I got my Phone activated about 2 weeks ago i was told that i would have the $50 plan. the short spanish guy i think his name was john, was really rude to me and my wife and did not want to help us when we came in with an issue. i came in today with my wife and met Alexander. He was so helpful and nice. i was planning on switching to another company but he did everything he could to help me and im staying. all metros should have an employee like that. he really pulled me back in when i was going to leave due to the arrogance of the other employee. john should not work there.

They need to learn how to do their job and be knowledgeable with what they are telling the customer. All their worried about is selling damn phone cases on top of a new phone. Also every time I go in there I care barely understand them because they have poor English, also speaking on the phone while your giving sensitive information out i.e social, address, etc. They also told me a screen protector that doesnt even fit on the entire screen!

I am not a customer but I am with Tmobile however i was standing at the piercing pagoda pop up with my daughter when I seen an angry customer come out of sprint trying to change over to metro, the metro employee who I dont know who the name is went running over into the sprint store acting like a crazy woman demanding things that were not her responsibility was unprofessional and think that this needs addressed with whoever the supervisor is because from a customer standpoint I can tell you that seeing how she acted would make me never want to be a metro customer just because of the way that she acted, I would be ashamed to be that employee because of how she represented your company.
