The sales lady in there was so super friendly and so chipper. The other 5 to 6 sales guys didnt even acknowledge my existence they just sat around on there phones but she came from the back and smiled and greater me and totally got me what I needed. I dont remember her name but she has kin folk in my home state of OK!!

I went to the store today at about 11am, after being told by email my order was ready for pick up, went to the door they opened the door for someone else and told me they were closed for the day, I call Verizon they said yβall was open and donβt know why youβd be closed at this location, I left and came back 2 employees and a security guard were walking out, we kindly asked why we were turned away, this was 11:20am, the employees were rude in a snide voice and said come back tomorrow we donβt have employees to work, and again there we 2 employees and a security guard telling me this as they walked out of the store into the parking lot! Yβall need to do better! I know employees are hard to find this day and age but you need to get your act together and not be rude when someone asks a simple question! Definitely do not recommend this store!
I mean at first they tried to help but when we had a problem they just stood there and said we were out of luck. That whomever set up the passcode screwed us. REALLY!! So if a customer has an issue with a 2day old phone, we are screwed. An authorized dealer says the phone is faulty because they are unable to reset the phone to Factory settings. So the big blame game run around begins!!!
Verizon takes longer to do anything for you than any other phone or tv service Ive ever dealt with. Multiple times I have dealt with them and evrytime has been the same. Just spent 2 hours trying to get my hot spot turned on. Ridiculous!!!!!!

I am giving a 5 based on the majority of my experiences. Most are very good. Yesterday was not. The associate was not helpful. Didnt seem to care a whole lot and not assertive in trying to assist me. I had a major frustration and it didnt seem to bother the associate.However, most of the time my experiences are excellent and I will still give 5 stars.
So sick of dealing with Verizon wish I never gave up my prepaid and went back to Verizon. Sold me a construction phone that was supposed to be supposedly almost indestructible that I tried to buy insurance on when I bought it in March the salesman told me I didnt need it now somethings happened with it theyre telling me theyre not going to fix it and they cant honor the warranty because of this as usual for Verizon screws you every way they can
Worse experience Ive had. There for over an hour and half. Wasnt able upgrade phone. Very Disappointed. HAVE TO WAIT 24HRS. Was told it was a glitch in there system but you could tell the salesman was great. Ive upgraded many phones never at this location. Definitely the worst one to date.

We went to the Verizon in York PA( route 30). We had Jason and he was great. He was very friendly, down to earth, knowledgeable and helpful. The store was very clean and neat.

We have been with Verizon for many years.Today as it always has been when we had a problem they straightened everything out for us.There are other companies out there but none with the service,coverage and reach of Verizon.

I called this store twice and both times spoke with Toni. She was polite and helpful on the phone. My wife and I stopped in to the same store and Toni greeted us at the door and helped us. Not only did she upgrade my phone for me, but she informed us of all sorts of deals that we could take advantage of to save us money. She wasnβt up selling or pressuring us. I genuinely felt like she wanted to save us money, and she did. I donβt review people or places often, but she deserves it. Iβll definitely remember this experience next time I need to stop in to a Verizon.
Store gave me totally incorrect information about a phone saying all the S20 devices took an SD card. Then after purchasing and finding out it was incorrect the manager was very rude when I returned the device and both he and the girl who handled the transaction tried to tell me the phone did take and SD card when it didnt (S20 5GUW). Finally I returned the phone with no care from the manager that I was unhappy about the $50 restocking fee that was their fault and got my old phone re-activated after several attempts when I finally told the girl I think it was an issue with re-using the old SIM card which it was. Then I politely asked for the names of the girl and the manager for the second time. He came over and told me he would not give names so I snapped a picture of him and he became belligerent and told me to leave immediately so I did. The girl was uniformed but polite however the manager was rude and totally uninformed about the phones they were selling.
For a corporate store, sure didnt know what they were doing Didnt honor the current advertising ad on national TV,, didnt even offer to order a phone for me, will never go there again!

