I recently visited this Pak Mail for their fingerprint service. They were very helpful and patient with me while I went through the process. I was very impressed by their professionalism and highly recommend them.

Karen (owner) and Katie (manager) are very helpful. You feel like more then a customer when you visit this location. I will say the service here is much more personal and friendly then your average competitor store like the UPS stores. Karen is in there helping out with her sleeves rolled up sipping coffee working to earn your business and as another local small business owner I respect that. Karen also helped me tape up and very difficult package that I already had a prepaid label for. Also noteworthy is that they will take not only USPS and UPS, but also FedEx packages. One stop shop for all your needs! Highly recommended and very central location on N. Dean road. They will get all my future business. THANK YOU!

I am the owner of a mobile phlebotomy company here in Auburn. I frequently drop package off for shipment at Pakmail on Dean Rd. The staff is always friendly and willing to help me in anyway that they can. I highly recommend this place for anyone needing mail carrier or notary services.

Went to go get my fingerprints done but the lady there told me that my application was wrong to call a certain # to get it straighten out. So I did & the people on the phone was rude but I did go back & redo my application & got it done correctly & the service there was awesome

Not very impressed with the friendliness or helpfulness of the ladies at this PakMail. They acted like it was a bother to answer questions about a very time -sensitive package. Was hung up on when I called to confirm pick up and the person did not even apologize. Spoke to the owner who thanked me for telling her but neither did she apologize. That says a lot about who they are. Will not use again.

Fantastic experience- they advised me on most affordable shipping option and repackaged my boxes securely free of charge. They are always pleasant, efficient and easy to work with. I highly recommend Pak Mail Auburn!

It wasn’t a nice experience at all. I was looked at in confusion And discuss by a red head female, like I wasn’t supposed to be there. First, asked by her, what do I want. Then some guy comes from the back and takes my folder and asked if I need back and forth of this page and the girl laughed at that. I complied with yes and he says $1.50 and rushes off and then changes the price to $5.50. With no problem I give the money but the service was childish, rushed and very unwelcoming.

I just wanted to give a shout out to Katie Cole. A few weeks ago when COVID first began I was walking across the parking lot late on a Friday afternoon to ship a package, I wasnt aware they were closing at 5:00. Katie had already locked up and was driving off when she saw me coming across the parking lot. She circled around and met me at the front door, offering to take my package and ship it the next morning when she came in. She graciously took my name and number so she could contact me for payment information and left with a smile. That is special service and that is the reason I love small town businesses!

My experience could not have been better. Very friendly staff. The owner is very approachable and very considerate. I would highly recommended both locations. I will never go to the post office again.

I have been in this place dozens of times over the past decade and while the counter people may not have a Little Mary Sunshine demeanor, I have always been waited on briskly and efficiently. I have never witnessed the rude behavior credited to the counter in some reviews here. I am not rejecting others experience, mind you, I just want to affirm that I am a decade+ customer and havent witnessed it.

Pak Mail is so easy and convenient! The staff is so friendly, helpful and zippy! I look forward to either dropping off a return of something that didn’t work out from an online order, or popping in and sending one of my children a “surprise from Mama”! I love both locations!

Ashley was very rude while I was getting my fingerprints done. If you want your customers to have a desireable experience in your store then hire some nicer employees.

I walked into the store with a great attitude and immediately felt drained. I started off stating why we were there and before I could finish, one of the ladies just directed us to go stand by a computer and wait. Rude! The other lady came over and didn’t say a word, just started the fingerprinting process. Rude! The entire visit was a drag, because the customer service was nonexistent! I will not be returning.

Convenient shipping if you dont want to go to the USPS.

The least helpful staff I have ever incountered. I have been trying to get a packe since last week and no one has told me WHEN I can come pick it up till today. Although she did tell me a time she had the worst attitude. The other worker I spoke with, Marion was equally as rude.Not a good way to treat people. Just saying. I apologize to anyone who has to go here to pick something up or send it.

Been using Auburn Pak Mail since 2006 .I find them very helpful . Never any issues with anybody there. Keep up the good work APM.

I see a lot of negative reviews on here but I was more than happy with the service I received. They actually went beyond what could have been expected. As far as price it worth it to me to pay a few extra dollars not to go stand in line at post office waiting for one open register when line is out door.

Terrible customer service....every time I go to this establishment Im treated like Im not human......and Im a very nice person, these people tend to judge a book by its cover ....but Thts another story ..........they may be prospering now but they wont be around 20 years from now......trust me.....if you have a business your main objective should be to keep Tht business alive and running years from now, and the owner wont have Tht if she doesnt change her operation......its been the same for years but shell learn to not be rude when Tht money stops flowing in bc of her attitudeDont waste your time with these people, just go to the post office, theyll take care of you, and their customers service is to die for

The black lady there is very rude and had an attitude with me. She went to answer the phone and left me there. I almost cussed at her not because she left me but because of her attitude. They also charge 50 cents if you want them to tape your package for you... Ridiculous. I was only forced to go there because there isnt a FedEx store in the Auburn area. I hope this place shuts down or something.

This store has RUDE clerks and RUDE owner! Dont go there to ship staff, go to UPS or USPS.
