In 2010 I came down with uveitis and a friend recommended Dr Reed to me. Needless to say, I was nervous because uveitis can blind you if it’s not handled properly.When I entered the office, Dr Reeds staff was quick and professional. My wait time for my eye exam was so short that I barely had time to get comfortable in my chair! As soon as the eye pressure test was finished, I made my way into Reeds office. Not even 5 mins in and Dr Reed was already tending to me!Dr Reed was thorough and educational and made me feel safe and hopeful. He prescribed steroidal drops that helped manage my uveitis (initially stopping the inflation) and I got my vision back. On top of that, his eye prescription was spot on!It’s now 2021 and my uveitis is back due to me getting sick. I returned to Jason Reed OD because of my first experience and am currently treating my both eyes for uveitis and am confident that I’ll see the same results.

HORRIBLE STAFF!! UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE AND LOW CLASS!! THE DOCTOR IS NOT EXPERIENCED AT ALL! HE GAVE ME THE WRONG PRESCRIPTION FIRST OF ALL!!THEN HE RUINED THE CAPSULE IN MY EYE!! FROM THE WRONG CONTACTS THAT GAVE ME AN INFECTION!! NOW I HAVE TO GO TO AN OPTHAMOLOGIST EYE DOCTOR!!THEY WILL HEAR FROM MY ATTORNEY!!!

Kudos Dr. Reed for the best eyeglass prescription I have ever received! I have worn glasses for 55 years. Until now the best correction I have had is 20/40 right eye and 20/60 left eye. With uncorrected vision of 20/300, you have managed to correct my vision to 20/30! I am seeing some things for the very first time! Thank you for your patience, perseverance and knowledge. I will never see any other optometrist. You are simply the best! Thank you for the gift of sight!

My wife was seen June-2018 she had a contact exam and did not like the trails that doctor gave her so she went back 2-weeks ago to get a change of prescription, and the front desk lady told her to continue to wear the contacts after having them for almost 1/2-weeks. my wife stated that they were not working and she was still seeing blurry and the lady in the front said that they are all booked. but the front sign said walk ins welcomed. they didnt see her at all or even try to set up a appointment for her so we just ended up going to another vision center.

Dr. Reed is wonderful! I saw him right before heading out for a trip, and he made sure I left with everything I needed to be comfortable. His staff is courtesy and helpful, and he is efficient, polite, and knowledgeable.

I visited Dr. Reeds office for several years and I would not change for another optometrists. If anyone has a problem with a member of staff, just voice your concerns dont just decide you will never go there again. The Dr. is excellent, and very courteous. After all, its the Dr youve gone to see to help with your vision issues; not the staff.

Execellet service! I brought my teen son for an eye exam visit and over estimated traffic time and arrived almost 25 minutes early. When we arrived we almost no wait time. Dr. Reed was very professional and thorough, we were finish within 20 minutes. I recommend Dr. Reeds office for everyone.

Great place, they are always very fast, as a mother with 3 kids who require glasses, love that they can all get them within one hour refilled at Eyemart in the same building. Always found there staff very friendly and very professional!!

I will need an optometrist in the near future as I havent had an exam in quite some time. Today I called for help as I need my glasses adjusted before a business trip Im starting this afternoon. I called this office to ask if they did this and her response was pretty much I dont know, just call Eyemart (?). She should have just told me to hang up as that was what she obviously wanted. I will certainly not be using this optometrist as he must be hiring from the fast food restaurants.

I just had an awful dealing with Marie the office manager. I found her to be rude, unhelpful & absolutely unprofessional. While this office is convenient I will not be visiting this office. I am awaiting a call from the doctor to voice my concerns about this member of his staff.

Dr Reed. is not a professional, lack of informations and communication. I wouldn’t be no longer to see Dr. Reed that didn’t impress me.

Jason Reed is very professional and extremely thorough...the two things I want from my Optometrist. Ill be seeing him from now on.