Went to go get my daughter a new phone. Young man comes out and instructed me to stand behind the sign that was outside. I was standing on the side of the sign not behind. Understand both of us had our masks on. He was kind of rude, acted as if we were bothering him. Then he proceeded to say only one of you can come in. What the ... she is on my account, I am paying for it, purely over kill. We went to Bestbuy and 30 mins we walked out of the store. Verizon store sucks and I will never go back.
I walked in for an early upgrade and was greeted at the door by a Verizon employee. He entered my # on his tablet, then said a representative would be with me shortly. I noticed there were 3 Verizon employees there; 1 of which was already helping customers. The greeter and another employee were off to the side, chatting for about 10 minutes. I was not helped. Took my business elsewhere.
This is the only store in our area, the associates are not allowed to touch your cellphone?? Nor will they assist you if the technical need gets too involved, wait a minute they were closed from 1-27-2021 until the 2-5-2021 were we exposed to Covid and then not told??
Was greeted by friendly staff who was able to answer our question on the spot. Was open to discussion about phones in all price ranges. Not pushy on sales.
This Verizon is super clean and normally well stocked. My only and biggest complain is it always takes forever. They are either understaffed or not getting to people fast enough. EVERY time we are in there it is a solid 30+ min wait. It doesnβt seem matter time of day or day of the week always the same. Once you get a rep they are super helpful and super friendly. just too S-L-O-W....

Had to replace screen protector. Went to store and was told it wasnt covered. Got the exact same cover and was told that it has a lifetime guarantee. Was never told that it had to be registered when I got it two months ago. So i had to pay another $50 to buy another. Hope they tell their associate to tell customers that screen protector has to be registered when you initially buy it so it doesnt cost you another $50!
Some of the people there had a very poor attitude, I work with the public so I can understand being upset, but rule number one of customer service is even if you are having a bad hairday YOU DONT EVER TAKE IT OUT ON THE CUSTOMER especially if you want them to be a repeat customer. Bottom line is unless you want people to go to your competitors treat your customers with respect.

My experience with this store is horrible. To purchase a phone, I went there 4.5 years ago when it was located in the next building and they could not help me nor did they want to. I went there today because my iPhone would not work. Oh, we cant fix that. The associate said. Can we ask someone else? I asked. The associate continued, I am the tech person here. We cant fix this. Another associate just happen to be passing. Hey, can we fix this? said the first associate. No way, uttered number 2. Clearly, talking to IT or to the manager is a customer service no,no. How about giving me some options? No, that is just too much like caring. I went down the street about a half a mile and the guy inside fixed my phone in five minutes. He said it just needed rebooted. I guess they do not know how to reboot phones at this location.
I am pleasantly surprised that we only spent about 45 min at Verizon. A very nice rep waited on us and took care of our issue.
Theyβve messed up our phones each of the three times weβve come here. Put the wrong SIM card in our new phones and have us go without cell phone service. Never apologized once.
Worst customer service ever! They lie! Me and my husband went there to refill our phone. And we only wanted to spend 50. that was for unlimited everything. The guy there told us it was only $10 we had minutes rolling over and we continue to tell him he was wrong but he assured as he was right. He even went as far as calling a customer service representative to confirm. The next morning I woke up and my phone was turned off. I called customer service and they told me that that $10 charge was just for one day of service and that it would not be refunded and I need to pay the full 50 for a whole month. Why would I pay $10 for one day of service. So I was out $10 . They also would not refund the $10.
I gave it a 1 star because i cant give it a 0. Verizon gave all my personal information out to someone in New Mexico. Now they wont do anything to help fix the problem and still want me to pay my bill. Not happening!!
This store is poorly managed and does not utilize a good system of checking people in. Their staff for a better part are very attentive but some feel their time is better spent walking between those that are working and leaving others sit around. I spent an hour and half waiting watching this situation before I left. I will be calling Verizon about this in hopes you will never have to experiance this quality of service from this store in the future.

Hands down WORST phone experience of my life. Save yourself a serious headache and go across the street to Sprint. Or literally anywhere else. The employees messed up and could not refund us the money, so we ended up having to spend 3 hours here with a newborn and buy an entirely new phone.

