Absolutely the best! My phone was no longer holding charge and when plugged in was stuck in a boot-loop. Sprint wanted $70 to open the phone and $350 to repair (no matter what the problem was). Sergio fixed it for me for $70. So, price is great, sure. But even better is the customer service. He obviously knows what he is doing, is clear up front in what he can do and how much it will cost. He fixed the phone and ran a battery of tests to make sure that it stayed fixed. Best of all, he fixed the phone!

Sergio is a lifesaver. When your phone breaks and Verizon tells you theres no options but to pay off your lease and lease another phone - go see Sergio! Yes, it costs money, but not as much as you might think. After paying a $30 diagnosis fee, we had him replace the motherboard. He credited the $30 toward our total bill, which was about $200. He is trustworthy and great to work with. You can text him anytime, which is convenient too.

I wasn’t sure what exactly was wrong with my phone, but suspected the power button, so I went to Goodies. Sergio figured out it was the likely problem and started looking for the replacement part. He has a vast supply of existing parts for most phones, but mine was obscure. After some searching online, he located a replacement part in a nearby state and got it in two days. He made the complex solder repair within hours of receiving the part, and I was back in business right then. Fully functioning, good as new. Total turnaround for the full fix was less than two days. What a relief. I had even managed to clumsily wreck my battery without realizing it, but Sergio had a spare and replaced it for no charge.The problem with my phone wasn’t obvious, so Sergio even offered to waive the labor cost if he couldn’t fix it (although the labor cost is surprisingly inexpensive).Trusting someone with your phone and all your accounts and data that are on it is a big risk, and the tech repair industry can seem shady. Sergio is a trustworthy and capable businessman, making an honest dollar while keeping your cost as low as possible. I’ll go to him now any time I feel tempted to open my case.Replacing my phone would have cost me nearly $500, plus the painful downtime. We replace our expensive phones way too often, but knowing they can be repaired, I’ll continue to get the most out of mine over several years.

The charging port on my Iphone was dead, and I couldnt charge my phone. Researched online, and seen that Batteries Plus would replace it for you at a pretty steep price, but what are you going to do. So pulled into the parking lot, and noticed Goodies Cell Phone Shop across the street. Thought why not see what their price is, and found it was quite a bit cheaper. An hour later, I had my phone! Its been over a month, and have had no problems.

I have been to Goodies twice now and both times I was beyond pleased with the service and the repairs. Both times were an easy fix. I didnt feel like I was being pressured to do more that it needed to have done either. I will always come back here for any repairs my familys devices might need.

I went into Goodies Cell Phone Shop and Electronics to have a SIM card cut to size to fit an iPhone. The staff was very professional and helpful and not only cut the SIM card to fit my iPhone, but they also installed a screen protector for me, free of charge!! Great service, highly recommend

I recently needed a broken screen replaced on a cell phone. i stopped at Goodies and dropped the phone off. Less than an hour later I received a call that the repair was done. The phone looked as good as new and the price for the repair was very reasonable. This is a great place do business with.

Saw the reviews and decided to go check it out before replacing my phone. In the end, because it was water damage, he couldnt promise the work he could do would work long term, but he walked me through everything I needed to do and was very patient and friendly, even though I showed up last minute and he had to stay after they closed. Sergio was very helpful and very friendly. Would recommend to anybody.

I originally went to Goodies Cell Phone Shop because after 4 months of not using my iPhone 5s I could not get it to charge or even turn on. The ownier was super cool and professional. He explained the possible causes for the problem and listed the different solutions he could try, the estimated time each would take, and how much each different outcome could cost me. Then he let me choose what to do! He got my phone working quickly. I had just moved back to the U.S. from Mexico so I needed a new phone number. He got me hooked up quick and even knocked a few bucks off the repair since I was getting a chip and new number from him. Since then I have bought chargers from him, made monthly service payments at his shop, took my iPhone back to him when the screen got spidered, and I am planning on going back soon to get my wife a new phone number too. Oh ya, when my screen cracked and had to be replaced I asked about a screen protector so he once again discounted some money off the repair since I was getting the screen protector from him as well. Goodies is the best I wont go anywhere else and I dont think you should either!!!

My iphone 6 Plus screen was shattered. I immediate took the phone into Goodies Cell Phone Shop.They had very good service. The screen was replaced within a week, since the parts needed to be ordered. I highly recommend going here for any cell phone related issues.

Broke my Note 5 LCD screen. Sergio got the parts qyickly, within a day or two and got the phone fixed. Decent price on labor and the end result was excellent. Great local business.

The owner was very helpful. My phone was spontaneously restarting and freezing. I had already gone to Verizon multiple times, the Samsung support store twice, and spoken with Samsung costumer service on the phone but no one could fix my phone. I went into goodies and described what my phone was doing and I had done to fix it so far and right away they were able to tell me what was wrong with my phone and give me an estimate of cost. It took them about 4 days to fix my phone but I was given a loaner phone to use meanwhile. My phone has been working great for almost a month now. This shop is great and deals with all kinds of repairs from cracked screens to, like in my case, replacing the entire motherboard of your phone.

I went there to see if this guy maybe could fix my phone, I leave my phone and paid what he told me it was the cost for have him take a look at my phone. He called me and said to come and get my phone (the phone was bad he said) that he recommend to sale the phone in parts. When I got there to pickup the phone he said I need to pay for have him look at my phone, and I explain that I already pay for that. He was really rude saying that he would remember if I had pay him. I ended up living the phone there (he may need the money then me) and I left. I dont recommend this store to no one.

Great place for cell phone repairs parts and advice

I needed to have a screen replaced on an older smart phone, so parts had to be ordered in. Sergio had them the following day and did the repair in about 45 minutes from when I dropped the phone back off. Youve got Cedar Hills mall just down the road, so its very easy to kill the time while he works his magic.

My iphone 6 screen was smashed! There were fast amd affordable ! I would highly recommend this place. I know the next time I throw my phone against the wall I can get it repaired quickly at Goodies.

Went in for a screen repair, fixed the screen but made new problems that werent there before. Poorly glued the screen, I had to come back so he could fix it again. The back panel was off center and the screen cracked as i was texting because of poor repair. Went in and complained and he said he couldnt do anything. He did offer to trade me a new phone, which is why this place gets at least 2 stars. Otherwise Id avoid.
