Maci and Meka went above and beyond for my visit! I am so happy I got into the store, I ended up getting an amazing deal on new watches! If you need an AT&T store that will go above and beyond to make you sure you are satisfied and happy, this is the one. They blew all the other stores I’ve been out of the water!
Sara and Meka were working the day we were in. They both were very helpful and took the time to explain things to my husband and I, two very low-tech buyers. He is very happy with the purchase. These ladies were excellent in helping us find what we needed and our best options. Highly recommend them.
I was on my way back home to MN and my phone had issues with the battery charging. I arrived at the store just as they were about to close and Maci was kind enough to help me get my phone up and running again. She absolutely saved the day and was kind, knowledgeable and accommodating in a major time of need.
The sales representative, Brittany Smith, was one of the best customer service staff Ive ever dealt with. She was handling 3 different customers at once and with that being said Brittany was so fast that we all felt well taken care of. Brittany was so polite and cheerful to speak with. If more employers could have employees like this they would be number #1.
Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service specifically coming from the manager of this location. I went in 2 months ago to get a prepaid phone and told the lady several time I did not want autopay on my account. She did it anyways telling me it would be cheaper and she would cancel it right afterwards. There was two customers in the store including myself while 3 employees were on shift, yet the manager did not want to give me her full attention she didn’t answer any of my questions because she was too busy conversing with the male customer in the store who was already being helped by another employee. I maybe got 10 minutes of her attention within the hour and half I was in there. I reminded her 4 times after the purchase was completed to please cancel the auto pay. She told me it was all taken care of. I am now realizing that my account is still being charged for autopay. I called today to discuss this with her. She was rude, impatient, and no help at all. Her excuse is being short staffed however as I said there was 3 employees at the time and only 2 customers including myself so this was not an issue at all, it was because she was too busy flirting with the male customer to even give me the time of day. Unfortunate considering I was there making a $200 purchase. I would not recommend going to this specific location, and that manager really needs to be retrained on how to deal with customers.

Screwed me over on a thousand dollar trade in deal. Gals name is Britney, she was extremely helpful until 6 months later att cant find the trade in deal or my phone. told me I am Basically SOL!!! $1000 rip off please steer clear....

Standard small AT&T store with AT&T Pro Meka handling customer service. When I visited she was juggling (3) customers like it was no big deal. I was travelling thru town when a data device failed...AT&T phone support couldnt help me be Meka knew the issue I was having and quickly handled it!
Came in with a lot of questions regarding pre-paid vs post-paid plans. Paul was patient, awesome, and he was a no-nonsense kind of guy. He provided great service and was able to answer all of my questions. He takes good care of his customers.
Best customer service hands down, went in and all my questions were answered and their pricing beats out other competitors with out a doubt.One thing I could say would be that they should offer a decent option for unlimited wireless home data.Besides the one negative Kiki (Meka) definitely was a pleasure!

Meka and Brittany are the bomb. They treat you as a guest in their store. The store is clean and well laid out. They have TONS of waterproof Bluetooth speakers, airpods, Galaxy Buds, and now you can put $0 down and split those toys up interest-free for 12 months. Those interest-free installments just get attached to your monthly bill. Meka also took care of informing me of every promotion for which I which I qualified. Excellent customer service, highly recommend.
They handled my upgrade well however their screen protector and installation failed before I left town.

Good luck.... no eye contact when walking in the door. No one ever seems to know what is going on or they have WAY too much to handle on their own. Need more employees or a bill pay machine.
Meka is amazing. She was my go to person when I lived in Billings and now that she is the Butte store and I now live here I feel better about tech assistance and an over all pleasant experience

My first visit here around a year ago was not the best however Brittany did a great job this time, she appropriately quoted prices and was efficient in helping us chose a device to fit our price range.
Horrible did not help on any of our issues, and then terminated my husbands sim card before he could get the other sim card in his phone, so now he has no phone until tomorrow because the nearest AT&T store is an hour away.
Went in to see about switching to at&t and Meka was very helpful and informative! I will definitely be switching over!

Absolutely the worst. Just drive to Helena . They wont greet you, do everything in their power to be difficult, and overcharge you! I was supposed to get the switcher credit and never received my “gift cards”. I will never go in this store again.

I am an ATT customer traveling across country on business, when my iPhone 7 died in Butte. I stopped at teh ATT Wireless store for advice and assistance. The ATT employee seemed only willing to help by a new phone rather than finding a solution to my technical phone problem. I asked if there is a phone repair service in town, he replied probably, but did not know where it would be. Hint: I have no cell / internet service. This dude could have easily gotten on his phone and looked up a repair service rather than leave me stranded.
Went to return my phone and was given a false deadline for when my phone could be returned. Sales tactics are slimy ! Knowledge over product would help too.

My husband tried to upgrade to a new phone this evening and drove from Anaconda. He got there about 20 minutes before closing so they suddenly happened to have no internet so they couldnt help him. I call bluff and they just wanted to get out of there. Poor customer service!