My experience has been less than admirable. Verizon says anything to get you signed up. I was offered 2 specials that I never received. They offered nothing for the mix up. Consequently we will be cancelling 2 out of 3 lines. Totally unacceptable.
Toni was very helpful and answered all my questions and provided me with choices to select from that would fit my personal needs. I would gladly work with Toni again. Toni even offered to help me when my new phone arrives.
Went to get a new sim card for my new Galaxy S9+ and I was helped right at the entrance. Great service. I had my screen protector put on and my new case put on also. Both were bought there since best buy didnt even have any of the tempered glass screen protectors! This is my go to Verizon store.
Zero Stars! Rude and immature Manager named Chris!I came in today to ask for my account number and pin since I had lost them, where the Manager (Chris) came out and asked what I wanted them for. Excuse me?!? Its my account and thats really all he needed to know. I answered him and I guess me answer wasnt up to par with his attitude because he ended up going over to his employees (3 of which were stocking phones while there were 2 other customers besides me ahead in line). I then proceeded to wait for 15 minutes while the manager chatted it up with the employees stocking. Never came back to assist me with anything, so after he walked over to another group of employees and I overhead him talking about me, I walked over to ask if he was going to help me because the other employees at the counter had no idea what I was even there for. He then told me he had another customer, and me being the only customer in the store, I asked where at and he said he doesnt need to answer me.FINALLY a polite employee named Jason assisted me. I originally went into the store to upgrade my phone, but after that horrible experience, I instantly went next door to Boost Mobile and signed up my entire family plan. Good job losing a 5 year account, Chris! Youre doing wonderful as a store manager with that piss-poor attitude.P.S. I have also had multiple negative experiences here at this exact store with the previous manager as well. If I may suggest, Verizon, take more care into hiring a manager at this location. They lack in customer service quality, and you would think the prices consumers spend on your products you could offer them a bit more respect.
Ive had issues with transferring my number from my old phone to the new at home trying to get through to their customer service waiting for hrs on the phone had to drive to the nearest Verizon store and they put me through to them with only waiting for less then a few minutes wouldve gave them 5 star but had to waste gas and time to travel to resolve a issue they created they need better customer service when calling in

If you cant wear a mask you cant come in, they dont have a tent set up; they cant do anything for you...was instantly referred to service via phone. At&t is across the street.
Usually the reps are helpful. Not this visit! I do not agree with the explanation and analogy for why my phone is acting strange? It seems like he was pushing to sell a new phone. May check out Sprint or other phone system. Not happy. Will also speak to another Verizon location to compare notes..
My phone was malfunctioning for months. When it just got worse I finally gave in and went in. I was told it would be an 11 minute wait. I waited over 30 minutes with an explanation. Finally I got help from the rudest of all women. She told me my data was full and thats why it was malfunctioning. I already knew this and wanted help getting more data. Her solution: delete all your photos. I asked if there was anyway to back them up and she rudely said no you need more data to upload the app to back them up. I tried to explain that her that the problem would start again once the phone got filled up again. Se got angry and said there wasnt anything she could do. I suggested that maybe there was a way to rebuild the phone with a different system. I knew there was because I was given instructions on who to call. I was again rudely told there wasnt she could do. She made little effort to find a permanent solution and a lot of effort to be rude and look down on me. Finally she gave the phone back and didnt even attempt to say goodbye. Dont come here unless you want little help and lots of attitude.
Service was TERRIBLE. Darnell was busy doing from what I could tell computer work. He kept taking telephone numbers as clients came in and they just kept piling up. I was told on Monday when I came into the store by Joseph Grimes that he would keep me updated on status of Motorola z3 being delivered to store.(they were all out). I never received but one text from him just verifying that I did receive the message. Turns out, he was off on Tuesday. There were, as best as I could tell only two reps in the store today. I waited for 1/2 hour. I decided to take matters into my own hands and order the new phone by myself. I orginally had the option to pick up in store or have it delivered to my home. When I got near to the end of placing my order, I did not see any option for store pick up. I asked Darnell about it and he basically blew me off. I am a very busy person and travel a lot with my job. I said as long as I was in the store I would really like to pick it up. No solution was given. I have been a Verizon customer for many years and this is the WORST service I have ever received.I was VERY DISAPPOINTED with my service both on Monday( with follow-up) and today...Ann Kroh-Hughes, R.T. Very rude and the so called manager Chris got an attitude with us. We asked for a card with his name and he asked how bold we wanted it written. He will be getting a call from quite a few people to the person above him about his actions. Waited 2 hours for nothing. They dont care about you or the issues youre having except one nice employee I met a few months ago. Other than that youre wasting time at this location.
We just wanted a car charger. The guy told us we needed to check in. After waiting for twenty minutes we figured out that they had a kiosk and could just pay for it there. Would have been nice to know that right away.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IVE EXPERIENCED WHICH RESULTS FROM AN INCOMPETENT GENERAL MANAGER!I have multiple accounts open, including a business account. The sales rep told me to try out a jet pack for my internet solution, it did not cut it. I brought it back in for a return as he told me to but I was faced with an hour plus wait...2 times. By the time I could return it and discuss the changes I wanted to make to one of my accounts, it was 4 days after the 14 day return period...even though under my business account, I can return things at anytime the general manager was rude, inconsiderate, and did not offer to help to find an alternative solution. The point is, every time I come to this store (10+) times in the last year, there is horrible customer service and there are approx 10 employees standing around at all times, yet none are tasked just to handle simple exchanges which means you have to wait forever. Of course they are trained like robots to sign you in, probably part of an incentive or commission based program.On top of that, I bought a one talk system for my business which doesnt work properly. So i brought it in, they told me to come back tomorrow since it was the only day the one talk rep was in town. I made an appt, came back the next day on my lunch and was told that he was busy and my problem was a customer service problem and that I should just call them instead...yet again more time wasted.They will do anything to get your money, and then turn their backs when there is a problem. Whether its lack of knowledge or pure lack of customer service skills, do not give business to these scam artists.

