Dr Vincent & his staff are fantastic. They’ll spend as much time with you as needed. They answer all your questions and are very accommodating. My whole family has been thrilled with this place. When I made the leap from readers to multi-focal contacts, Dr Vincent spent a lot of time helping me find the right fit. He gave me several samples until I found the pair that were comfortable and provided the vision correction I was looking for. Each time I met with him, he was patient and caring. I can’t recommend this place enough.

My spouse and I went in for annual eye exams and to get new glasses. We are extremely happy with the service and care that we received from the doctor and staff. The office was extremely clean and they have brand new eye testing equipment as well as a giant sterilizer for frames that are tried on by clients. Both the doctor and staff member that was there helped us pick our frames and made recommendations based on what they knew about the product. The employee responsible for ordering glasses wasnt there that day but called us when they said she would. She even gave me an additional discount off the cost of our frames for having to wait for her to call. We are also very grateful that they offered appointments later in the afternoon, which was difficult to find. Today our glasses came and we love them. Thank you!

He is such a great doctor and very knowledgeable. Not only does he make you feel comfortable, but he is very thorough in his exam and will make sure you agree with his plan of care. Great experience! I had an eye injury and was in quite a bit of pain and wanted to find someplace close to home to go. I called the office as a new patient and the front desk lady called Dr. Vincent on his lunch break to see if he could see me. They got me in the office within 1.5 hours. They called and followed up with me the day after to make sure I was doing better. Would highly recommend this practice and will be switching here for my normal eye care in the future!

The outcome for my contacts and glasses was amazing--seeing the world with high definition resolution! Cassandra was very helpful in explaining my insurance benefits and assisting with frame selection. The office is very welcoming and offers a quiet, comfortable environment. I’ve been seeing Dr. Vincent for years and have never had a better optometrist! I have been in glasses since I was 7 and I always hated going to my eye appointments growing up. He also keeps up with the times and technology, no Stone Age equipment. He’s very kind and patient and engages with his patients. Never once does he laugh when I read a line of numbers and it turns out they’re actually letters. If I find out my kids inherited their Mothers blindness, I know who I can comfortably take them to!

Dr. Vincent literally changed my life. Today I received my lens to correct my Keratoconus and I now have 20/20 vision in both eyes - understand that for my entire adult life I havent seen well out of my right eye - this was massive for me. I owe a great deal of gratitude to Dr. Vincent and his tenacious treatment of my condition. Its important to deal with people of integrity and care and thats what youll find here. Hes been on top of the latest lens options for me and has always been kind, friendly and timely. I cant recommend him highly enough not only for his expertise but for his friendly demeanor.As for the one star review. Its the patient folks. Its not the doctor. I assure you he would have tried anything to help out in the best way he could. When your trying to save $5 bucks for pink eye treatment then leave a bad review of a perfectly great establishment its not them. Its you my friend.

We been their customer for couple of years. And, I wasnt quite happy as they didnt get back on the left VM regarding check-up. Neither did they contact for the regular annual exam. When I finally got to talk to them, they told they are booked as it was end of the year. I wish they have a better way handling customers and their regular check-ups

This is regarding my recent visit for the pink/red eyes problem. And I would not recommend to see this doctor because of these experience.1. I reached the doctor office on time and receptionist asked me to wait for doctor is a room and doctor can after around 20 minuets even there was not a single patient. And I was not even asked to fill the all forms and they asked me once doctor was asking these details during examination. He was not showing much interest on my problem but these extra stuffs.2. the worst part- I was asked to pay upfront payment for total doctor visit even my insurance deductible was met and I shown her my insurance statement. And now I am talking to insurance to get the settlement done.3. For pink eye doctor just prescribed an eye drop and for other cold/congestion symptoms, he didnt give any medicine. I was prescribed an antihistamine eye-drop and that cost me $40 after insurance so I asked them to write prescription for less expensive eye-drop but he didnt do so. So I called the Pharmacy and they guided the same type for OTC eye-drop and thats cost only $12. and that worked perfectly so overall it was worst experience with this doctor visit.
