Food was decent. Coffee however seemed to be watered down. Dont know what brand they use but it didnt have much taste, seemed like it was very diluted. The staff were exceptional!
First and last time for us. It took over 35 minutes to get breakfast this past Saturday. We were asked if we were locals, which we replied yes. We felt at that admission that they catered to repeat customers and didnt care for tourists, of which we were not. The food was good, but having to wait so long for it would make any breakfast taste good. Everything was extra and we were not told by the server at the time we ordered, very deceptive. Onions, rye bread all extra! The prices on the menu were one thing, when the bill came it was something else. The ambiance was old and stale, several broken glass shades on hanging lamps. We found it very uninviting.

The host seated with no silverware. The waitress didnt bring you none. The hostess and server was not to professional. Glad we order sandwich with no silverware you would had to eat like a dog. The waiter didnt even bring you any
I checked out the area I know not many reviews but it’s certainly worth going.You have from bacon eggs to omelettes to wraps and sandwiches all very reasonably priced I went with pancakes with a side of bacon pancakes very light super fluffy very good.Yeah it’s a building built for fast food chain but what they made it into is a local breakfast and lunch place for the locals super friendly polite staff and you do have a lot of the locals coming in they all know each other.The place is clean comfortable spacious seating and they have free wifi large parking lot.
Big is always right and the waffles are out of this world with the fresh fruit topping I love their sausage gravy

Coffee was good. Breakfast was delicious. Had corn beef hash and eggs and they put them right on top like I ask! Service was friendly and prompt.

I love it here. i love the window seat, the kind people, the western omelet with a side of sausage gravy, the interior (it was renovated out of an old mcdonalds). i just be here at dawn reading my book and feeling good. it’s my all-time favorite diner.

Service and Waitress was nice but the floor was dirty. I went with my mom there for my 16th birthday and it was our first time. My mom ordered dippy eggs with toast and when she got it, the bread was soggy and i do not know what they make with their eggs but i got sick from the omelette i ate. I assume it was the grease. Food was okay but the floors looked like it was not mopped or swept up and bacon was on the floor which is a bit disappointing as we’re in a pandemic.

The Staff is always Friendly and courteous!! Wife and Mom in law had a cheeseburger with bacon, condiments, fries, pickle and coleslaw for $7.95!! Cooked to perfection!! I had the Maryland crab soup and a Ham Club. They did not disappoint!! Mom had coffee we had ice tea. All this delicious food for $30.00!!

Wouldn’t came back. First time coming and I was highly disappointed. I came in during lunch hour, from this you can see there’s a family eating lunch and theres others as well, this woman the manager is cleaning and dusting everything off right near all of this. I could not believe it. Stayed just for the food to see and it was not even decent. I’m so sorry but it was such a disappointment
Dined there a lot, mainly for breakfast and the food was always good and hot. Nice atmosphere and great service. Best of all were the prices. I miss going there. I hope they can and will reopen soon.

We come to eat at this restaurant regularly. The food is good and is served hot. The sausage gravy is better than at most places. The blueberry pancakes are very good and made with fresh blueberries. The waffles are excellent as well. I really like the sausage links they serve......they are very plump and tasty. The coffee is good. The best part..........the prices seem very fair and less than most places. I went for breakfast today and realized everything was so good that I thought a good review was well-deserved.
Had breakfast this morning. This restaurant can accommodate large families. We had seating for 7. I ordered the Mexican Omelet and ate every drop! My husband loved the home fries. Another friend of ours enjoyed the Rye Bread toast. Everyone agreed they would come back. The servers were friendly enough but the food preparation was slow. So for breakfast if its a casual day you will be fine. Restrooms could use a good cleaning or update. We will be back again on one of our lazy days. 😊
The food here is really good. It is a diner, though, so expect diner atmosphere and service. The price is great and I would say the food is the best diner food in this area.

Loved the place! Our server was funny and quick with the service. The food was great. We would definitely go there again. Read one bad review out of many, many that were 4 or 5 stars. Dont know where that person ate, but it wasnt the West Chester Diner.

Stopped here for breakfast during my brief visit in York, PA.Nice environment for a mid sized restaurant. The color scheme is cool and different. The menu is simple yet filled with options.Service was very friendly and quick. I had my coffee refilled basically as soon as I finished it.The food was outstanding. Its been awhile since I was so satisfied with breakfast food. Everything was flavorful and delicious. Filling as well.Highly recommend it
Was the worst bacon, eggs, and sandwich. How do you mess up a bacon eggs and cheese sandwich. The girl that took my order didnt speak English that well I asked for my eggs to be over hard with yellow cheese with the bacon on top of the eggs not the bacon mixed up with the eggs and I got a extra side of bacon and the side of bacon was old.One being the worst!!

You would never think to stop here for something to eat but it was worth it. They have good specials and their home fries are great! If you havent tried this place please do you wont be disappointed!

Great spot to stop for breakfast. Ask for Sarah she will take great care of you, if she is not there the staff is super friendly and helpful. They help each other out refilling coffee and getting things you need. I always get the black diamond steak and eggs. Delicious steak that they marinate and just melts in your mouth. Prices are good. Fast friendly service. They are open for breakfast and lunch, have not tried lunch yet.

I would suggest giving them a 30-45 minute notice for same day reservations.PRO: Family friendly, great food and desserts! Amazing breakfast and lunch choices; something for everyone. All of the waitresses are super friendly and attentive.Would I recommend this place?: Yeah, defiantly.

Very happy with visit and breakfast at a good price. Prompt friendly service. There was a waiting line to be seated and opted for a seat at the counter but thats a good sign I think. If they get that much business for Saturday morning breakfast they are doing something right.

Was very surprised when bill came. $1.35 for coffee and $.60 extra to have onions added to fried potatoes. If you wanted rye bread rather than whole wheat or white, there was an extra charge. Had coupon for $1.99 breakfast. Found out that coupon was nothing special. They USUALLY charge $1..99 for 2 eggs and home fries. So, coupon really was worthless. Figured that there would be extra charge for coffee, but bill was $4.18. All in all, service was very good, but disappointed with final tab. Will not return due to their having so many extra charges.
Will never come back after finding out a waitress that was working Saturday night was carrying a tray of food, drops the tray and falls onto the now broken dishes and glass, cuts her hand bad was not allowed to leave to go to an urgent care until she was done her shift! From what I hear she needed 8 stitches! What kind of people run this place? Will never return don’t care how good the food is!
Used to be our favourite breakfast place. Prices went up. Service got slower. Closed on Sundays. Will go to Mary James from now on.
Sat here for a half hour with no food other people came in after me and ordered and got their food waitress forgot all about me while another waitress helped me now I’m late for work

I eat breakfast there 4 or 5 times a week. There are a lot of breakfast restaurants but West Manchester has a tasty menu selection with good prices too! The waitresses are great and hostess pleasant. Definitely worth eating there.

Service was great, but asked for a cup of ice water to go since I was not feeling well, and was told that I would be charged. Anywhere else I go, water is free. Im sorry, this just rubbed me the wrong way this morning.
Really popular at breakfast, it was packed. Service was great, though and the food delicious!! You get a great plate for the price!!