Asking too much? A demo Moto Z3 phone was not functioning properly. I pointed it out and asked if it could be fixed. The rep told me it was probably messed up from someone messing with it. I asked if they could get it working so we can check it out since that is why we were there. The rep made it sound like too much work, and that it was beyond her permission level. I asked if there was a manager that I could speak with who get get it working. After a minute or so, another rep came out and said the manager did not have time to get the phone working. Both the reps spoke to me in a way that made me feel like I was asking too much to have a phone on demo properly functioning for the Verizon customers to look at. I pointed out that I spend thousands of dollars a year on Verizon and I think it is completely fair to get a phone working that I am looking to purchase. They seemed very upset and annoyed that I would not just go away, but agreed to reset the phone so I could see how it works. When they agreed to get the situation fixed, I thanked the rep and tried to give him a fist bump, but he just glared at me instead. Later they came back with a different phone of the same model. They did not succeed in resetting the first one, but showed me a different phone of the same model that was on the floor. They seemed very upset that they had to show me a Moto Z3 that was functioning properly. In the end I saw what I was asking to see, but what I went through, the responses I got from the reps, and the way they tried to shame me in to just taking their word that a device works a certain way, made me feel terrible. It was such a terrible customer experience. Is the kind of behavior that Verizon condones at the store level these days? Shame on you Verizon! Im still a customer. However, it will not take too many more experiences like this one to lose me and my 5 lines... and tell all my friends about it as well... and stop other people from switching from other carriers... and, well you get the idea. Can you hear me now? Good.

It was the worst service ever. I took my dad in to get him a new service and they told us we were next in line. We waited over 40 minutes and at least 4 other groups came in front of us and no one would serve us. I felt ashamed to take my dad to this store. Im has me considering leaving Verizon altogether. If they are going to treat my 77 year old dad that poorly, I can imagine what they will do with my wife and I. Shameful, Verizon. Shameful.
Troubleshooting visit.Placed in line and told to sit. Customer arrives after us- picks things off the shelf (expensive things) employee goes to back and grabs another employee- that employee helps the people buying millions of accessories......before us.Receive two e-mails about the visit.....receive one text about the visit.....no response in regards to our hour long wait.Go to the Verizon on White Street.....not this location. Management is obviously an issue.
