two Representatives one who was also a manager they told me it would be ready the next morning I didnt receive a text until the next evening stating that they can no longer fix my device on the agreed upon price because they forgot they can only use license Samsung parts to fix devices and that it would now cost $175 to repair my phone wasted time and gas

Unfortunately the prices this company offer its customers is out the waters.

Does well with simple repairs. Timely when parts are in stock could use better communication when jobs are completed and more realistic projections instead of what telling you what you want to hear.

So I took my phone in to the uBreakiFix in York to get my phone screen fixed well when I gave them my phone everything worked fine! I left for an 1hr and a half came back and my phone wasn’t the same my home button did not push in and the worker made an excuse and said it was my mother board when clearly it wasn’t I took it to cpr repair to get looked at and upon opening it up they noticed my Touch ID was ripped in half! Most of my screws was missing in my phone! This store does not know what they are doing point blank and I will never go there and wouldn’t recommend it to my worst enemy! Please be cautious when letting these people work on your phones! The store should be called ubreakwebrakemore!

They said a few hours and they would email or text when done, but that didnt happen so I had to call in to find out it was ready. This place is extremely paranoid fear mongering mask nazis type of place so you can wait out in the rain for the one person store limit or they might tell you to pull up your mask.

I was told that my phone would be fixed within 3 hours when I called in, and yet two days into the process, my phone was not fixed and I was told that the part did not come in. I told the associate on the phone that I would be in that day and would be picking up my phone and to not fix it. They said ok. I was going to forego the fix and get a different phone that would cost about $100 less than the cost of replacing the screen. However, when I arrived two hours later, I was told that they made a mistake and that the screen did come in, so they went ahead and fixed it. They didn’t call to ask if they should, the same associate that I had just told not to fix it, went ahead and fixed it anyway. In addition to ignoring our conversation, the fix involved him putting the screen on lopsided so that is an overhang on one side instead of the smooth beveled edge. So no, based on my experience, I would not recommend them or their poor business practices.

Phone screen was broken around 5:30 PM. They were the only store in my vacinity that was willing to fix the phone the same night. They closed at 7, but I got there around 6:50. The man (i never got his name) gladly stayed late to fix my phone. Awesome place and very nice people. They fixed the phone in less than 30 minutes!

I thought my screen was broken and I’d have to pay$179 for a new one. I took it in, they looked at it, and told me it was just my screen protector, got me a new one, applied it, charged me $10, gave me a recommendation on my case, and sent me on my way. I’m so thrilled. It would have been so easy for them to take the phone, take off the screen protector, and pretend they’d fixed it and charge me $179. But they were honest. I appreciate that immensely.

Went in for a screen repair on my pixel and was told I need to factory reset my phone before they can repair it. I was willing to do so in the store as I have everything backed up on cloud storage, but because my touch screen wasnt working I explained that I would need to plug in a mouse to navigate the menus. They did not have the capabilities of performing this. Also after chatting with google support, it is possible to factory reset a device without touch screen functionality. Either the store didnt know how to do this or didnt want to. So either they are incapable of fixing phones or unwilling to do business; neither conclusion makes for a good repair shop.

I brought my phone there for a broken screen. Same day repair. Their partnership with samsung allowed me to take advantage of the first responder program. Very friendly and professional. My only issue was that they asked for a primary number which was they phone being repaired and a contact number while the repair was being completed. I never received confirmation that the repair was completed because they texted the phone being repaired that my phone was ready. I was not contacted on my secondary phone number.

I was recommended this place from Verizon asurion to repair my Samsung Galaxy S9+ screen. The staff was conversating about inappropriate things and my wife felt uncomfortable. She dropped a perfectly good working phone with 0 issues other than a small crack in phone that she had been using for over a month or 2. When she went back to pick it up, they told her that it was not working and not charging, a 100% working phone prior to them getting it their hands on is now completely destroyed internally. Asurion is replacing the phone at no cost due to these guys screw up. Definitely would never recommend this a company!

Cracked my iPhone screen and filed a claim through Asurian. Eli from ubreakifix came out while his female passenger waited in my driveway. Eli replaced the screen but didn’t complete the job and couldn’t restore facial recognition. His best advice was to call Asurian and have me request a device exchange. Called Asurian, they ended up wanting ubreakifix to come back out and complete the job without me having to go through the hassle of replacing the phone. Eli came back out. Worked on my phone in his car. I thought he was just fixing the technical issues of my phone- he did not tell me he would be replacing my new screen (with new screen protector on it), when there wasn’t anything wrong with it. He ended up not fixing the technical issues of my phone, but instead made it so I had to reset phone. When I questioned this, he said it wasn’t his problem under his breath and left without so much as an apology. Called his manager, Dustin, and he said could only offer me an “explanation.” He also offered to get my old screen protector back- why I have no idea, because you can’t reuse screen protectors. Drove 40 min to AT&T and they said my only option was to reset my phone. Spent all evening setting up my phone again and losing some things that weren’t stored in my iCloud. If you are questioning if ubreakifix is worth “fixing” anything for you, the answer would be no, definitely not.

Do yourself a favor take your phone or device to Batteries+Bulbs instead of this place. I dropped off my daughters IPad on 4/18/20. I was told it would take a week to replace a battery. No problem I said. I never got a call from the store to let me know the cost of the repair or when it would be repaired. I called the store on 4/22/20 and spoke to the “‘manager” Eli. He said he was swamped and would call me back. Waited the entire day and never heard back from Eli I called back later that day to be told they had to order the battery and it would be a fast repair. I never heard back from the store that the battery was ordered or arrived. I called again on 4/28/20 Eli told me the IPad was still not repaired! I asked to speak to a manager he told me he was the manager. I told him I wanted to speak to his District Manager said he didn’t have one that there was an owner. I asked for his contact information and he refused to provide it. This is the worst customer service I have had. I won’t be bringing anything back there and I’ll let my family and friends know how terrible the customer service is there. I took the iPad down the street to Batteries and Bulbs and it was fixed in an hour and for $20 less!! Don’t take anything to U Break I fix.

I was told by my Verizon insurance to bring the phone to this location for repairs and told I would not need an appointment. I drove 1hr to the location to be told that they do not take walk ins and I would need to schedule an appointment.I scheduled an appointment for two days later and decided to call ahead before I made the drive as the person inside the store told me it would take st least 2 hrs for repair so I wanted to make sure they were on schedule....No answer and Ive been calling for the last 30 minutes.
